We had an amazing stay; everything was just as in the photos. So many kitchen items that we everything we needed to cook almost all of our meals for the 16 day stay.Beds were comfortable, lots of towels, showers were good (adjust the temp in the Master Bath before you get in!).View is stunning and the binoculars were a major bonus. We watched a mama whale teaching her baby to dive & breach...it was heaven. We saw so many different beautifully coloured birds every day.We walked down the steps to the Malecon several times (sometimes walked back, sometimes used an Uber....it's a lot of stairs up and if you have knee trouble you will feel it).We walked to Costco for initial grocery supplies, then to the Soriana and Ley's for additional food.Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming.I speak a bit of Spanish and that may have made things easier.Octavio met us when we arrived and was friendly and helpful, we had a question on our first day which was answered promptly. Would absolutely stay here again - beautiful and comfortable accommodations!Highly recommend.

A million dollar view!

Amazing penthouse, even better than advertised. Robb was a gracious and responsive host, made the entire stay so comfortable. We will not hesitate to rent from Robb in the future. Thank you for the memories!

This was a wonderful place to stay at. Great View

Robb has a very nice place to rent. It was local enough to take Uber to town and enjoy the night life. Was a great view of all the city, ocean, and jungle all wrapped up in one place. was very relaxing.

A quiet spot close to everything.

The condo looks just as it does online. The neighborhood is up a hill but it’s perfect to be “away from it all” but still close. The pool area is beautiful and the balcony is nice as well. There is also an upstairs terrace but we didn’t use it much. The condo had everything we needed to prepare meals. We would definitely stay here again.

Enchanted stay!

Nothing to complain about! Robb était un hôte parfait, facile à contacter et réponse rapide. Quant au condo, c’est exactement tel que décrit et rien n’y manque, pendant ces neuf semaines, on s’est senti comme à la maison, chaleur en prime!! Nous avons fait un excellent séjour, du haut de la colline, la vue est splendide et nous avons même apprécié les côtes à descendre et monter pour se rendre au charmant petit marché y faire nos courses, où nous pouvions trouver tout ce dont nous avions besoin! Bon cardio! Un immense merci pour ce très agréable séjour!

Peaceful wonderful get a way.

My partner and I stayed in Robb’s mountainside condo for 14 days. It was located on the mountain side with a lovely view of Puerto Vallarta. The property was well appointed with nice linens and towels and everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Any minor problems we had were immediately addressed by the property owner. If a get away from the pose, hustle and bustle of beach life is your desire …this is your place. It was a great experience.

Breathtaking View

This condo was as pictured and described: Beautiful, spacious and clean. The ocean and city views were lovely both day and night. We spend most of our time on the balcony when we were in house. And we felt comfortable leaving the balcony doors open all night. Full time residents were welcoming and helpful but not obtrusive. The condo is WAY up the hill, Uber/taxi rides were a must for us when returning to the condo in the heat of the day. We didn't rent a car but rides were easy to procure. The details that could have used attention were lack of good batteries for some of the fan remote controls and an empty water dispenser. Over all this was a terrific place to stay. Plenty of room for a family or travling with another couple.

Beautiful apartment with a spectacular view.

The place is just as shown in the pictures. Clean with a well stocked kitchen. Bbq on the deck, great views. It is up a hill, need that view somehow, we would usually walk down and Taxi back. Worked very well. Would recommend this place to our friends who plan to come to PV.

Amazing View - Stunning Accommodation

This property is amazing. The experience with Robb in booking and throughout our 3 week stay was exceptional. This condo is very well appointed and very clean. You have everything you need to live, sleep and cook very comfortably. Robb’s attention to detail is exceptional. The pool is well maintained and the perfect temperature. The private upper deck was great for sun tanning. We loved the location because it’s super quiet and private, yet easy to get down to the Malecon. Thanks Robb for sharing your home with us.

Christmas Vacation

Property was Amazing! Nothing Less!

We were in PV for a Christmas Family reunion, our stay was nothing less then Amazing. The view spectacular. Not to difficult to get there. Lady underneath the Condo complains a little but that was it. If we get the chance to stay there again we definitely would. ❤

Wonderful view with spacious accommodations!

The penthouse on the hill had an awesome view as shown and well appointed. It was hard to find for some taxi drivers even with the pronunciation written down on paper in Spanish for some reason. I left a few more taxi names & numbers ;-). Jesus was really reliable when we left for the airport, he has a van. After running the A/C for the week at night and as needed during the day the bill was only thirty bucks, so that was cool. The pool was vacant the whole week, it was like our own private oasis! There's a fish/produce/meat market like a half mile down the hill that's perfect for stocking the frige and cooking fresh foods for a fraction of what we usually pay in the states. There's everything you need in the condo also: Plenty of linens, soaps, pool chairs, beach & regular towels, kitchen needs, bbq needs, TV's, dvd's, and cable. I think there was maybe only two channels that spoke English though, lol. Robb, the owner, is great with communication before/during our stay and has a beautiful home. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Was able to spend a week at this delightful Condo! View of the ocean is breathtaking. Pleasant walks to the Ocean. Also so much to see. Wonderful walks along the Malecon. Condo was exceptionally clean and welcoming. Plan on going back again in February and March!
