Not only is The Deschutes River IN your backyard, but you are steps away from food carts, 10 Barrel Brewing, other great shops and restaurants on Galveston Avenue! You can walk downtown or to the Old Mill District! This home is truly in the heart of Bend. ..and of course Mt Bachelor is just 20 minutes up the road. Come experience prime Bend real estate!

HEATING & COOLING
This classic riverfront home has A/C to keep you cool in the summer, or simply hop into the river in your backyard for a crisp morning wake up! This home also has central heat to keep you warm on chilly nights.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
This lovely riverfront home features 2 bedrooms (king, queen), family room with sleeper sofa (queen) and 2 en suite bathrooms. You will have the entire home to yourself. This home sleeps 6 very comfortably. The sleeper sofa is in the family room at the front of the home. There is an additional living room at the back of the house overlooking the river. A Pack & Play Crib is also provided for your little one if needed. Fresh linens always on hand to keep you extra cozy!

KITCHEN AND DINING
Enjoy a spacious fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need any more! We even provide some basic spices and oils to get your started! There is a dining table for 6 and an oversized outdoor patio table on the deck overlooking the river. The BBQ and provided propane and ready for you to enjoy some grilling all season long!

Free 100 Mbps Bend Broadband wifi (speed test on a mobile phone is 62.7 Mbps / 12.5 Mbps). This home has 3 smart TVs, 1 in each bedroom and a 55 inch TV in the living room. ROKU TVs have 350+ free channels for you to browse

OUTDOOR SPACES & SALT WATER HOT TUB
Outside you'll find an open and spacious yard. Ducks and geese love perching on the river wall under the mature trees on the river! The private salt water hot tub is perfect for a soak any time of year! We do ask you to be whisper quiet in the hot tub after 10pm. There is a locked garage for storing your gear year-round.

** This is a quiet residential neighborhood! A Stone's Throw Bungalow homes are not appropriate for noisy groups and quiet hours are enforced after 10pm **

PET FRIENDLY
The Riverbend home is a pet-friendly home with an enclosed yard and direct water access. Pet sheets are provided for furniture. If you plan to bring your sweet pup(s), kindly let us know prior and remember to pick up your piles! A pet fee applies to each reservation.

Between 10pm-8am, especially when outside enjoying the decks, please keep noise levels very low and be considerate to our neighbors.
