Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. You will receive a parking registration email after your reservation is made and you are encouraged to purchase your parking passes prior to arrival. (Limit 2).

The location was perfect for our annual vacation. The condo was spacious and we had plenty of room. The microwave did go out our first night but maintenance came as soon as they could with another one. Will definitely be booking the location again!

My wife and I had an enjoyable stay at this unit. The location is perfect and close to some wonderful restaurants. The views from the front and bedroom balconies were exceptional. Overall, the unit was clean and well furnished. The beds and living room furniture were were comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and silverware, but there were no ice trays or ice maker in the refrigerator. There was an issue with the housekeeping service that I had to address with the rental company but they responded very quickly. We would stay here again.

The condo was great, well stocked and clean! The beds were all comfortable and we really enjoyed it. The beach was a trek away seemed like and not much breeze on the balcony but that couldn’t be helped!

Good Vacation

Overall the stay was great. The location and access to the beach was great. For the most part the place was clean. There was some dirty dishes left under the bed from the guests before us. The water pressure in the showers was not the best. It accommodated our family of 9 and served the purpose for our stay in Orange Beach. Beautiful beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Besides the weather our stay was good. The condo was clean, the bottom piece of the big couch looked like it was breaking to where you could see inside the couch under the cushions, and as others have reviewed there was a piece of metal sticking out from the back of the love seat. I think we enjoyed the view the most.

Overall property was clean. The condo needs some maintenance attention. Pictures had holes in them. Some door frames were separated at the wall. Balcony chairs could be more comfortable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed in unit 817. It was an excellent stay in a great unit! The unit was spacious and decorated nicely. The view was outstanding! Our only complaint was that the furniture in the living room and the rug in the living room could be cleaned better. But, over all, this was a great value for an excellent unit!! We were very pleased and will be sure to book this unit again for our next trip to Orange Beach!!

Good place, but unannounced interruptions

The pictures make the living room/kitchen area bigger than it is. They replaced the filters and the washer and dryer on separate days, without notice. It happens but it was frustrating as we had people napping from being in the heat and got startled.

Needs TLC

We have stayed in many different condo, and this one was one of the worst. There were bad stain on the carpet. The furniture was worn out, the closet doors fell off. There was no screens on some of the windows, cracked glass.

I would not stay there again. Only two of the four elevators worked for the first 3 days.

The unit was dirty. Mold on ceiling in living room and master bedroom. The cabinets have never been wiped out. The silverware was dirty and the drawer it was in was dirty. Huge disappointment compared to the pictures. The only positive was the view. I did not contact the property manager because I could not get logged in on the ipad the first few days. I decided to contact them when I got back home.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I feel like we received a good price on our stay but there were a few disappointments. Room 817 could use some updates, while I understand there are many different people using these rooms on a daily basis I expect a hotel room to be at higher standards as well and I don't pay near the price for them. The back of the couch had a hole in it, rugs were really stained, kitchen was nice, water pressure was horrible to take a shower, if someone flushed a toilet you would get scolded by hot water, albeit dripping hot water. Very nice deck view from this property.

A nice condo but needs some attention

Overall the condo is nice. There is plenty of room with beds to sleep 8, 2 bathrooms and washing machine and dryer. The view of the beach, ocean and pool is beautiful. Amenities are great- indoor and outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center, racquetball courts, tennis courts and sauna. So all the main bases are covered. Now for the apartment: *Bedrooms - beds are comfortable. TV's in two of the bedrooms are very small but do the job. All the batteries in the tv controllers were dead so we had to replace them. *Bathrooms - the master bathroom was nice and some updates had been done. The second bathroom needs some work... the faucets in the shower need to be replaced! There was mold on the shower curtain and stains in the bathtub. We had to buy toilet paper and soap dispensers for both bathrooms (you may wish to bring these with you). *Kitchen - everything functions well in the kitchen but you will need your own dishwasher detergent, dish soap, oven mitts, and kitchen towels. There are not generous with these supplies, unlike most condos we've stayed in. *Washer and dryer - both function as is needed. However, the pair seem very old and we all agreed we have never heard such a loud washing machine! It seriously sounded like an airplane taking off when the spin cycle came on. You may want to put it in when you are going out. You will also need your own clothes soap and clothes softener. *Patio - Furniture consists of a wooden table, wooden chairs and a lounger with one cushion. The whole set functions but Its definitely not big on comfort. It looks tired and worn out. *Living room and dining room - both rooms were comfortable and accommodated large groups. *Facility - we noticed that no one answered the phone at the front desk when we called. Also, just FYI, you need separate keys to enter the fitness center and the sauna. You can get these from the front desk. Also, you need to purchase a parking pass for $25.00 for your stay. You can get daily, free visitor parking passes that are good until 8:00pm. *Other - We noticed that there was no welcome information packet, which was unusual. No brochures on the resort, nearby restaurants and such. With those things pointed out I will say we had an enjoyable time and the condo was comfortable and worked well for our family of 6 adults and one child. With a bit of tlc it could easily be a 5 star stay.

Family vacation

Overall it was nice and very quiet, we would give one suggestion to have some upgrades to the patio furniture as we love sitting out on balcony and enjoying the early morning and late evening beach life!

Spring Break Mini Vacay

LOVED this Condo! We loved it being a corner condo with an extended balcony and multiple views! It's very nice, spacious, and had everything that we needed during our stay. Great facility with numerous amenities for our family (indoor swimming pools, hot tubs, fitness room, racquetball room, outdoor swimming pools, basketball court, and volleyball). Great location on the beach with chairs/umbrella available to rent, bathrooms located right by the entrance to the beach, and numerous restaurants with easy delivery available (highly recommend Doc's Seafood). We're already missing it and planning our next stay! 😁 Our only complaint is that they fix/update a few things: the broken lamp (obviously glued back together) in the foyer, new remotes for tvs with backs that are not broken, new padding covers for dining room chairs and barstools, and fix broken armrest on dining room table chair.
