Be respectful and stay off docks that do not belong to this property. The dock for this home is a stand alone dock and requires an approximately 2 minute walk. Do not use docks outside of this home's dock when picking up your party.

Enjoy spectacular, unobstructed views of the lake from this beautiful, four bedroom with bonus sleeping area off master. It is lakefront and located in the highly sought after Papoose Bay with private boat dock.

Set back from the road, the lighted covered walkway leads back to the house from the garage to the three story house with open main floor plan. Gorgeous wood beamed ceilings stretch from living room to kitchen. The living room has a wood/gas fireplace with natural rock surround and flat screen TV with cable. The kitchen has custom cabinets with matching refrigerator, lots of storage and gas stove top, stacked double oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee pot. The dining area has fabulous views of the lake.  A large deck with a natural gas barbeque grill is perfect for spending warm days and nights relaxing in the fresh air.  The game room has an Foosball table and a washer and dryer.  A full bathroom is also on this level.

Upstairs is the large master suite with king bed, wood burning fireplace, TV with cable, and separate office with bunk beds for additional sleeping space. The master bath has tumbled travertine tile, spa tub but the jets do not work and separate shower. A private deck with french doors overlooks the lake.

Three lower level bedrooms ensure a quiet place to rest after a long day of fun. Two of the bedrooms have glass French doors opening to the covered deck and access to the backyard and dock.  All of the bedrooms have queen beds, and one has two queen beds.  A full bathroom with double sinks is in the hallway.

Note: Lake levels vary throughout the year and boat docks availability is not guaranteed at the time of your arrival. Destination Big Bear is not responsible for the level of water in the lake during the course of guest's stay. Please contact us to inquire about the most up-to-date lake levels for lakefront properties.

Papoose Shores is pet friendly. However, there is no fenced area for your dog. All dogs must be leashed while outside. Do not trespass on neighboring properties. Please pick up after your dog. Due to liability, neighboring homeowners are extremely sensitive to people trespassing on their property. If you trespass, neighbors will call the authorities and you may receive a citation and/or Fine. You will be asked to sign off on a waiver for no trespassing on neighboring properties for all members of your group upon check in. NO TRESPASSING and Penal Code Section 602

Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
