It was an amazing stay, the property was wonderfully decorated.There were two bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms in each, both beds were really comfortable.There were also two separate bedrooms with two single beds in each, with a fun Disney and Island decor, A nice Walmart was just a few short blocks away, and proximity to the Disney Parks was also a huge plus.Though we didn't use them, there were foosball and pool tables in the garage, and a nice private pool outside but with the cold weather we didn't get a chance to enjoy it.Full size washer and dryers - which we have NEVER had when staying at properties in Kissimmee, so we were able to pack lighter and easily keep up on the laundry.Super friendly owners and property manager.I would not hesitate to stay at this property in the future, definitely felt like I was at home.This one is a real gem! Bob

This was an absolute mistake. The place is so run down and filthy and smelled of heavy chemicals like a bug spray or something awful. I spent the first night of my vacation washing the towels that stunk and stained with I dont know what, cleaning counters and bathrooms to make it somewhat comfortable. I reached out to VRBO who had the property manager call me while I was on the way to Disney world with my family she was extremely rude in questioning, who was in the background in my car. She got very defensive and called me a liar. After all the time I spent trying to clean up this house and doing laundry, it was unbelievable the way she acted at the end of the day she told me she didn't have time to address it because she was very, very busy at that point I just left, costing me an additional two thousand dollars for a last minute home. there has been no resolution and no communication, save yourself the horrible experience of renting this property.

Highly recommend! Great location to parks, restaurants and shopping. Very clean spacious house in quiet neighborhood with beautiful private pool. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay.

The area is perfecr for disney, weve stayed in the same area many times. House was good, as listed, probably one of the better ones we have stayed in. Only real issue for us was the pool decking wasnt very clean on arrival, however this could be due to storms etc.. once the management were made aware it was cleaned and was fine after. Pool itself was fine just the surroundings, pool also gets plenty sunlight, we were there in may. Appreciated having hard floors and leather sofa opposed to carpets and material sofa, plenty of kitchen utensils etc.. main areas were clean however hidden areas could do with a bit of a deep clean, however this seems to be the case with most houses weve stayed in florida. Some minor things not working regarding lights/ceiling fans but nothing that made a major issue to our stay. Also liked the code for door rather than a key, made things alot easier if memebers of our group did different things and no worries about losing a key. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place with a few comfort set backs

Great location, very clean, and easy check-in. The main downside was the game room—it’s in the garage with no A/C, and a note says the door must stay closed, making it too hot to enjoy in summer. Also, some ceiling fans weren’t working, which added to the discomfort. Still, overall a nice stay.

Great House

The house was just as described and perfect for our group. My only word of advice is this house is truly, truly self service. You have to bring everything including any rolls of TP over the first one in each bathroom and soap for the shower. Other than that lack if anything included, it was a wonderful house.

Spring Break

Great location. Easy check in. The house could use a few updates. The bathtub and shower need some TLC. The towels were dingy. The blinds were broken and missing pieces. Lightbulbs were missing. Overall it was a pleasant stay but if someone had spent some time making the improvements before we arrived the stay would have been much better.

Excellent family get away

Our family stayed a week and couldn’t have chosen a more perfect home. Perfect for a family, everything we needed, game room and pool right outside the living room. Host was very responsive with any questions. We hope to rent this property again in the future!

the location of the property was excellent for our stay visiting WDW. Michel was very responsive to our messages and courteous.The cleanliness was adequate but there are signs that the property is aging and the management group could step in to repair various items. pool table, only 2 of 5 cues had tips and the table shifted if you leaned on it. back sliding door was a struggle and had signs that the track needed a good cleaning. pool has rust spots, deck needed a good power wash, as did all the patio cushions. Garage game space had the main light burnt out so using that space was challenging and less enjoyable.dust on top of the fridge, lights in the bathroom was visibly built up over months. Many of the cooking pans made us uncomfortable to use so we avoided cooking with them.most obviously that the management company has not been checking the site is their information binder has had names and info scratched out in pen. Just print some new sheets. Seems like we were being picky, but it didn't give us the best vibe during our stay.

Nice stay

My mom and I had a nice stay here and we really enjoyed the house! Just a few things, the sliding glass doors are very hard to open and get stuck which was kind of annoying, there wasn’t toilet paper in one of the bathrooms, no cooking spray or ice but other than that we made the most of it! Thank you for having us!

Recommended Stay

Home is as pictured beautiful and spacious. Great location, quiet and safe neighborhood. Owner has a security system and ring camera off of garage. They supplied the basic things such as 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, dish soap, fully stocked kitchen, shower and pool towels, linens, and even some laundry detergent. We only stayed 3 nights and this was plenty for our family. House is overall clean, we did notice some dry food underneath the coffee table and lots of dirt under the entry mat. Not a big deal for us. Twin beds wear comfortable. However, the king size beds were too soft for our liking. Again, not a big deal, just needed to rest in between going to the parks. When we first arrived we always check everything to report to owner. Sink in master back bathroom drained very slowly and TV in back bedroom did not work. Also, there was some wall damage in "mickey" bedroom. We reported this just to make owner aware. Owner is super responsive and we definitely recommend this home!

simply did not have all stipulations in contact. we had to leave and we called VRBO to help. We left after just a few days and had to go somewhere else

Everything my family could ask for!

Our stay was great. The location was ideal. The house had everything to make our family vacation very enjoyable. Dealing with the property manager (owner) was easy. Check in was a breeze. Would recommend!

Rolling Hills , is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
