This designer done 4 bedroom townhome over the The Coffee Shoppe and Dylan's Coal Fire Pizza will make your beach vacation feel like you stepped into a dream!

AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

The second floor, main entrance, of the town home has a king bedroom and bunk room done in cool tones that wind you down after a day in the sun. Head down the hallway past the en-suite laundry closet to the primary king bedroom at the front of the property that has a private balcony with community views that will invite you to sit and watch the sun go down.

The third floor of this jewel offers a panoramic bay view through the wall of windows which inspires you step out and just enjoy the ships going by from either of the balconies. With a large designer kitchen and bar space you will want to stay and never leave. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds for the kids with a lovely view of Stillwater pool just across the street.

Found dirty cups in cabinet, Easter eggs and toys under furniture in view, rugs have lipped corners making them tricky to walk on. The downstairs rooms need a WiFi booster to allow coverage. Going out after dark for ice cream was extremely dark. There are no street lights in the neighborhood. All fixable items. Again the home was beautiful and we made do.

Noise and Interrupted Sleep

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I plan on contacting Antonio, regarding the daily, early morning noise below the master bedroom. The noise was constant, for two hours, from about 7:30-9:30 a.m. The noise is unavoidable, due to the cafe and pizza place directly below the master. I came to the beach to relax and get restful sleep. This did not occur. The noise also vibrated the master bedroom walls. I complained twice to the employees at the rental office. The noise was not mentioned in the reviews. This is my second time renting here but am disappointed this time.

Everything we needed to have a perfect vacation

The kitchen has all the pantry basics. and the location makes it easy to pop downstairs to the market for anything you need.The kitchen and living room get amazing light and is beautifully designed. The TV was easy to use for live tv or on demand. The size of the kitchen is great for multiple cooks in the kitchen. Only two minor nits: 1)The master bedroom hears and feels the slamming of the market door all day long. If you are a napper, this may not be the ideal room. I wonder if the market could just install a slow close hinge?2) The upstairs bathroom is super stinky. Must be the water?

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Started off with them sending a text saying it was ready and we got there and had an hour wait. Then the elevator was broken so we had to take all our stuff including ice chests for kitchen up to third floor by stairs. Then we come back from the beach and maintenance truck is taking up our parking spots so we have to walk further to unload all our stuff to them carry up all the stairs still. They don’t show you the view of the front of this place because it is in the alley and parking lot. Balcony is about 2’ wide only room for two people. The welcome text says texts us if you need anything. I text about truck and no response. I text asking if elevator was going to be fixed by check out time and no response. Downstairs rooms didn’t cool especially the master. I’m sure I could go on. We have stayed at Pamilla many years, this is the first time here. So far very disappointed. Also reserved beaxh spot, asked for Saturday they booked Friday. When I corrects them they said they could move it to Saturday at south property. They didn’t. I got there Saturday and drove all the way to the south location and they didn’t have me down. The man was nice and gave me a spot. I actually was charged for Friday and Saturday!

Nice Condo but Needs a Little Help

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The elevator didn't work which created some headaches since that's part of the reason why we booked it due to my parents going with us and needing assistance. There was mold on the glass window in the master shower. The drain didn't work on the left sink in the master bathroom. The upstairs bathroom door wouldn't remain closed and there was no way to lock it. Overall there were several items that needed to be addressed. Our stay was enjoyable in spite of these issues. Given proper care and updates, it would be a great condo to stay at.

The only drawbacks we had were the constant music you could hear through the second floor front bedroom walls all day from the shops below and the lack of an attractive front entrance for this location. As always, the property management was great with our few issues and we love staying in this community-Happy summer!

Panoramic Bay is always BROKE

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year staying at this property and while we like the location and amount of room you get for the price, there have been significant issues both years. Last year (2011), we arrived to the roof leaking, an unstable toilet on the main floor and well as the faucet in the same bathroom being completely removable. All of which was not communicated to us prior to check in, I had to bring it to the attention of staff even though there was a huge pot on the floor to catch the leak. Staff was very nice and fixed the issues however, their lack of communication required additional “work” on my end which is not the job of a guest. This year (2022) we were notified at check in that the elevator was not operating and were told we should have received notification prior, which we did not. Again, communication was subpar and not up to the expectations set over the past 7 years we’ve been staying at Cinnamon Shore. As a disabled veteran, it was very difficult to have to climb the multiple flights of stairs daily not to mention trying to unpack all of our luggage and groceries. The elevator is crucial in a property like this that has many levels and is above the shops at the town center. It was a painful stay to say the least and after giving the property a second chance, we will never stay there again.

Great community

House was in a convenient location to the community amenities, right near the market, coffee shop and pizza restaurant. The room situation worked out well. Only downfall for two families is that only one connected en suite bathroom but otherwise a great house that fits a good amount of beds in. We would return happily!

Girls trip

This place would get 5 stars except there was a smell that hit you as soon as you arrived inside the condo. We all got used to it once We were in there but I just unpacked and all my clothes have that Mildew stale smoke smell. I hope the smell can be washed out of my clothes. :( My guests just text me saying the same about their belongings.

4th year at Port A

Great place, plenty of room, did have a couple issues with a leak and broken fan that took two full days to be fixed. The maintenance man was very nice the day he came! I highly recommend this place!!!!

Great Family Trip

The townhome looks like it did in the pictures and easily slept our group of eight. All of the kitchen accessories and appliances were well appointed. I highly recommend reserving beach chairs and umbrellas - it is a nice feature to be able to go down to the beach at your leisure and have a space reserved with your name on it. We truly enjoyed our trip and plan to go again soon!

Reviewer Comments: We have been to Cinnamon shores twice a year for many years and this stay was by far very different and not up to normal standards at all. When we checked in. Neither key worked. Then they gave us a code and that didn’t work many times and with 8 kids this was a huge pain. No one answered phone calls and when we finally got help everyone seemed annoyed and bothered. Very disappointed in all of the service exert for the pool grill. They were great.
