Welcome to your perfect getaway—Treasure by the Sound, a newly renovated studio retreat located right on the Santa Rosa Sound. Whether you're here to unwind, fish, paddle, or simply soak up the beauty of Navarre Beach, this charming third-floor condo has everything you need for a peaceful and memorable stay.
This beautifully updated studio sleeps four comfortably. A custom sliding partition creates a private queen-sized sleeping space, while the living area features a cozy new full-sized sleeper sofa for added guests. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, new cabinetry, and bamboo flooring, making it easy to whip up your favorite meals. A washer/dryer is also included for your convenience.
Step outside to enjoy the stunning sound views and take full advantage of the private beach and fishing pier. After a day exploring the island or relaxing in the sun, cool off in the sparkling community pool or grill dinner in the shaded gazebo right by the water.
Located in an elevator building, this third-floor unit gives you fantastic views and easy access. If you're bringing a boat or jet ski, there’s parking available with prior approval—perfect for adventurers looking to explore the water from every angle.
No smoking allowed inside the unit or on balconies. No pets or events permitted. Minimum age to rent is 25.

This was our second time staying at this location. The pier, the grilling area, and bay access was amazing. We had our 2 year old with us and she was never bored! So much to do just on premises which is perfect for relaxing or with a little one to keep busy. The house was clean, and the washer/dryer was an added bonus!

Perfect vacation spot

Had an amazing time here! Right on the water, our room overlooked the Santa Rosa sound and the sun set was beautiful. Very clean and communication with owner was very easy! Definitely be coming back

Very pleasantly surprised!

I was concerned with it being a studio since we usually rented one bedroom condos but it was perfect! We were very comfortable there and the beautiful pier and sandy Bay were a bonus.

Perfect size for 2!

We really enjoyed our stay after a 25 year hiatus from Navarre. Perfect size for two! The only thing we wished we would have had a porch to sit on in the mornings and evenings.

Great Getaway

Treasure by the sound

Location was great, accomations perfect!Cost was way too high due to all the added fees for VBRO!!!There's no paperwork and everything is online so NOT sure what Administration costs could cost more than the actual rental. Cleaning costs are appropriate!

Property is in a great area and was very clean. Comfortable layout with a nice view.

Would give property a 5 except the bed was extremely uncomfortable. New mattress and box springs are definitely needed.
