Being able to see the ocean from the room was a must for booking. The veiw is amazing and the location is great.We truly enjoyed our stay. The management crew was phenominal with communications being extremely easy.We appreciate the experience and will return.

The Condo was beautiful with all the right colors, furniture in excellent shape, clean. The only thing I did see was the supplies. We have been going there for over 10 years, stayed in different condos at Waterscape. A larger condo with 4 people and the beach has only 2 chairs per condo, if you want more the chairs are 15 for each one per day. Because we do fly there, We do have to buy a chair at local shops, this year they were 30 each, 60 total. It would be nice as a courtesy to supply chairs and put in uttility closet for their guest. Some condos will reimburse for chairs (privately owned)

Family Vacation

We stayed in Waterscape B304 in July and loved it. The location was great - beautiful ocean view and close to the lazy river, which my grandkids loved. The condo was well stocked, nicely decorated, and the furniture was comfortable. The balcony was perfect too. Management was quick to respond to any questions we had while visiting. I'd definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Condo

Waterscape B304 is a great place to stay. From checking in to checking out everything was stress free. The condo was super clean and is stocked with all the essentials that you could possibly need. The beds were very good and the master bathroom is huge. Great pool area and the beach chairs and umbrella were great to have. Parking in the parking garage was easy and kept the car out of the Florida sun. We have been vacationing in the Florida Panhandle for 10 years and this could be our new favorite place to stay!

Second year in this room

We've stayed at waterscape for years but this is our second year in this room. It's great. Beds slept great. Awesome view. Great location. Would definitely stay in this room again!

Great family stay!

Our family of six with grandparents loved this condo! Great ocean view, coffee on the balcony every morning, all the kitchen utensils, clean rooms and comfy beds. Huge shower and tubs. Even with huge floaties in the living room for the pool we never felt crammed. New appliances in kitchen worked great. Love having a full washer and dryer so there’s no laundry to come home to. Close to elevator and trash chute. Ample parking. Best pools on the island!

Great room!

We've stayed at waterscape multiple times. This room is great! Updated decor and great location! Close to elevator for easy access to pools/beach. We will be staying here again!

Perfect peaceful family Vacation

This was the PERFECT place for my family. I have an 8 and 11 year old and to have easy access to the pool and beach without shlepping all of my things was incredible! The pool was super fun with the lazy river and big pool option, kids LOVED the rope lily pad thing! I was a fan of some great beverages and the pretzels at the Fudpuckers poolside stand. It was great to have access to chairs and umbrellas already set up on the beach each morning. There were activities and a movie night at the pool area during our stay and the ease of getting in/out of the condo was wonderful. There was an initial snafu with the door code but that was fixed as soon as I called about it, soooo nice to have easy access via phone to a HUMAN to help answer questions : ) The condo was clean, cozy, and had huge bathrooms! I am looking forward to booking again in the future.

Great view but…

One thing you need to check on. The master bath smells like urine. Really bad. We had to close the door to sleep in the bedroom. We used the other bathroom. Directions to Bldg B are hard to follow. Otherwise very nice.

Great family trip

The condo was beautiful, clean and great location within the resort. Wonderful views and easy access to beach and pool. Overall we would definitely stay here again! A couple things that disappointed us and to note for anyone looking to book…the pools were not heated. With cooler March temps, the kids really couldn’t enjoy all the amenities the resort offered. The condo starter kit was great but it was a tad surprising there wasn’t other standard household items we’ve had at other condos before - things like games, even deck of cards, salt and pepper or aluminum foil, lighter for grill or when we bought a candle. They told us about the starter kit but those items also seem standard and we figured might be there. Being a family type condo with bunch beds, even some plastic kids plates or cups would be nice too. Additionally, we saw other families had things like beach wagon, cooler and towels provided with their condo so those would have just been nice to also have.

Coastal Vibes Waterscape B304

Beautiful beach location perfect for families. We were lucky to have a sunny week. The week before we came and the day we left was cold and rainy. November is a tricky month. Our grand children, daughter and son-in-law loved it all! We did too very memorable vacation.

We have stayed in B304 last year also. We noticed a lot of upgrades in the kitchen had been done since our last stay. We love this place, it's great for families with or without kids

Wonderful!

Waterscape B304 is just as it is portrayed in the listing. The condo was very clean, the beach, including the chair and umbrella service was perfect and the area has many great restaurants to choose from. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Family vacation

Our condo was close to the lazy river and the ocean- great for the kids. There was a list of activities posted for the children but some of these never happened. No fireworks or duck races in the lazy river- we were told later that it was past the time of years for these. The posted info should have been updated to reflect this!

Amazing condo!

This condo was fantastic! Very clean and updated and a great view of the beach and pool. Even though it was busy, we never had a problem finding pool or beach chairs. This place truly is fantastic! We can’t wait to come back!

Stunning condo + view

We were in love with this condo as soon as we walked in. Everything about it wowed us. The bright natural light, color scheme, floor plan, and most improbably the ocean view were amazing. We have stayed at waterscape before and this is by far our favorite condo we've stayed in. We will definitely be choosing B304 again! :)

Everything was perfect!

Would highly recommend this condo, this resort, and the rental company! Will definitely be using them again for future rentals! Condo was clean and had everything we needed! Perfect view! Close to beach access as well!

Family Fun and Relaxation.

We had such a wonderful time at Waterscape with our three children (3,7,9). We were able to re-connect with each other while having fun. The kids loved the pools, the beach was so beautiful and the activities provided were great! B304 was a perfect space for us with more than enough room. The condo had such a great view and was so fast to get down to the pool or beach. Location is great, close to some good food across the street, and fun mini golf. A short walk down to the boardwalk was also great. Our only two things was that our parking lot was pretty far away, and the condo could have had more dishes (especially kid friendly), some games or a few basics like salt and pepper. Not make it break, we loved our time here! So many great amenities!
