Nestled in the heart of Corolla in the Villas at Corolla Bay community, sits this luxury home. This is a traditional 3 story beach home beautifully decorated, and fully equipped and it is ready to be your home away from home! This is a quaint neighborhood, with streetlights and wide sidewalks providing a safe place to walk, run or bike during day or night. Friends and family can enjoy the large community sports area including horseshoes, basketball, shuffleboard, volleyball and more. The community pool (complete with restrooms) is just 100' away and can be seen from the great room. (Pool is open May 15 - September 30). We're only minutes from the beach via designated pathway (life guard stand located at access entrance) and close to a a large variety of local restaurants & shops as well as historical sites and many outdoor attractions/activities.

First floor: Private Queen Bedroom and full bath, a bright family room with DVD player, SmartTV with Charter Spectrum, Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+, XBOX ONE, more than 30 Xbox games, board games, puzzles, and books! Two exterior doors open to a very large gated patio area with outdoor shower, full-sized dining table for 6, 2 loungers and 2 other high back chairs and a side table PLUS 6 person hot tub (open May 15 - September 30), and large propane grill.

Middle floor: King Master Bedroom with DVD player, TV with Charter Spectrum, Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+, large bathroom, double sink, and large shower; 2nd King bedroom; Bedroom with 2 bunk sets. The latter 2 bedrooms share a full bath with double vanity and tub/shower. Hallway door opens to covered porch with "hanging" chairs for kicking back and enjoying that first cup of coffee. Laundry room with extra large capacity washer and dryer conveniently located on this floor.

Top (third) floor is a spacious open floor plan with a fully appointed, light and airy, family room (including fireplace) with a 46" HDTV, Blu-ray player (more than 400 movies), Charter Spectrum TV, Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+. A sliding glass door leads to open air deck with Adirondack chairs. Fully outfitted high end kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar and dining table. Convenient half bath.

Post photos, stay in touch with family and friends (or work if you must!) with high speed internet access throughout the house via two different network connections (one for you and 1 for your kids!).

Sound and Sea Escape is family friendly and includes a pack and play, high chair, and baby gate. Beach equipment includes 10 beach chairs, several large umbrellas, 2 beach carts, 8 beach cruiser bikes plus a pull along child bike, tons of sand toys, ladder ball, corn hole plus much more available for your enjoyment.

All beds have bed linens, quilts/comforters, and pillows. No bath or beach towels. One roll of TP and container of hand soap for each bathroom and one roll of paper towels in the kitchen are also provided.

NOTE FOR GROUPS OF MORE THAN TEN: If your group is more than ten, feel free to ask us about other houses in the neighborhood to rent in tandem. You can rent two or more villas for less than many other single houses in Corolla!
