THE LOCATION

The Ocean Oasis awaits you...... A perfect spot for reunions, special celebrations, company retreats, bridal parties, and romantic weekend getaways. Our inviting beach house is ideally located in the most desirable and historic Northeast Inlet of Atlantic City; conveniently located on a beach block, walking distance from the marina, favorite neighborhood restaurants, a short uber ride from the Borgata and other casinos on the boardwalk, a short ride to the outlets and a 30 minute ride to other nearby shore communities. The inlet is the most vibrant, up and coming community in Atlantic City, also perfect for weekend stays due to easy access from Philadelphia, New Jersey, New York or DC. Its proximity to the Atlantic City and Philadelphia International airports makes it an ideal choice for longer stays.

THE HOUSE:

Can comfortably sleep up to 10 people. It is newly renovated and thoughtfully laid out to provide you with the comforts of home and a relaxing and memorable experience. The first floor has 2 spacious family rooms furnished for your entertainment pleasure. Entry through the front door leads to a room with a cathedral ceiling and bamboo floor that features an 8 ft. Olhausen slate billiards table and powder room. The rear door leads to a newly renovated gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Its easy access to the back yard brick patio is perfect for barbecues during the warmer months when an outdoor grill and seating is provided. The kitchen area extends into an open dining room and living room with a 4K Samsung Smart 55ā€ flat screen television and sectional seating area. One level up you will find 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms, each with queen size pillow-top mattresses, to provide you with optimal relaxation and tranquility. The second floor also has 2 full bathrooms and 2 furnished balconies with ocean views in addition to the convenience of a washer and dryer. Head up one more flight to the loft to find another family room that easily converts into comfortable sleeping quarters and sports views of the ocean and the Atlantic City Skyline. The house is equipped with all the current technology you want and need; wi-fi, Smart TVs, Apple TVs, Direct TV (including NFL league pass and over 500 channels), PlayStation 4, Sonos, the works. There is a free standing 2 car garage for your convenience but there is usually on-street parking. While we prefer to leave a little of our offerings as a surprise we will say that your Seaside Sanctuary has been designed to provide you with hospitable and thoughtful personal touches to make your stay like no other.

NEIGHBORHOOD ACTIVITIES:
The neighborhood is conveniently located close to Gardnerā€™s Basin and many different activities. Don't feel like walking, the AC Jitney Shuttle Stop is right on the corner and runs 24/7. Dining, shopping, off shore fishing, boat sightseeing tours, the AC Aquarium, water activities, festivals, concerts, outdoor movies, fireworks, gambling, or simple relaxation are all at your finger tips.
Plans to extend the boardwalk to the inlet area by 2018 will allow for morning bike rides and walks from the inlet straight through to Ventnor. The historic AC Inlet is at the heart of Atlantic City so come on over kick your feet up and enjoy this experience that your Seaside Sanctuary is sure to provide.

Place to stay

Very clean and relaxing. Very safe neighborhood with plenty of room to hang out when we had time. Marcus was quick to respond when we had a question. Recommend this oasis home to anyone. Would definitely come stay here again if we did not come back.

End of summer get away

Owners were very helpful from answering questions about the property to checking in on us and when we had a few small issues, they stepped up to make it right. Much appreciated. Although it says there is a small beach down the block, it's more like an inlet so we had to make a quick drive to one that had more sand and waves. We were lucky enough to be there during the airshow which we really enjoyed. Thanks for a perfect way to end the summer!

Nice location, 100 yards walk to beach. Very clean.

Property was very nice and allowed for family interaction in the kitchen / family room area. Also utilized the many decks. Will strongly consider returning next year, which would make 3 straight years.

AC retreat

Ocean oasis is a great descriptor. Marissa and Marcus were proactive and easy to contact. The house was clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. The location was great; a safe and clean section of AC, just off the boardwalk and walking distance to a small beach on the AC/Brigantine inlet. We very much enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Myself and family of five enjoyed our stay. The house is big enough for us to enjoy our own space especially with the two small balconies and the front and back porches. There is a small beach a short walk away with lifeguards. My one observation: nice place to be for folks who have bikes.

Marcus and Marissa. Where always nice and sweet . I called and text a couple times and they always where available to help me in the most sweet way. Their house itā€™s really clean and comfortable, this house itā€™s great in Space. I felt home all the time. I went with my fiancĆ© in our 4 kids. Our 2 boys 14 years old. And 2 girls 17 and 18 years old, the kids enjoy the pool table as we all enjoy the 3rd floor for our movie night. We had a really peaceful family time there. I will recommend this house to everyone......We also spend time in a town near by Brigantine itā€™s like 15 minutes away, but worth it. The beach itā€™s great . We went 2 times to the pirate Den Restaurant we love it. The food was delicious . Thanks Again to Marcus and Marissa for share your house with us. Love. Karan And Tom

Great experience!

Everything about this home was perfect! Much bigger than the pictures portrayed and it was so neat and clean when we arrived. There was so much in the area to do that we could walk to! Also, the popular casinos were only a short 5 minute uber away! The homeowner was extremely helpful and readily available for any questions I had. I will definitely be staying here on my next trip to Atlantic City!

Awesome Property!

Great location, spacious, inviting.

We all thought the home was very nice. The billiards table was used frequently, (abiding by the rules when using it) which led to quality fun time. The location could not have been more perfect. Just a few steps from the beach, and with the weather the way it was we even enjoyed a nice walk down to the casino during the day. Couldn't have asked for a better leasor to work with and make this an incredible end of the season get away!

Excellent place despite the less than ideal weather.

The place was fantastic. Really close to a lot of cool attractions and Marcus was extremely responsive and helpful. A nice beach is probably about a 20 second walk away. Couldn't have asked for a better time.

Great for a bachelorette!

I would definitely recommend this property! Not only is it beautiful, but it is only 2 blocks from the beach and a short Uber ride from all the Atlantic City action. We had everything we needed for a comfortable girls' weekend away.

Didn't have to leave AC to getaway!

Ocean Oasis is a great place to get away from the hustle and lively downtown Atlantic City, without ever actually leaving AC. The house had everything my party was looking for; it was in a quiet neighborhood away from downtown; it easily accommodated my party of 10; and it had plenty of indoor and outdoor space for relaxing and conversation. The pool table (great quality btw) was an added bonus, and seemed to attract the most attention throughout the weekend. There was always a game going on! The Sonos home audio system was also a nice bonus, and a great way to liven up the group. The home itself was fairly new and it is in great shape. The kitchen/dining room/living room open space was the central common area for our stay. Everything about the space is quality: nice hardwood floors, granite countertops, and comfortable furniture throughout. The couch is huge and was a great place to take in the NBA playoff game. Just outside of the kitchen is a back patio area which had plenty of furniture and easily allowed for 8 of us to sit and talk over an evening cigar. The bedrooms were very clean, spacious, and welcoming. We used all of the spaces in the house, including the third floor loft, and everyone was satisfied with their room. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower and double vanity. That was helpful during the evening crunch time when everyone was rushing to get ready for dinner. There were plenty of sheets, pillows, even towels, to go around too. Overall the house was spacious, well-lit, open, and welcoming. I would recommend staying at Ocean Oasis if you are considering staying in a town outside of Atlantic City like Brigantine or Margate. It was easy (and cheap) to get to the casinos and boardwalk with a simple phone call to a limo service (we made friends with the driver and he helped us all weekend). The best part was never having to leave AC proper. An added bonus to the house was the garage and on street parking right out front. I highly recommend checking out Ocean Oasis. I know it will be the place I book next time I need a house in AC.

Amazing place to stay in Atlantic City!

I rented this "Ocean Oasis" as a place to stay for a bachelor party in Atlantic City. We had a group of 12, and everyone absolutely loved this house. I don't think the pictures do this place justice. It was very clean, open and accommodating for all of us. There was plenty of room for everyone; I never felt like we were encroaching on one another's space. The pool table was a center of action during our stay, and we were able to play music throughout the house with the Sonos system and smart TV's. Unfortunately, it was raining during our stay so we didn't get to enjoy the nearby beach. When it was time to take the party out on the town, it was just a short ride to get to the action in Atlantic City. I had never done a short-term rental before so I was a little apprehensive about how the process would go. Marcus made it incredibly straight-forward, kept in contact with me, and was very responsive when it came to the one issue that I had (smoke detector beeping). My only complaint: I didn't rent this house for a longer amount of time! If I would have known how incredible my short stay was going to be, I would have booked this house for a longer duration. I will definitely keep this place in mind whenever I plan another stay in AC.

A fantastic weekend in AC

We had a group of eight adults and one child who stayed at the Ocean Oasis. Our stay could not have been better. Everything was true to the pictures and description. Marcus was very responsive leading up to our stay. And the actual house was beautiful and very well maintained. The beach was a two minute walk away. And all the action along the boardwalk was a five minute cab ride away. Thank you, Marcus. We'll definitely be looking to come back next year.

Excellent value rental

I had to stay here for a gathering with friends. The owner was responsive and very professional. House was clean and property is in a good safe location. There are sandy beaches right near by. Also some restauraunts for breakfast and brunch and even a couple of spots to grab a drink. Technology level is very good in the house. TVs are nice and if you want to play Music there are capabilities for that throughout the house. All in all, the owner takes care of the house and has put effort into making it a nice place to stay.

Girl's Ocean Oasis Weekend

A group of 10 of us stayed for a girls weekend. The house is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and in the perfect location. The beach is only second away from the house, so no need to pack a lunch for the beach...just take a walk to the air conditioned house and have snack! There was plenty of room for all of us to stay...we probably could have fit a few more girls even! Only downfall was that the basic kitchen items such as olive oil, tin foil, and pepper were missing...so make sure you bring every little item you may need. We would definitely stay at this property again!!!
