City ordinance requires quiet hours in exterior spaces after 10pm. No parties or loud gatherings. No music or noise on exterior decks after 10pm please. Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years. Owner will send separate contract for guest`s signature.

In addition to the cancellation policy- All Payments are Refundable less the direct costs charged for the cancellation by the credit card processing company of up to 4% until 60 days before reservation, then they become nonrefundable.

Our family of 11 people celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary. The house was very comfortable and well appointed. It was nice for each couple to have their own bedrooms and bathrooms. We had a blast.

Old guys weekend

Perfect Family Vacation

Generous living space, generous dining areas, very well equipped kitchens. Restful bedrooms and bathrooms.Only suggestion would be to make the pantry cupboards available for food items, instead of kitchenware. The upper cupboard to the right of the stove is not that accessible.

Beautiful Multistory House by the Boardwalk

We had a large retreat and really enjoyed both the communal spaces, like the balconies and decks, and the apartments being in the same building. It made our over trip logistics much simpler and the walkable location made it easy for the group to have different activities to participate in nearby. The house is massive! Plenty of space for everyone in our group. The location can't be beat. Quick walk to the beach, pier and boardwalk. Lots of places to eat nearby and a newly opened boba shop next door! The kitchens are well stocked with everything you need.

Wonderful family get away!

When you go on vacation you just want to enjoy your destination. This property had everything you might need in the kitchens and bathrooms. It was so we'll stocked with any amenities you might need. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Our instructions were very thorough and the property management was accessible and helpful when we needed them. We had a wonderful time and this property and the crazy good location made it the best.

Love this property!

This was a beautiful property located one block of the beach! We had my moms 80th birthday with 20 families members ranging in age from 1-82. Centrally located to the beach, boardwalk, pier and restaurants. It was very easy to communicate with the property manager and owner. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

What a perfect time we had at this beautiful property - 17 in all enjoyed Santa Cruz Villas! So much so we all plan to return. All of the rooms were spacious, clean to perfection, and the kitchen was stocked so well. The access to the wharf, beach and boardwalk was perfect - easy walking distance. We are exited to return and enjoy this beautiful property again..

Exceeded expectations!

Our team of 17 adults rented out the villas for our offsite. It was the perfect space with two awesome living rooms/kitchens and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was great to walk to our evening festivities and the views from the balconies and rooftop were beautiful. The hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with. I would absolutely stay here with a large group again!

Family beach vacation

Derrick and Alex were the best team we've ever dealt with (from pre-booking, preparing for, during our stay, through check-out). Fabulous location that we would return to in a heartbeat. I would recommend booking all 3 levels to enjoy the roof top deck and outdoor space. It satisfied all ages from 1 to 83. Tremendous attention to our needs.

The villas were very clean. High walkability score with beach, boardwalk, pier within a half-mile and downtown within a mile. Access to private parking is a big plus. Great views from the upper floors. There is no A/C in the bedrooms so it can get a bit stuffy on warm nights. For us, it was fine with the windows and sliding balcony doors open, but the street noise may be bothersome to light sleepers. Kitchens were spacious and very well equipped. Beds comfy. The elevator was extremely helpful for my elderly mom as there are quite a number of stairs to negotiate. It also came in handy to transport luggage and groceries.Derek and his team were so helpful before and during our stay. They promptly answered all our questions and kept us well informed. We would certainly stay here again.

We designed this property and built it from the ground up in our favorite spot in Santa Cruz. Construction completed in October 2014. We used the finest building materials, and borrowed ideas on amenities from resorts we have visited around the world. There really isn't a better location to experience all the fun of Santa Cruz. The location puts in you a spot where you never have to get in your car to enjoy all that Santa Cruz has to offer. You could stay a month and not hit every restaurant in walking distance.

From the moment you drive up, you'll notice the arched toped hand hewn wooden doors, and when you step into your unit, you will find old world hand chiseled travertine stone floors through out. Enjoy your favorite drink from the bar in the kitchen, while watching the waves break on Cowells Beach. Dozen of restaurants are just outside your door, or if you like to cook, the Viking Range is professional quality. If you are travelling with Friends, you'll enjoy having two master suites, each with a kind size bed. We designed this property for our own enjoyment, and we hope you love it as much as we do!
