Lauderdale and with in an hour drive to Miami and West Palm Beach.Enjoy indoor outdoor living in Fort Lauderdale with our completely remodeled 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom house. Our home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. The large flat screen TV in the living room is perfect for watching movies. The house has an open floor plan which includes a game room with a pool table/ping pong table. This home has all the conveniences you want while on vacation, including wireless internet access, TV in each bedroom, laundry facilities and a gas grill. Located in a quiet family friendly and pet friendly neighborhood of Ft Lauderdale, this residence is just 2.8 miles from the beach and close to everything East Fort Lauderdale has to offer including shopping, restaurants and night life. You will be minutes away from Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, Las Olas/downtown Fort Lauderdale, Wilton Manors and the Intracoastal Waterway.

New Year's Eve week 2023

Loved the private pool area. Felt like a private sanctuary with plenty of seating. Pros 1. Spacious, plenty of seating, indoors, and outdoors 2. Loved the courtyard pool privacy 3. Conveniently located near food stores, drugstores, beach, and restaurants 4. Good work space Cons 1. need of power washing 2. Furniture, dark wood colored, better suited for New England environment. When I think of Florida, I think of bamboo, glass, light colored furniture, lots of light. 3. Being an avid reader, the interior of the house was dark with no suitable reading lighting. Most all the lights were amber color. While it was Jan the weather allowed reading in the day time pool side. In summary, this is a great place for a multiple family gathering so everyone has space. Plenty of seating/inside and out. Christine was attentive to questions prior to check in. Experienced no problems. Quiet neighborhood and felt safe. We enjoyed the stay.

Interesting Gem

We had a great time here — it’s absolutely perfect for a family, especially with teens! We had four teenagers with us who loved this property — between the pool/ping pong, arcade games, great tv and division of sleeping quarters, it was perfect and never felt crowded. We cooked dinner every night and had everything we needed in the kitchen. I recommend renting bikes if you have teens that want to be able to get to the ocean on their own (that’s what we did and thankful we did — but is an added expense). Also, there is a cable park nearby that our kids loved visiting and we visited Tropibowls (also nearby) every morning for breakfast. The owners are super responsive and accommodating. It’s not a fancy place — but it’s just perfect for families!

Very nice home in a safe location. Had all the amenities that I needed. Host was quick to respond

Only thing I would suggest is a little updating the outside area and more lighting near back and Jacuzzie otherwise place was beautiful.

Very nice!

Our stay for the 4th of July was very pleasant. This house has a very spacious kitchen with many utensils to choose from. The pool is very nice and pleasant. Very grateful to Christine, its owner, for always being aware of any detail and promptly answering any questions we had. Thank you Christine!

senior games stay

3 couples in Fl for the senior games..house was perfect for our stay...Beds were very comfortable , air worked great in hot weather the pool was clean and good to get out of the heat..and the outside bar next to the pool was perfect place to relax. Any questions were answered in a couple minutes.. Short distance to 95 and we found a great bar and resturant a couple min away named Flanigans ..Short distance to the beach.. We enjoyed our stay at the house and i think it helped us win some gold and bronze medals haha...Thank you Christine

Lauderdale By The Sea Winter

We had a great time at this house from Mid January through the end of March. The pool and the house was perfect. While we like to walk and run on a daily basis, it would have been more perfect if the house was a little closer to the ocean. However, it was only 2.5 miles and not a big problem. Having the pool made the difference and house was an easy drive to many restaurants and shopping. The owners, Christine and Rex, were great and easy to work with. Highly recommended property.

Perfect

My family was visiting from New York and we wanted an atmosphere where we can be connected, wake up to make breakfast, enjoy time together at our own convenience in a pool, and curl up all together to just watch a movie. The ping-pong table was a huge hit for the teens. The house was so spacious outside and inside for adults and teens to enjoy time separated when needed ;). I will gladly book this property again if possible in the near future. It felt like home.

Amazing House and Host

This property was great, pool area was so large from the awesome pool to the bar area, hot tub and lounging area. The house was perfect for us and most of all the Host Christine was superb! She was so accommodating, personable, and great at communication - she was the BEST! Great house, good location, great outdoor space and amazing Host!! Would love to stay here again some day!

Convenient, spacious, comfortable vacation home.

The house was spacious and had the pool and hot tub that helped us relax and enjoy the nice Fort Lauderdale weather. Driving to the beach and downtown was a short distance and easy to get to.

False advertisement

Displeasing unfortunately. The house was not clean, the pool was green and had algae growing, there was mold, kitchen appliance were not cleaned. Don’t think this house was ever dusted as there was thick layers of dust on the fans. I doubt the house was ever properly cleaned after each guest. We lost a day of our vacation trying to get relocated to another property. Only upside the host refunded us.

Great Pool & Hot Tub

The home was very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Christine was very helpful when we needed assistance at check in. The outdoor space, specifically the pool and hot tub were great, very clean and worked perfectly.

Beautiful Oasis!

We just completed a week long stay at this property. It was perfect!!! Beautiful pool, enclosed yard with bar and lounge area. Kitchen was huge and well equipped. I walked to the beach everyday. Great area, great house, and amazing amenities.

Great Value. Space to spread out

Family of 5. The variety of things to do in the house was so welcoming. We ate at the bar outside for my daughter's sweet 16. We hit the jacuzzi every night. The pool was great during the day. Used Netflix at night. Kitchen was well stocked and clean. Ping pong every night. We are a long-time VRBO family so the bar is really high. Pictures are a bit optimistic but overall such a value and large house. Owner was very responsive with questions.

We Had A Great Time!

The owner got back to us quickly and responded immediately when we called her. The pool and hot tub were clean and working properly the whole time. The kitchen has everything we could ever need in it with plenty of storage for our food in the pantry. There were plenty of towels and linens and all the TV's had Netflix and Amazon Prime channels, so we had plenty to chose from. Wi-Fi worked great with multiple users. The A/C worked great and so did the water pressure. The location was close to plenty of grocery stores, so we had plenty to choose from. We really enjoyed ourselves and we hope to return again!

Our family contsists of 4 adults. Our children are currently attending college and are not home too often. We have a second home in North Carolina, that we love to visit, so we decided to offer our home as a vacation home for others to enjoy. My husband and I have been married for 30 years and we own rental property in the area. We both have grown up in the area and have lived here for over 40 years. We both truley love south Florida.

Our home is a very private. We have a wall and wood fence that surrounds the property. The outdoor area is tropical and makes you feel like you are in your own private tropical resort. The pool, hotub, covered outdoor bar and gas grill allow you to totally enjoy the outdoors.
