*Please be advised that we are not able to give out more than the allowed number of parking permits per reservation, Overnight parking in Breckenridge is limited during the winter season to only the Ice Rink lot located off of Boreas pass road. You are not able to leave your car there continually, so it must be moved each day. This can be very inconvenient. Other options may be to look for overnight parking in other areas of Summit county such as Frisco or Dillon.

We regret to inform you that Ski Watch is a NO pets allowed establishment. Failure to comply is subject to a fine of $250 per dog with an additional $100 per day thereafter until the dog is removed from the property.

The ski-in/ski-out access is amazing, and overall this place is great. The beds were a bit firm, but the sofas and chairs were very comfortable. We really appreciated the organic spices and dishwasher detergent. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cooking supplies. We loved our stay, though a can opener would have been helpful, and the hot water in the master bathroom could be adjusted to be hotter

Best location!

We had 4 in our group. The location was perfect. Walk out, put on skis and get on lift. A true skier couldn’t ask for more!

Amazing Location - Highly Recommend

Communication and directions were clear and concise. Everything went exactly as planned from online guide just before arriving, pickup of parking pass and keys, where to store equipment, and the condo itself was exactly as advertised. The layout was perfect for our family. Kitchen area was ideal for eating and playing board/card games. Humidifiers were a very nice touch. I would stay here again with my family anytime!

Overall good

Easy experience for our first rental. After hearing horror stories from others I didn’t have high expectations. Communication with host was great. Condo was super clean and had everything we needed. Beds very comfortable. The only downside was both nights we were awoken at 2:30am by people below us having a very loud party. Able to contact property manager and they broke up party. Certainly not hosts fault but they were amazing with the situation. Will most definitely stay there again if the opportunity comes.

Perfect Ski-On/Ski-Off Vacation Home

We absolutely loved staying at this wonderful condo! First, the owners were so responsive when we had questions or minor issues. Secondly, you cannot beat the location and super easy access to the lifts. Especially during covid, this made our ski trip so easy and safe. We never had to go to a lodge to eat or warm up. We just went back to the condo. The ski locker made it easy to store our skis and not have to carry them back and forth through the building. The kitchen was well stocked with all we would need to cook meals at home. Having two large bedrooms made it easy for our family to stay comfortably for the entire week. Lastly, the check in and check out process was incredibly easy. We will definitely stay here again. Just one note: Bring quarters if you want to do laundry. There is no change machine in the laundry room and it only accepts coins. The building manager does have change, but you have to coordinate to meet him, since he is working in the building. Overall, we loved every minute of our stay. Thank you!

Great location for ski-in/out

Check-in was a breeze. The Dish network wasn't working when we first arrived but the owner and manager of the property assisted in getting it fixed same day. The communication with the property was also excellent. Only downside, which the owner has no control over, is a rowdy family that was above us.

Relaxing Stay

Comfortable, relaxing stay. Not too far from town. Loved sitting on the large balcony enjoying the sun and a drink. Wish it had been more quiet. Didn’t realize there was a small amusement park right there with music and noise all day.

Great condo, great location

We have been to Breckenridge on many occasions during the winter but never during the summer. We have also never stayed at the base of any of the mountains. The condo was great but the patio overlooking Peak 8 was exceptional. Due to COVID, features like the hot tub and outdoor grills weren't available but everything else was great. The laundry room was a big help but we recommend bringing quarters.

Perfect ski in ski out

This place was perfect for a weekend ski getaway! The living room is small but the giant table in the kitchen makes it perfect for everyone to be able to hangout. We loved being able to ski and come back for a quick snack or break. Karla was quick to call me back with answers to my questions. Thankful for her flexibility. We will 100% be back!!

Location can't be beat if you want to truly "ski in/ski out". Living area a bit cramped for 6plus adults although we did host a lunch for a 11 people and it worked out with the kitchen seating and other chairs/sofa. There were no potholders in the kitchen which made it interesting when removing dishes from the oven (I improvised with the kitchen towels and my ski mitts), so having a couple of those would be good. We brought in basically every bit of food to cook while up on mountain in this condo (which is why I especially noticed no potholders the 1st nite): crock pot was great to have. Main issue that was a "negative" is no control of the heat/air in the unit. We had to open windows to cool off at nite when the thermometer in the condo read 80degrees; there was 1 box fan that we used in one of the bedrooms so it helped a bit. Since it stayed so warm/hot, we never did use the fireplace. No light on the balcony, so didn't go out there at nite. All in all the stay was good for our family. We were there to ski as much as possible for 6 days and staying just up from the lifts was ideal. Thank you.

True Ski-in/Ski-out right on Peak 8 base; clean, convenient, and roomy -- great fun!

This condo is an amazing location and in excellent shape. Despite the overall feeling of being 'dated', the condo is quite cozy, welcoming, and great for family & friends alike. There was ample parking underground, two great hot-tubs for apres ski with a view of the slopes, as well as a two-story game room/lounge (in the building) for gathering with friends. The individual condo was also stocked with pretty much everything you'd need for your vacation -- hair dryers, humidifiers, crock pots, cooking utensils, lots of plates/dishes, and much more. We found everything we needed there to help make our vacation great. It is worth noting though, that the condo is just slightly up-slope on peak 8, and therefore, walking down to the restaurant there, or the other amenities was not exactly something I recommend doing a lot, especially if you're not accustomed to the altitude. Correction -- the walk down wasn't bad, it was the walk back up! Also, as noted above, the condo is a bit dated from a decor standpoint, but it didn't bother us at all and everything worked as expected -- in fact, many apres-ski naps were had in the recliners! The owner checked in a few times (via text) to make sure everything was ok and was very communicative/helpful throughout. Would definitely stay again in this condo!

Great place, out the door and ski down 200 ft to the lift

Clean, cozy, great view of the sunrise and couldn't be more convienent. Thanks a ton, we will be back.

Ski Watch

My son said this was his favorite ski vacation. It was a hit. The unit is dated, but we didn't care. It was clean and the only thing I felt missing was a hair dryer and Karla brought one upon request. The crock pot was put to good use and the recliners were our favorite apres ski lounge after the hot tubs. Location was truly key. The only time we got in the car was to visit City Market. Honestly, we got so much skiing in because of this location. We could slide down to the lift before 9 and come back for lunch and be back for the second round by 1. Ski In/Ski Out is top priority for us! We'll be back.
