This house is a beachfront villa in Little Bay Country Club, an upscale gated community in Negril. This spectacular villa with it's own private white sand beach and infinity edge swimming pool is only a 45 minute drive from the Airport. The community sits on a thin peninsula surrounded by the ocean on both sides and is gated with 24 hour security.

The villa itself has three large bedrooms each with ocean views and the Master en-suite bathroom. The three bedrooms are upstairs. All bedrooms have split air-conditioning and HD LED televisions. The villa is beautifully decorated with a mix of elegant new pieces. All bathrooms, which are finished in natural stone, marble or granite, have walk in showers. Relax in the large master suite complete with a luxurious bathroom with shower enclosure and spa-like soaking tub while watching the sunset. This suite opens unto a spacious upstairs patio where one can enjoy the breathtaking sunrise in the morning or have afternoon tea while viewing the birds of the Little Bay Marine Park. Experience the romantic Beach where we you can grill your favourite meal right on the beach while you dine by candlelight surrounded by tiki torches.

The Villa is complete with an air-conditioned family room with BOSE surround sound and 70' flat screen TV also has a exquisite kitchen where you can produce exceptional meals. The villa rental includes free WIFI, Cable TV, housekeeper and gardener to attend to all your needs. Relax on the beach or have a drink by the pool.

You should visit the world famous Ricks Cafe. Located five minutes drive from the villa is Cool Runnings water park, Margaritaville and the Jungle Nightclub.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was very well stocked with various appliances and kitchen amenities. We also enjoyed using the backyard patio table and grill. Thanks for a great stay!

Awesome property

From the time we checked in until the day we left, the service was exceptional. Ann Marie was always available and ready to assist. The house cleaner did a wonderful job as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Property

Great ocean views from property itself. Was pleased to find that each bedroom had its own balcony. Short walk to pool and beach. Concierge assisted with finding airport transportation and charter options and was able to answer questions as they arose.

The perfect stay

This was home away from home, we have come to Jamaica on several occasions and usually stay with family but as it was the first time with our 2 young children we wanted more space. The beach access, swimming pool and gated community were essentia k and did not disappoint. The property was delightful, clean and comfortable, so spacious including the garden with its breath taking views. Ann Marie our contact and chef was so helpful and loving company and the food exceptional. It was a stress free stay and we hope to make it a regular stay for future trips.

An Irie Time

I cannot say enough about this property. It was immaculate, the views were stunning and customer service was excellent. They literally thought of everything we would need. The property is beautiful and the view from the backyard was just WOW! We felt safe and could see security constantly patrolling the property which made us very comfortable. They provided a driver and she was a blessing. We would definitely return.

Fantastic time in Negril!

Beautiful property and great location. Angie, the manager, was very accomidating and helpful. Made our transportation to/from airport very easy. The property location overlooks the water and is one of the best views on the entire development. Short drive into the town of Negril. Should have a car though. Nice beach and even though development is still occurring it did not affect our stay. We went as 2 couples but would also be great for a family. New with the best of appliances. Thanks for a great stay.

The house was incredible and the location was perfect! The house had everything you could need and the staff was great! Angie checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed and made any necessary arrangements we needed (taxi, reservation, etc.). Julia made us some incredible dinners! We simply took her to the grocery store to buy the ingredients for her meal and she would come back and cook. Her meals were incredible! If you want some good authentic Jamaican food, make sure to use her services. I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting the privacy of a private home and not the hassles of "all inclusive" resorts. We were over looking the ocean every morning from patio and steps away from the community beach and infinity pool. Trust me all of your needs will be taken care of.

Relaxing!!

My husband and I have stayed at this condo 3 times now so that in it’s self should say something.The staff are amazing friendly and very trustworthy.Ann Marie makes sure everything is up to par and that you are comfortable and well taken care of.She also cooks some amazing meals for us at a rate that you would have to discuss with her.Kay Ann is the housekeeper and is fabulous at her job.The grounds and view are stunning with beautiful sunsets.It’s also like a 3 minute walk to the private pool and beach which is beautiful.Safety is also top notch.I walked every morning when it was still dark and I always felt safe. We had an incident nothing major but that seems to happen to my husband and I pretty much every trip,wherever we go,it’s just the way things go for us haha. We highly recommend you try your next vacation at this unit…you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely marvelous

The pictures of this property does not give it the total Justice it needs. I live on the island of Maui, Hawaii. When I got to this place in Jamaica and I walked into this property I said WOW!! 😱 My guest and I walked through the house and just was amazed how clean how everything was in place and how fantastic it was. 👏👏👏 Then we walked outside to the backyard and it just BLEW US ALL THE WAY 👀 THE VIEW WAS SPECTACULAR. Now I am used to seeing things like this here in Hawaii especially on the island of Maui. To see it there was just breathtaking. Only thing I can say about this place is WOW. It is simply a fantastic place to stay very comfortable, very inviting and very hard to leave. If I get to come to Negril Jamaica again, that would be the place that I will stay every time. The host was very prompt in getting back to us. Whenever we had a question. Was there to greet us and show us all the things we needed to know about the place. If you get a chance to stay there, I'm absolutely positive that you will have the same initial views when you walk into that place and see it. And when you walk out to the backyard and see that fantastic view that we got up every morning and sat out there and watched as we had coffee and breakfast. I want to thank the owner of the property for putting together. Such a fabulous place. Spectacular place into all that's maintaining it. You guys are doing a great job. I applaud you 👏👏👏👏👏

“New & Modern Villa With Private Pool & Beach ~ The Most Professional & Friendly Service”

We stayed 7 nights here and one of the many great things about this lovely New Villa is the very friendly service by the staff & owners. The team here are genuine and are totally concerned with their guests being well taken care of and comfortable! The villa is new and modern ... and the Wi-Fi worked very well with multiple devices. The view from the master balcony is breath taking! Hot water is unlimited which is great when in the caribbean. All new appliances throughout which made our stay very comfortable when preparing meals. Pool is less then five minutes walking distance with direct access to an exclusive beach. One of our highlights is after the nightlife we enjoyed coming home in the evening and jumping in the pool or beach and then walking less then 5 minutes to our villa. We will definitely be back and have already recommended this villa to our friends in the USA and Canada. We had to! Once we posted pictures and shared our experience everyone wanted the details. The property was a great fit for us as we were travelling as a group of adults with kids. Large dining room for all of us to sit and two living areas with recliners! ;) We used one for the adults and the other for kids Lots of nearby actives to do for adults and family, shopping, restaurants ... location does not get any better. The owners & staff were available via phone, text or email before, during, and after our booking! Exceptional service. Negril 2015 is an amazing Memory for our families and Children...Thank You Vinroy, Angela & Staff! See you again soon!

Wonderful Vacation

We arrived 2/15/15 and was greeted at the airport by Angie, the Manager. Since we were worried about what we had read about renting a car in Jamaica Vinroy Paul, the owner offered to rent to us without all the additional fees and hassle. Every step of the way he was amazing!! He answered every question we had and always promptly and kind. No matter how many questions we had, he never seemed to mind. He even gave me his cell phone number so I could text him. Since we were traveling with another couple and he didn't think we could fit everyone and our luggage into the rental car we arranged for a private shuttle car to pick them up to follow us (the manager was to pick us up at the airport because we read that it was advisable not to drive too far alone as a tourist) to the villa. My husband and I arrived at 11am and our companions arrived at 2pm. Angie was there and waiting for us at 11am sharp. Since we had some time to kill while waiting for our companions to arrive, they took us to the grocery store. The owner told us about an app to use for texting internationally and we downloaded it an added them both. Angie sent us a picture of herself so we knew who to look for. When we met her outside, to our surprise there was a van so that we could all ride together. What a wonderful surprise that was! They brought us to the grocery store, came in with us and guided us through the store helping us with suggestions and even loading our groceries for us. They then brought us back to the airport to meet our travel companions. We had a wonderful ride to the villa with good conversation and suggestions of places to visit. When we arrived, they helped us with our luggage and when we entered there was a bottle of champagne welcoming us (it was our anniversary). We insisted that they join us for a toast to start our vacation off right. Angie showed us around and made sure we had everything we needed before they left. The house was beautiful and we loved it; however, when the ice maker didn't work we told Angie and she sent someone over right away. The owner checked in on us upon arrival and a few days in to make sure everything was going ok and that we had everything we needed. If we told him that anything wasn't perfect, he took care of it immediately!!! By immediately, I mean while he was texting me, he was forwarding the messages to Angie making sure she was aware. He was simply amazing!!! Thank you for a wonderful trip AND for being SO caring!!

first time in Jamaica but I never stay in hotels I really love the home feel when We travel so I booked a vrbo in Jamaica...when I called the number on the reservation the man who was very helpful in helping me find the home I get to the home and there is 3 ladies there Angie her daughter and Julia standing by the front door my family and I are use to just checking into the property and learning our way around so we started exploring the home we were told don't touch anything just come sit down and let us tell you the rules so I told my family to all grab a seat and let's learn the rules we were taken around the home and asked to not touch anything again which was very uncomfortable for us... There was no dryer, the back patio door was broken, there was a remote missing to the living room tv that prevented us from watching certain things on the tv they said the last guest had lost, and later we found out the later that night that the tub did not work... But we were not going to let any of that ruin our vacation we were told a cook comes with the home of you need here there was NOT an extra fee but highly suggest that you tip... Well we wanted an authentic Jamaican breakfast so that evening she went with us to the market to grab food we tipped her $20 us next morning she cooked we tipped her $10 us (food was not good) the second night we wanted Jamaican dinner and we met an islander who barbecue for us and our guest she was just helping him out after we were done we asked her what did we owe her she said $100 us we were all like WHAT so my husband and I went upstairs to call Angie to see if that was a fair price Angie was like I don't get into so we felt hustled... we felt like we are not from here and don't know the value of things Angie is our point of contact we call her and she sounds like leave me out of it... So what do you do at that point we were just going to give her the money but my husband said we will pay you in the morning we have to go to the ATM so the next morning I tried calling the office to explain and express how I was feeling there was a manager with a different name so I asked for her and the voice I hear was Angie so I asked Angie to speak with Shirlie she said this is she I was confused because I knew that was Angie's voice so I hung up she called me back I said I need to speak with your boss Shirlie she said oh Shirlie is my name to I'm Angie and Shirlie I was upset I said there is no one I can complain to she said me 😢

Beautiful home and views

We had a great week and liked having all the extras to use. Beach towels, soaps, kitchen appliances, outdoor grill, etc. A few things were in the process of being changed and might have been nice to know about when booking but they weren’t too major of a deal. Bar was up against the wall not to use it. Jacuzzi was broken and outside for the trash. All the steps leading up to the house should be mentioned in case people can’t do steps. But overall we enjoyed our stay! Immediate replies and help when needed. Thank you!

Wonderful property

Everything about our visit was wonderful. This property was clean and very comfortable. The only down side was the pool was up the street, not too far though. The transportation was outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure our safety and made sure we got to where we needed to be. I would recommend Nauticle Homes to anyone traveling to Negril/ Montego Bay

Happy place

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING, did I say AMAZING. The house is comfortable for a group of six. The view of the beach is breathtaking, the house is clean and comfortable. Annmarie the Concierge person is the warmest, kind person you can meet, she’s willing to do anything to make you stay wonderful. They thought of everything, just pack your bag and go, I guarantee you will have a great time. When you visit Negril there are two places you must visit Ms. Collette Restaurent the best Authentic breakfast in Jamaica and Sweet Spice one of the best food in Jamaica and the staffs are friendly.

Great getaway on the cliffs at Little Bay

Great 3 bedroom with outdoor eating and sitting areas. Sunsets were beautiful, had a large group come down together, all had a great stay.
