The main floor enjoys a comfortable and airy living room, Double doors lead to a lush and private garden paradise for further relaxing.
There is a fully equipped separate kitchen and covered dining patio for al fresco dining. Two air-conditioned bedrooms (queen and full) and a large bathroom with an outdoor stone cut shower.
Upstairs is the airy king loft, (king bed can be converted to two twin beds) full bathroom with stall shower. double doors lead to a private sun/moon veranda. An ideal spot for sunning, birding, star gazing or just relaxing on the loungers.

A short stroll through the mature gardens lead to a thatched sunset patio, then walk down to the coral cliffs and swim and chill. Big Grape enjoys unique privacy and seclusion.

SeaGrape is a lush and lovely botanical tropical paradise. Perfectly situated atop the edge of the world famous cliffs of Negril. The lush one acre property has three beautiful and unique cottages that are fully appointed with Jamaican charm. It is an idyllic retreat for honeymooners, couples, small groups, destination weddings or families. The azure Caribbean Sea is just steps away. Swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing and stargazing are there for the duration of your stay…not to mention the most incredible world famous sunsets in total privacy and a secluded setting. Nothing but you, the sea, the sky and the sun… a cocktail and a little Bob Marley…perfection!

Personal laundry is available for additional costs. Services are provided by our housekeeper Christine. She will be happy to assist you with your laundry needs. Payment is due upon receipt of clothing and paid directly to Christine.

Melonie is on site for all of your culinary desires. She has wonderful menus and a brand new kitchen in which to cook your breakfast, lunch or dinner! She specializes in delicious island specialties and can serve up various cuisines that are loved around the world. Have her create memorable Jamaican feasts that can be enjoyed al fresco on the terraced dining areas at each of the cottages. Cost of food services is paid directly to Melonie.

Nightly watch is provided by Bentley, our live in gardener and friend.

Outside the gates of Sea Grape Villas, the neighborhood is warm and welcoming. Local businesses are within walking distance for most of your vacation needs. The famous white sands of the seven marvelous miles of Negril beach are a short taxi ride away.

Negril is approximately 1 ½ hours from Montego Bay Airport. We use the services of private drivers and are happy to pass along their contacts. All transportation and communication is between the customer and drivers including sightseeing, daytrips and excursions.
