Star Harbor #4 is a nicely updated, comfortable lakeview townhome in one of Tahoe City’s most sought-after lakeside communities—perfect for easy lake days, quick access to town, and year-round adventure. Enjoy beautiful views from the living area, deck, and primary bedroom, plus a location close to the paved bike path and just minutes to Tahoe City dining and shopping.
Inside, the layout is bright and welcoming with tasteful décor and practical upgrades throughout. The main level features a fully equipped kitchen with counter seating, a dining table for 6, a wet bar, wireless internet, and a convenient half bath.
All bedrooms are upstairs for privacy:
Primary suite: Queen bed, in-room sink, remodeled private full bath, and a private lakeview balcony
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with a private balcony
Bedroom 3: two extra-long Twin beds
Upstairs hall: full bathroom shared between bedrooms 2 and 3
Step outside to the deck for fresh mountain air and lake views. A gas BBQ is provided in summer. Parking is easy with a covered carport.
Star Harbor HOA Amenities (Seasonal)
Enjoy summer access to the community’s pool, tennis courts, lakeside beach area, pier, and possible boat access.
Boat slip or buoy - For new reservations made after 3/13/26, the availability of buoys and slips (25 foot maximum boat length for slips) is temporarily suspended, and bookings are not guaranteed as per the Homeowners' Association (HOA). Lake Forest Boat Ramp is located at 2500 Lake Forest Rd in Tahoe City, CA

- BBQs (propane) are not provided during winter (November–Memorial Day). Charcoal grills are banned in our area.
- Firewood is not supplied during the summer months (Memorial Day through October)
- Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are not included
- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- For all dog-friendly properties, there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog.
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside a property, and all pet waste must be picked up. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
