PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

Million Dollar View

The view from this property is incredible! The villa is lovely, although we did find some things, like the couch, blinds, and carpet, a bit tired. An air conditioning unit would also be a nice enhancement. However, we loved being able to walk to the nearby beach and Hyatt property. We also had fun with the tennis court and swimming pool.

Good …but

The condo itself is great. Parrish is very good to work with. But… this unit is right next to a water treatment plant. Though you can’t really see it you can hear the motors running 24/7 and there’s a vague odor. This prevented us from opening the windows and enjoying the tropical breeze

Relaxed and recharged

We had a great visit to Kauai and this condo was perfect. Everything was as described/pictured. The master bed was very comfortable. The view cannot be beat, we could walk to Shipwreck beach and Poipu beach was a five minute drive. Kauai is quiet and beautiful, a great escape!

Great location and views of the ocean

Condo was a good size for a family of four. Plenty of room to spread out and the two patios were great. Location is convenient and the walking paths are used by a lot of people and a good way to enjoy the ocean views and look for turtles. Its nicely furnished-just could use a real deep cleaning on cabinets and railings. Some beach chairs and umbrellas would be a great addition. Overall a very nice condo to stay in and to enjoy beautiful Kauai!

Family trip

This is a beautiful location with everything you need. We were very nervous about not having air conditioning but with the windows open it cools down significantly. It was only hot inside the first day when the unit had been closed up. We would go back in a heart beat!

Gorgeous views

Gorgeous views And easy accessibility to both Shipwreck and Poipu Beach. I woke up to the sunrise with my own personal view every morning. They have the unit very well stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need during your stay. The management company has checked in with me throughout the week to be sure that I had everything I needed. Excellent stay and would highly recommend this unit.

Great Rental Location

You can’t beat the location of this property or the views. We bought a day pass for the Hyatt for two of the days we were there and enjoyed all of the amenities with just a short walk to the property and Shipwreck Beach. On the days we explored Kauai, we were happy to come back to the beautiful condo. The master bedroom balcony and bathroom were second to none. The only compliant we had was that we had trouble reaching the property manager and staff over the weekend. We were told that some maintenance issues would be worked on during our stay to not delay check in any further and they never came during our entire stay. The screen door was ripped and didn’t shut. We also were locked out of the private Poipu Sands pool bc the pool key was not in our condo. Another couple let us in, but when we tried to reach the property manager once we realized you also needed a key to get out of the pool, they didn’t get back to us until the next day. A property security man helped us and we got the pool key the next day, 12 hours later. Communication issues aside, it’s a very nice place and we would recommend it.

Great Spot

Excellent location, good space, beautiful views. A little hot without an AC, but it is Hawaii and having the ocean breeze is what you come for! I will say that Poipu area was quite busy in August - beaches packed, restaurant reservations difficult, activities booked up months in advance, heavy traffic when exploring the island. Sadly, not the totally laid-back island I remember from prior visits 11 and 22 years ago.

Paradise Vacation

This condo was a perfect location for our vacation. We woke up every morning to a beautiful sunrise over Shipwreck Beach and just a short walk in the evenings to see the sunset. The view from the lanai was breathtaking. The Parrish Group was outstanding. The refrigerator wasn’t getting cold and they had a service technician over immediately. The only suggestion we have would be to replace the carpet. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location and Great Views

We are visitors to the Poipu area for 30+ years. Poipu Sands is our favorite place to stay-especially Building 5. Views of Shipwreck Beach, nearby hiking trails, and all the other things that make our winter escape enjoyable.

Great location as advertised

The condo design was excellent. The master suite upstairs was very, very nice. Bathroom and shower were a ten. Sadly, the carpets were not clean. Some rusty lamp shades were a distraction. Screen doors needed repair. There were no basics in the kitchen except for creamer packages for coffee. There were only two mismatched stemmed wine glasses which was a real surprise for a unit of this price. The Parrish people were very helpful when locked ourselves out though. Overall a great place with lots of e trash but missing some expected basics.

Very Nice Unit but .....

The unit was imaculate and the location is very convenient to both Shipwreck and Poipu beach. The unit does not have AC and so we had the windows open the entire trip. The problem is the unit is directly adjacent to a waste treatment facility and we had some fowl odors wafting around for much of the trip. The high level of rain and erratic wind patterns may have heightened the smell more than normal but we won't rent there again despite the great location and great unit.

Absolute paradise!

From eating breakfast and watching the sun rise to watching it set while enjoying dinner, the view from the lanai is unbelievable. Has to be one of the best condos at Poipu Sands! Great location, close to shopping and restaurants and a leisurely 2-minute walk through the beautiful Grand Hyatt grounds to Shipwreck’s beach. The condo is clean, spacious and modern, as are the grounds and pool. Can’t beat falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Life slowed right down, I haven’t felt that relaxed in a long time. Absolute paradise, we’ve already booked for next year!

Perfect Oceanfront Getaway

This was the centre point of a perfect island vacation for my family. Every activity you can imagine is just outside the doorstep - surfing, golfing, swimming, hiking, tennis and biking. But why leave? The condo is spacious and beautifully appointed. You may just decide to turn on the BBQ, mix a cocktail then kick back on the huge deck and drink in all the beauty that surrounds you. You can't ask for a better vacation.

This condo is everything!!!

Stayed here for two amazing weeks! Amazing views, huge patios fully furnished, comfortable sized living room for families, and two huge bedrooms on separate floors. Perfection! Open layout great for families and an awesome kitchen/bar for entertaining. Quiet at night which was perfect for us with two little kids. Proximity to all beaches is 5 mins and the pool is huge and hardly ever busy so we had it to ourselves the whole time! Sit on the lanai at night with a glass of wine and listen to the ocean right in front of you! Will be back!

Breath Taking

The view from this property is outstanding, We woke up each morning to the most buetiful sunrise. The condo is furnished very well and provides a lot of space for the family. We will defiantly be back!
