Welcome to "Another Blessing in Paradise!" Come see the breathtaking views of the beautiful gulf waters from the top floor balcony. Just a 3 minute walk to the Beach, truly one of best beaches in South Walton. This brand new beach house has all the amenities of home and then some.

Sliding glass doors open onto a top floor balcony with beautiful views of the ocean perfect for watching sunsets with your favorite beverage as well as sipping your coffee/tea in the morning. Enjoy a relaxing walk to direct beach access.

This Beach three story house offers (4) Bedrooms with King Size Beds including a Master Suite with private balcony. Bunk Room offers (2) sets of bunk beds and a trundle bed. All bedrooms have their own bathroom! All beds have temperpedic mattress including the pull out sofa. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, outdoor grill, swimming pool and an ELEVATOR. The perfect beach house getaway for family and friends. No pets allowed in the house. No Smoking. We cannot accept reservations for anyone under 25 years of age.

Spring Break

We enjoyed staying at Craig’s home at Inlet Beach! We had so much fun making memories with our family. We definitely recommend this beautiful and spacious home!

Amazing Stay for a Multifamily Beach Trip

This place was perfect! We had 14 people and had space to spare. House was well stocked and comfortable. Very close to the beach (3 minute walk with toddlers and access to the beach was flat with no stairs). Location was great with many local restaurants and shops close by in Inlet beach community while still being a 20 minute drive to Panama City Beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful property for a family

The property was clean and spacious. The elevator was wonderful for carrying groceries and luggage. The private pool was a bonus. We also really appreciated the pool toys and beach cart.

Wonderful Memories

The location is great. Just a short walk to the beach, across the street from a few restaurants and a coffee shop. Super close to grocery stores and activities. Spacious house for our family. Grateful for the memories we made❤️

Lovely home, great beach, good location

Highly recommend this home. Family of 16, everyone was comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms! The house was designed with a large family in mind! There were lots of extras, really appreciated the beach towels and bikes.

Wonderful trip!

We had a wonderful stay! The house and location were both outstanding. We loved the views from the third floor balcony and had plenty of room for 6 adults and and 7 children! I was initially worried about the children’s room being next to the door to the pool but the safety locks, alarms and precautions put me completely at ease! Thanks for a great place to make wonderful memories!

Family Vacation

We loved Another Blessing in Paradise. It’s the perfect location in Inlet Beach. The house is set up to accommodate a big family. It is bright and cheerful, the upstairs covered patio is amazing. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a big family including a very large dining table. Thank you so much.

Second time booking!

We love this house...great location, floor plan and perfect for our family vacation! This is our second time to book this house...was a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the home, mainly the floors. One of the coffee pots was missing and no measuring cups. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the week at the house! Thank you!

Perfect house for a family Christmas!

Our family of 15 met here for a week of family celebration over Christmas. There is so much room for each family to have space and the decorating is just beautiful. It is even more beautiful than the photos. It was very clean and couldn't have asked for a better place to gather. We were all very impressed. The heated pool was a hit with the grandchildren and they spent time swimming every day. The beach area is so nice and is convienent to access. Craig was so gracious to purchase a Christmas tree and ornaments to complete the magic for the children. Thank you so much. We had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this house.

Our family vacation after 12 years of renting homes in/near Rosemary beach was the greatest-5 star+

My wife and I have twin(45 year old daughters), each twin has a 17yr old daughter-each just graduated high school & will be headed off to college in the fall, both daughters also have 15 year old daughters. We had a total of 11 people (which includes two boyfriends) that stayed for a week at this wonderful new home. Everything related to our stay was top of the line. I would highly recommend that any family looking for a great vacation at the Florida beach (super home fully equipped, walking distance to the prettiest beach/ clear gulf water, five new high end bikes in home storage, etc.) strongly consider this new secret jewel! We will be back in this home next year. Thank you for a positive, wonderful lifetime family memory.

Perfect location !!!

We just got back from a week long stay in this property. The photos really don't show how nice this home is. The location is perfect. The owner provided five bikes that we used daily to ride to Rosemary, Alys and Seacrest (only an easy ten minute ride). The farmer's market in Rosemary is great. Make sure you visit and grab some local snacks. The beach is not crowded and is only a one minute walk to the end of the street. Craig provided a beach wagon and chairs and umbrellas to take with us. The reverse floor plan takes advantage of the amazing views from the top floor. We ate most of our meals on the upper porch overlooking the gulf. The gas grill being on the top floor made it really nice to prepare meals outside. The elevator makes it simple to get groceries to the upper level kitchen. The pool is bigger than the photos show and it provides a covered area along with a sun deck. The shade over the pool keeps the water cool and makes for a great spot to hang out if it rains. You won't be disappointed with this home!

We wanted to love this house...

The property is a short walk to a beautiful beach. The owner, Craig, is is extremely nice and responsive. However, he does not live in the same area as the house, and there is a disconnect between how he wants the property to be and what is actually happening with his local maintenance and cleaning crews. We had a lot of cleanliness issues- beds had sand in them and dirty sheets on arrival. The cleaning crew was supposed to bring new sheets, but that never happened. We wiped down kitchen counters that we never used and the paper towels were grey from dirt. There are roaches in house. When we arrived, there were crumbs and trash in the bottom of the pantry, trash shoved behind the trash can in the kitchen, and leftover coffee grounds in the coffee pot from the previous renter. The grill was not properly cleaned and we had to spend time removing grease from the grill before using it. For maintenance, the home was obviously very nice when new, but has not been maintained properly. We had a non functioning doorknob, bathroom fan knobs broken, bike chains on the bikes were rusty and dryer didn’t dry properly. The door knob was fixed while we were there, but the maintenance man showed up unannounced while we were gone. This was somewhat disturbing when we returned and realized someone had been in the house that we didn’t know what coming. We spoke with the owner, Craig, and he was very apologetic. However, I would still ask some questions to find out if the cleanliness and maintenance has improved before booking.

Great location

Our family of 14 had plenty of room without being in each other's space. The elevator was a huge plus for my daughter who can't do stairs. It also was a huge help to get groceries to the 3rd level, which is main living area. The beach seemed closer than the 3 minute walk as stated and not overly crowded. The pool is small but was a huge hit with the little people in the family. I realized that I'll no longer rent a home without a pool. Don't count on the bikes or beach wagons to be in usable condition. Also, as stated in many reviews, the dining table is sticky. The finish has worn off. After reading these reviews, I bought a long rectangle disposable tablecloth to use. It adhered to the sticky table just fine. Many games in the tv stand kept the kiddos busy on a rainy day.All in all we haf a great time and loved the house.

Great location

The owner and property manager were very responsive to any issues that we had. The view from the balcony is nice! The living space was very open and comfortable for our family and the kids loved the pool! The bikes advertised were in non- working order, so don’t count on those. The master bedroom is huge and very comfortable. Some cushions on the balcony are on back order as they were ripped and stained. But cannot say enough about the responsiveness of the owner and property manager. Big plus And house is very close to the beach access. Another big plus. Great location.

Great Family Vacation House

Our family enjoyed our stay very much! The house is spacious! We had six adults and five little ones and had plenty of room. Having king size beds with adjacent bathrooms made it great for all of the adults. The kiddos loved the bunk room. The pool is small but the little ones loved it - very refreshing after a day at the beach. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. We enjoyed grilling in the patio and looking at the beautiful ocean view and sunset. The location - right by 30 A and Rosemary Beach - and beach access - at the end of the street - were fabulous. Nearby restaurants recommended by the host were a hit - Amigos/Amicis and Shades bar and grill were great. . Communication with concierge was very quick. No problems. A few minor notes for improvement: Some of the furniture had stains and the deck furniture is torn. The large dining table seemed to have been stripped of its varnish - the surface was sticky/tacky, which made it difficult to clean. A toaster oven was provided but the text on the knobs had worn off so you just had to guess how to operate it. The addition of a regular toaster would help. Only two of the five bikes were in working order after adding air to the tires. Also we arrived at 3:45 but were not able to check in until after 4:30 because cleaning crew was still there. (No big deal). A blind was hanging off in one of the bedrooms and there were a few holes where nails had been removed in the drywall. All of these things were minor - mostly just normal wear and tear - and the house was clean overall and very pretty. I would recommend for families for a fun and convenient trip to the beach!

Family Vacation

Great access to the beach and to restaurants and grocery stores. Elevator was very convenient on arrival and departure day. Pool was small and very cold. The kids enjoyed it but the water was too cold for adults. Dinner table is sticky; it was due to the top coat being rubbed off. Outdoor seating needs to be replaced due to cushions being torn and worn out. We would consider staying again.
