MAIN INFO.... Quality Private individual 3 bedroom ( 6 Guests) Villa in its own grounds with no passing traffic & spectacular sea & Islands views. The spacious private pool terrace is not overlooked with hammocks & parasols.
Bedroom #1 with bed and en-suite. .Bedroom #2 with twin beds .Bedroom #3 , slightly smaller, with twin beds. Further 2 bathrooms.
All have Dorma "full-forever" pillows.& are air-conditioned at night, ( included in high season tariff) . The electrically operated blackout blinds & mosquito screens ensure a peaceful lie-in. Digital safes & hairdryers are in rooms 1 & 3.
The en-suite bathroom is fully tiled with walk-in shower, WC and hand basin & sea view. .Separate fully tiled bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and wash basin & sea view for the 2 twin bedrooms. .Upstairs is a further fully tiled walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.(& Sea view of course) , Spacious open plan lounge and smart dining room or dine in the conservatory. with panoramic sea views. The lounge has Corbusier Italian leather suite. French windows lead to the lounge terrace with Alibert settee & chairs for your evening drink watching the sunset. , There is third dining set outside if you wish to dine in the sun or for your BBQ., Both the lounge & the conservatory have large sliding windows which you can open up fully to the outside..

The lounge has UK TV ( |Sky sports , BBC , ITV etc ) . A new H.D.Smart LED TV for 2016 , DVD, CD, audio amp, Wi-Fi ( superfast fibre, free & unlimited), books, board games, CD & a large collection of DVD films. . Binoculars , large telescope in the adjoining conservatory , etc .
The new kitchen has everything that you would expect in a modern 15,000 euro kitchen from the dishwasher to even an electric cork remover for your wine. No smoking inside Villa please ( ash-trays are provided on the terraces) .

Private drive right to the door with private parking for 3 to 4 cars just outside with courtesy lights. Please see Guests write-ups here & on Trip Adviser. Please book early for high season as many Guests come every year..

what a view!

first time visitors to Ibiza and this house is amazing- the pool area is so vast and private , the views from the house, especially at sunset are just beautiful, and the house provides great facilities for guests. definitely recommend a stay- the host, Ian, is quite charming!

amazing villa- incredible views!!

We had an incredible stay at this villa. Owner was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. You will not find a villa with better views, I am sure - you can stare out at the fabulous views for hours!. The villa is lovely, very spacious with wifi and good sound system and tv. Lovely, well appointed kitchen and plenty of space around the villa outside - we loved the ping pong table! Nice quiet location and yet close to the town. Plenty of space everywhere and plenty of places to eat, sit and relax around the whole villa. We will definitely be returning here next year.

Ibiza living with style

Beautiful private villa set above the lovely bay of Cala Salada with the most amazing views, sunsets and a very peaceful setting. Had a great holiday, super weather and will defiantly be going back. We found the owner to be most welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. (Even a trip out to sea in his boat !) If your looking for a super villa not to far away from the island attractions then this is for you. The beach was a ten min walk down the hill and very secluded with a nice resturant to enjoy a drink at. Laying either next to the pool or on one of the terraces hearing nothing but the birds and the breeze going through the trees was so relaxing. This is a villa definatly to return too !!! Will be returning !!

Lovely property with amazing sunset views.

The property was exactly as described, clean and well-maintained, with the most beautiful views of the sunset we had ever seen. Ian the owner was very helpful, and could answer any questions we had regarding the area. I would say you need a car as quite a long walk to get anywhere. We have 3 children and they all loved it at the villa. I would recommend this villa if your looking for a relaxing break but close enough to drive/taxi to the busy area.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Principal Bonuses are (1) The views, (2) The peace of the location, (3) Cala Salada, one of the nicest bays/beaches in ibiza, is just a few minutes walk away. (4) The privacy of the villa, especially the spacious pool terrace where no one overlooks you if you want an all-over suntan.
(5) The location with regards to San Antonio (by car 5 mins) the airport (20 mins) and access to the north of the Island (ie San Migual and Portinax, 20 mins scenic trip).
(6) This (west) side of Ibiza has more sun-hours than the east (Ibiza and Playa D'en Bossa etc) side. Also we don't have the low flying aircraft noise taking off and landing into Ibiza airport like the east side of Ibiza.
