The Kalkan Emerald is a beautiful 2 bedroom duplex apartment, located in an enviable position overlooking the water, very close to the town and the 2 most prestigious hotel/spas in Kalkan. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard with solid oak furniture, cream leather couches and cool marble floors throughout. Wall to wall windows allow the beautiful view from anywhere in apartment. The new kitchen offers smooth corian worktops, and a high top breakfast bar looking out over the glorious bay. Luxury bathrooms with Drench shower heads and his and hers basins in the master. Balcony off lounge and large rooftop terrace with incredible views of town, harbour and the water. Very easy walk to town. Large circular pool and sun terrace area with sun beds. Right on our doorstep is one of Kalkan's finest Hotel, The Kalkan Regency with its beautiful spa is a wonderful experience, with the Lykia Spa and Hotel within a 5 minute walk.

Glittering Emerald

Just spent 2 weeks in this exceptional apartment. Fantastic views of the fishing village of Kalkan and the neighbouring coastline beautifully lit up at night. Apartment was fantastic very modern and had everything you needed. Jacki the owner was very helpful and responded to any queries straight away. This is by far the best accommodation we have stayed at in Kalkan and we would not hesitate to recommend it. You will not be disappointed if you stayed here.

Breathtaking views

The property was everything we needed and more. We booked this for the views and we were spoilt for views it was amazing. It's in a great quiet location nice stroll to and from old town, migros very close by. From booking to check in everything was a joy. Lovely garden bar literally a minute away. We would definitely book again. Jacki was kind enough to allow us a later checkout too which really helped us.

Breathtaking views

The apartment was amazing and had everything we needed for a fabulous holiday. Perfectly situated away from the hustle and bustle of the town but within walking distance. Beautiful bars and restaurants on the doorstep and a very handy new Migros supermarket. Thank you for everything Jacki x

Perfect holiday destination

Not been to Kalkan before - but will definitely be going back. It's a hillside village above a beautiful harbour, marina and pebbly beach - so by definition to is on a slope. But the Emerald apartment is in a great location that means the walk to the top of the Old Town is an easy, fairly level 10 minute stroll and equally easy to walk up the Kalamar road a few hundred metres to get to the wonderful Porcinnis and 'The Brothers' restaurants. Taxis back from the marina are only 15 lira (£2) and take just a couple of mins. The apartment itself has everything you could wish for and views of the harbour and marina to die for from the lounge and bedroom windows. The shared pool is a good size with plenty of loungers and umbrellas - but is 2 metres deep all round - really not suitable for young ones. We had a brilliant week and would thoroughly recommend the Emerald!!

Having visited and lived in various countries I first went to Kalkan in 2005 and fell in love with this beautiful place and its wonderful people. While being nosey around the real estate market, I wandered into my dream apartment and bought it!! I have not regretted that very impulsive decision for one moment. I have gone on to now own a beautiful Villa and hope that my guests to Villa Amethyst love it as much as my guests love the Emerald Apartment.
I adore all that Turkey has to offer, the hospitality, the food, the views, the sunshine and the real family feeling you get as you make more and more friends each time you visit. I can work from a laptop so I am lucky I can work from my apartment too and I would spend so much more of my time in Kalkan if I could... oooh one day!

Friendly, picturesque, authentic, sophisticated but not commercial at all. I so hope it stays that way.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Both my properties are very close to the harbour and all amenities. Kalkan is built on quite a steep hill and many properties have a steep climb home. I love our location, the views are fantastic and we are at the same level as the top end of town. No tough walk home, no taxi fares, just a slow stroll to walk off the many beautiful dinners you will enjoy.
My other property, Villa Amethyst is right next door so if there is more space needed, I am happy to accommodate you. Villa Amethyst Ref: TK3343 sleeps up to 8.
