Located within the 4 star complex, the villa offers space and comfort with facilities for families and couples of all age groups to enjoy in the fabulous Lanzarote climate. You can relax on your private terrace or on the adjacent poolside and still keep a close eye on your kids in the large swimming pool or toddlers pool. The villa sleeps up to 6 people. WIFI is now installed in the villa offering the guests free WIFI internet access.
There is a nearby private beach area in the resort, along with restaurants, bars, supermarket and games room.

Very nice Villa!

The Villa is very nice! The terrace is sunny all the day and afternoon, the pool and the location are very nice. It's really great running tracks just outside the resort. Easy to get parking place for a car. Walter is superb host!

Excellent apartment.

Very nicely located apartment on the Sands Beach resort, it’s a real suntrap. The apartment has everything you need over set over two floors. Including two modern shower rooms and a fitted kitchen that has a washing machine, dishwasher and oven. It is very suitable for those wanting to self cater and maybe having an extended stay in the resort. Excellent value for money, we have already re booked for our next stay. Communication from the owner has been very good before and during our stay.

We had a most enjoyable stay here last week. Very comfortable with every convenience, sunshine on the patio all day long, brilliant location, 20 metres to the pool, 3 minutes to the beach. 5 minutes to the supermarket. Excellent all round.

Excellent Villa

Excellent Villa on a beautiful resort, returning here was nostalgic for me with it being where I spent every summer as a child. Beautiful Clean Villa in an excellent location, everything we needed for our stay and the host was brilliant at answering any questions we had. Will definitely book again. Thank you 😊

Great cycling/triathlon location

We had everything available in the unit to make her stay comfortable and enjoyable. Beach Sands is a very active resort with many sports to participate in, if you want. We were able to walk to the supermarket and several grocery stores so we didn’t need a car.

Well kept and very clean property in a good location for beaches, restaurants, bars and shops. Trouble-free check in and great communication with the owner. Subject to availability and flights we will be returning.

Fantastic holiday

Overall we had a fantastic holiday at Sands Beach resort. The apartment was very comfortable, the location was fantastic, The pool area was excellent with easy access to the beach.

Lanzarote holiday

We had a super time . Super apartment we all loved it and will return again . The site was fabulous and we had lots of equipment for self catering which we did a lot of . On site bar was lovely for a drink. Apartment owner was so helpful. We will definitely return to stay there again. Thanks

Lovely appartment very clean and great communication from start to finish more then enough room for the 4 of us and a bonus of 2bathrooms so no waiting for people to finish lovely upstairs balcony inside and out so you can chill out on your own couldn't ask for a better place to stay and will be booking again thank you Walter and family

The villa has everything you need, we did just feel that the pillows could do with replacing in the bedrooms. Great to have a washing machine too. The complex itself is great and near to plenty of good restaurants

Fantastic family holiday in a fabulous family villa

This villa is lovely, it was so comfortable and homely and we settled in straight away to our holiday. We were very impressed. The villa is very spacious and was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and tidy and I loved how much wardrobe space there was! There are plenty of utensils and cooking equipment, we didnt make full use of them as we ate out every night but we always had breakfast and lunch at the villa. It was great being able to make the lunch while the kids were happily playing outside or in the pool and then being able to just call them to come and sit down, much more relaxing and convieniant then having to get dressed and trek to a hotel restaurant. The plaza itself is in an ideal location and was not manic or crazy round the pool as some of the other plaza's were but it was more than enough to keep my 2 five year old twins happy. The location of the resort is perfect and we enjoyed walking into town every night. Thank you so much for allowing us use of the villa, we would definately come again but know we will have to book soon as it gets booked so far in advance! We felt very sad to leave, and miss having our lunches on the porch every day. We had a fantastic family holiday! We will be recommending this villa and resort to family and friends for sure. Thank you once again

Fantastic villa, resort n owner

This is an excellent villa, especially for larger families. When we arrived i had a phone call from walter to check that everything was fine. The plaza its situated on is the best. The weather was hot but some nights needed a cardy. Cant wait to book again for next year. A couple of my friends have also stayed at this resort. Back to villa, very clean, spacious and literally everything you need for a seamless holiday. Thank you walter for helping make our holiday brilliant !!! ;)
