This delightful three bedroom villa is situated in the beautiful resort of Coral Bay at Paphos, Cyprus. The villa has it's own private pool, umbrellas, pool-side shower and a built in barbecue. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and double patio doors leading to large balconies. The "Blue Flag" sandy beach at Coral Bay is the best in the area and is just an easy ten minute stroll from the villa. The villa is fully air-conditioned. The nearest supermarket, restaurants and bars are a mere 100 metres away and the lively Resort Centre of Coral Bay is a short 15 minute walk, where you will find several banks, chemist, souvenir shops, supermarkets and a wide selection of restaurants, cafes and bars. This is a truly beautiful villa, perfectly situated within a lovely area of Cyprus. Our villa is perfect for a family holiday or a group of friends, as your holiday can be as lively or quiet as you desire. *** Air Conditioning is Payable locally***

My 2nd stay in this beautiful property in Coral Bay Area. Spotlessly clean throughout with an amazing welcome pack. The pool is a great size and very clean, with a visit from a pool cleaner guy while we were there. Close to shops, restaurants and the beautiful Corralia beach nearby, all in walking distance. Although we hired a car for our visit there is an excellent local bus service running every 20 mins or so, into Paphos. The villa is just above the main area so is very peaceful and quiet overnight, with sea views from the pool terrace. I would certainly opt for a 3rd stay here.

We absolutely loved staying at this villa! The host Karen is brilliant and communication fantastic! The outdoor space was beautiful and spent most of our time there. Would recommend a car, however there are a few local bars and a supermarket nearby. Beautiful area, beaches within 10 min walk. Great stay!

Gorgeous Villa

We had a lovely stay for a week in June my sister and myself. Pool is amazing and spacious and clean and plenty of facilities to hand. Our only issue was the WiFi was a little unpredictable. Shops and a few restaurants within walking distance and two lovely beaches.

There is a new pool area which itself is the highlight of the villa as most time is spent outside. The villa is very convenient at the end of a quiet cul de sac. All the basic items cook your meals are available at the villa. The welcome pack (tea, coffee, milk etc.) was great. Coral Beach is approx 12 minute walk and is the best beach. However a shorter walk is a more sheltered Corallia Beach. A small supermarket is a short walk next to Legends bar, across from Coral Bay Hotel. This is also where you get the frequent bus to Paphos . Legends is also where you can see all sports. The bigger supermarket is Philippos a 20 minute walk which has literally everything you need and will deliver for free. The Coral Bay bars/restaurants are about a 20 minute walk away. If you are thinking of hiring a car, I would advise doing it before you leave the UK, as the prices are higher locally.Overall, I would definitely recommend staying in this Villa. The owner was very helpful with any questions on the lead up to our holiday.

Would definitely stay again

Such a lovely home. Plenty of space for us and some friends. Great facilities and an amazing pool. The information we were given in order to get to the villa was spot on and someone was always available for us if we needed to help with anything. I’ve never rented a villa before for a holiday, but after this experience, I would definitely do it again. We plan to come back maybe next year and would love to stay here.

Great location

Great location, nice welcome pack as we got there quite late it was handy. Pool nice and warm just needs a little TLC as it’s has cracked tiles and it was a bit grimy around the edges but maintained by the pool man every week. The only issues I would say that we felt was a bit of a problem was the air con, you have to pay for it separately so if you want it you have to ask the company for cards when you run out. Would rather pay for it up front so it’s not something you have to worry about whilst on holiday. Also the CCTV was right where we ate and played games at night so we felt there was no privacy. Local to pathos town only a bus ride away and walkable to restaurants and the beach.

Cyprus villa

This house was amazing. It was fully equipped with everything you need. The pool man came twice and we’re only stayed a week ! The location is perfect and the house is huge inside ! The pool temperature was perfect and it was so quiet and peaceful at night and early morning. We had a car but you could walk to the shops and it isn’t far from the main strip. I loved this place and we will definitely be back again !!!

Great location

We had a very pleasant stay at this Villa, the location is good for local beach and bars, restaurants etc. The villa is a good size and at the end of the road so fewer neighbours overlooking. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, utensils etc. and the welcome pack was excellent. The WIFI was a bit erratic sometimes and there is an extra charge for Air con via a meter, we spend EUR 50 for the week, but it was exceptionally hot for the time of the year. The pool was a nice size with plenty of space around it, although the tiles were slippery Overall a great stay and we would choose this villa again.

Lovely home from home Villa

This is the second time was have stayed at this villa. Lovely home from home relaxing stay as previous. Pool is amazing, villa very clean with all utilities for a self catering stay. Bedrooms have their own on suite bathrooms which is great for all guests. Will be returning in the future. Thank you 😁

A great stay, room for improvement

the villa was beautiful, the inside felt a little dated, however is was clean and served a purpose as we spent most out time outside. The outside area and the pool was really great with a beautiful view, we went with two children and they loved it. Nice outside dining area with the BBQ which we enjoyed. The beds were comfy in the bedrooms and it was good to have a bathroom for each bedroom. the only downsides were the cutlery/utensils/pans need replacing as they are used and old. Could have also done with some kitchen cupboards staples like kitchen roll, cling film, tin foil, plastic containers, etc as what we had was quite basic for a family of 6 and for the price we paid for the villa. the fridge is also damaged which aesthetically doesn't look pleasing. We also had issues with the dishwasher it would turn on but not clean the dishes, so we ended up washing them by hand, however there was no hot water from the tap. We also only had two bin bags and one toilet roll per room which wasn't enough for 6 people we ended up having to buy more, Some of the chairs outside are also broken and need replacing and the table mats were clean, but stained so looked dirty. The host communication was great. Overall it is a lovely villa, great location, but for the price paid i wasn't expecting it to feel as tired as it it and by replacing and fixing a few things it could be better.

Perfektes Haus in perfekter Lage

Alles so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Check in schnell und unkompliziert. Gastgeber antwortet sofort. Sehr sauberes Haus mit guter Ausstattung. Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Eigener Parkplatz vor der Tür. Ruhige Umgebung. Housekeeper immer schnell erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Gasflasche wurde am Sonntagnachmittag ausgetauscht! Viele Restaurants fußläufig. Sehr empfehlenswert!

A beautiful villa

What a wonderful place to stay. Central to all amenities yet just away from the main road enough to afford peace and privacy. The villa had everything you could ever need for a family holiday in the sun. A really lovely welcome pack, enough for a snack on arrival. Very comfortable beds!! Perhaps as it was the tail end of the season, but some of the cooking utensils and pans were in need of replacement. All information and travel instructions were excellent from the owner. However, when I received owner emails, it was really difficult to get through VRBO, to reply to them. Perhaps this process could be made more straight forward. Overall, really lovely and would certainly consider returning again.

We spent a very relaxing week in the beautiful villa , the villa was clean with everything we needed. The pool area was great , really nice at night time with all the lights. The villa and the pool was very spacious. Lovely area close to beach bars and shops . We used the bus to local water park, it was very easy and very cheap . The local people are always ready to help and are very friendly. We all had an excellent holiday and would definitely recommend it to friends and family . Hope to come back soon.

Great villa

The villa was clean and tidy . Plenty of space for the 4 of us and a lovely relaxing break . pool was great . We got a hire car to get about but you can walk to areas if you want , 20min to strip and main supermarket on foot. It was a good choice for our holiday.

Family holiday

We are a family spanning across 3 generations and have had the most fabulous 2 week stay at this beautiful villa. The Villa was very clean upon arrival and any questions I had before arrival were answered very promptly. All information on how to locate and get into the Villa were send before our trip so we felt safe and comfortable before we had even arrived. The pool was a massive hit with our children, just the right size and depth for all ages to enjoy. Lots of information was in their welcome booklet and the welcome pack left was a lovely touch. The Villa is in the perfect location down a quiet road but only a short walk (1min) to the nearest kiosk and restaurants. If you walk down the road further you come to the bigger supermarket and bus stops. We didn’t have a car and got around to see the historical sites on the local bus. The local beach is beautiful and sandy and again is only a short walk from the villa (depending on how fast your party walk 5-10 mins). We cannot thank Karen and her wonderful team for making this holiday truly memorable. We would and will recommend this villa to anyone!

We pride ourselves on keeping the villa clean and well maintained and we stay there as much as we can.
Because we use the villa often (4 times this year and counting!), we have added additional homely touches that you would not normally find in a holiday rental villa.

The location is very peaceful with a lovely outlook and sea views, but also on the doorstep to everything you need from a holiday (more difficult to find than you would imagine).
