Miramar Villas 107, Large townhome

Summary:

This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom townhome includes: Three floors of living space with three outdoor areas to relax (Two private balconies and a back porch with a grill). The fireplace is not available for use. Washer and dryer in unit.



The Space:

The first floor: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar, and a separate dining area. A living area big enough for the whole family to relax. A downstairs bedroom with a queen size bed, a 32" flat screen TV, a full size bathroom with shared hallway access, a lovely patio in a wooded setting, and a gas grill.



The second floor: A spacious master suite with a king size bed, a 32"TV, and a large private bathroom with a soaking tub. (The master tub is not useable at the moment. There are 2 tubs other tubs that can be used- Bathroom is getting remodeled in the fall.) A private deck just off of the master bedroom. A second bedroom with a set of twin size beds, a flat screen TV, a full-size bathroom, and a private balcony. A set of bunk beds in the hallway.



The third floor: A top level spacious sitting area (Perfect for the kids with plenty of movies, games, books, and a flat screen TV). A private balcony off this room with views of the gulf across the street.



Guest Access:

Parking: 3 parking passes issued for your stay. Scooters, mopeds, motorcycles, bikes, golf carts, or trailers of any kind are not permitted to park at the property.



The Neighborhood:

Miramar Beach Villas is an exclusive townhome community located along Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, FL. Guests of Miramar Beach Villas have easy access to the beaches of The Gulf of Mexico via the private beach access just a short walk away. Relax after a day at the beach with a dip in the swimming pool or hot tub, sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunsets, or venture out to one of the many restaurants located close by. The nearby Whale's Tail restaurant is a family favorite within walking distance. Miramar Beach offers many restaurants, local attractions, shopping malls, and sporting activities for the whole family.



Getting Around:

There is a private community pool and the walk to the beach is a just 3 minutes.

Great location

Just a short distance distance from beach. Plenty of room for family of 5 which incuded 16 and 20 year old. Enough room for all to have private space. Very quiet. Outlet mall and lots of eating places just short car ride. Beach was beautiful!

Wonderful Beach Stay w/my 3 daughters

The property was well-maintained. I always wipe rentals and hotels down but this place was very clean. I had a hard time figuring out how to switch the shower on in the upstairs bathroom that was attached to the room with double beds but maintenance responded quickly to any concerns I had throughout my stay. I loved the small thoughtful touches like leaving a wagon and beach chairs for us to use. I loved the crushed ice and easy parking. The property is located in a very convenient location. I did not use the private beach but my kids loved the pool although it was crowded most of the time. If you’re looking for an easy vacation in a safe, clean and comfortable environment I encourage everyone to book this place!!

I'd do it again!

Great property and plenty of space for multiple families. Location within walking distance to the beach, right across the street. Pool to cool off in after the beach. Restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance. Communication easy and prompt with rental company. Very accommodating, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again in this property and/or with Kimberly Lang properties.

Near the beach in Miramar

This was a perfect place for my husband and I, our high school senior and 3 of her friends. The first floor bedroom and bath was perfect for us and the girls had the second floor and loft area to themselves. The house was pretty well maintained and nicely decorated, nice new furniture in the living room and kitchen, beds were comfortable. The outside could use some work, carpeting had noticeable stains and probably due for some painting here and there. Also the outside has lots of places to sit, several small balconies and patio, not a lot of chairs though for a large group. Kitchen was pretty stocked, could use a juicer of some type. Also there was not really anywhere to store groceries besides the kitchen counter, but we just put everything in the corner. Also the pool is nice, lots of families there with their little kiddos. Overall it was a good place to stay.

Funtime in Miramar Beach

Our family tries to get away, together, at least 3 or 4 times a year. We are a family that loves to be together no matter where or what activities are involved. Miramar Beach Villa filled that bill perfectly. Within walking distance to just about anything & everything we needed/wanted. The pool was great and the whole family loves the beach, which was so close. Loved it. We will definitely consider it. Thank you so much for making this family vacation one to remember with a smile.

Great place for families

My family loved this place and had a great time staying here. The property is in a great location, very clean, and looks just like the pictures in the listing. Would highly recommend!

Great location and clean

Plenty of towels, beach towels, bedding, beach umbrellas, 2 beach chairs, and a wagon was great to have! The location is amazing on a quiet street off the main road. We have stayed at this complex before and it’s just a short walk to the beach. My only complaint is the master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced as well as the living room furniture. Would definitely stay again if these things get replaced.

Mother Daughter trip

2 moms and 2 daughters. Enjoyed beach, eating drinking and playing games. Was able to spread out and get comfortable. Right across the street from beach, my 80 year old mom could walk. Would come back.

Nice property. Beautiful beaches. Lots of eating choices. Private beach access is the only way to go if you want to avoid crowds. Very nice place to stay with family!!

Property was exactly as described

The place was just as described. Great location for long beach walks. We loved that it was exactly a mile one way to beignets and coffee, and one mile the other way to groceries. There were minor problems with the door combination but a phone call gave us immediate resolution. The furniture could have been cozier but was "fine". It would be nice to have better deck furniture, it was a little rough. All in all it was a good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Great Place

Everything was just as stated, place was clean, had all the supplies needed for a few days on the beach. My kids and I appreciated the beach chairs, wagon and boogie boards that were available to use.

Amazing rental right by the beach

This was a wonderful house! Very clean with everything we needed. The biggest pros was the incredibly short walk to the beach (just right across the street) and the beds and pillows were so comfortable (maybe the most comfortable I have ever had in a rental)!

Plenty of space

We had a nice relaxing stay at this location. There were six adults and we had more than enough room to vacation comfortably. There was plenty of space, towels and starter supplies (tissue, paper towels, trashbags). The beach was a short walk through the parking lot and across the street. We would stay at this location again!

Great family vacation

The location to the beach was wonderful. The kitchen was perfect with a baby, and having the sleeping arrangements on multiple floors was perfect when traveling with our family. We contacted the property management the first night when the balcony door wasn’t locking, but they explained how to lock this hurricane style door. They were very responsive. The dining chairs were dated/stained but you could tell everything had been cleaned between stays. There was minimal dust, but it was very clean and we could even see the vacuum marks when we entered. Having the beach chairs and umbrella was an added bonus! The beach access across the street was very easy to navigate, and the public access down the street was perfect when we took the stroller.
