The Marisol Complex is a low density complex. ****THERE ARE ONLY ABOUT 20 RENTAL UNITS IN THE ENTIRE COMPLEX*****. Therefore this is one of the least crowded pool areas on the beach. You almost never have to wait on an elevator your entire stay. During the summer at some complexes you will spend 30 minutes waiting on an elevator every time you try to go to your condo.

Includes 2 FREE sets of seasonal beach service 4 padded lounge chairs (4 chairs total) and 2 large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, up to a $80/day $480/week value for no extra charge. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

MariSol 705 is a roomy 4 bedroom beachfront condo that provides a great backdrop for a family fun vacation. There are no other 4 bedroom condos in Panama City Beach with the size and layout like this one.

But letā€™s start with what makes this the perfect spot. Step out on the balcony and the first thing youā€™ll notice is the breathtaking views of the Gulf. MariSol is built close to the beach so you get stunning views of the beach and water. You'll want to spend all your time here because you have wonderful views of the beach and gulf. Youā€™ll really enjoy the spectacular sunsets to the west. A great spot at the end of a great day.


Every room in MariSol 705 is special. The living room well appointed. It features a comfortable sofa that opens into a queen sleeper. The photos show how roomy and comfortable the living area is. Plenty of room for the whole family. It has a large flat screen 55" HDTV.

The open gourmet KITCHEN area is well equipped and gives you great views. Plus, it features beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Itā€™s fully stocked so no matter whether youā€™re cooking your specialty or just fixing mac and cheese for the kids youā€™ve got everything you need to please the family.


The DINING AREA comfortably seats 8 plus 3 at the breakfast bar and offers beach views so the family can share meals and trade their favorite part of their days at the beach while enjoying all the beauty of the gulf.


The MASTER SUITE features luxurious KING bed and private bath. Thereā€™s plenty of space to store your beachwear in the spacious closets. Youā€™ll notice the large 40ā€ flat screen TV that makes for great viewing when youā€™re relaxing after an activity filled day in Panama City Beach. You can step out onto the balcony from the MASTER SUITE which is really nice.


The SECOND MASTER is equally well appointed with a KING as well. And plenty of space for everything youā€™ve brought to the beach. This large bedroom is a great hideaway with lots and lots of room. Thereā€™s also a large 40ā€ flat screen TV in this large SUITE.


The THIRD BEDROOM is equipped with a full size bed with a twin size bunk over top of it. PLUS an additional QUEEN SIZE BED. This bedroom can sleep a couple in the queen size bed plus 3 kids in the full/twin bunk bed. It has a 40" large flat screen tv.


The 4TH BEDROOM or very large efficiency suite has a KING SIZE bed. It has an en Suite large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. It has a 49" large flat screen tv.


The Washer/Dryer is conveniently located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.


These bedrooms along with a pull out sleeper sofas allow the unit to easily sleep 13 comfortably including 3 complete baths.

Although the property was very nice we had several problems. We tried to get an early check in but didnt ever get a confirmation back. Several of the tv's would not connect to the internet and thats a must with 8 kids. We called the number listed for assistance and never got a call back. I couldnt use the master bath tub as when i ran the water it had all kinds of dirt and hair floating in it. In the third bath there was a horrible noise every time we flushed the toilet. With the rental we were supposed to have two sets of beach chairs included however when we asked about them we were told we had to rent them. Other than the few issues we were pleased with the place overall. The views were great!

We had a really good time but it could have been better. The am amount of space was awsome! The location was good with easy access to the beach. The condo itself could have been cleaner and had more cookware would have made things easier too.

Stayed 4 times now. Love it. Still need scissors. Also, a few broken items were reported, and the tub in the main bathroom was stopped up before most of the trip. The guys from Marisol helped unclog it on Thursday.

The views were amazing!! We didn't like how crowded the beach was but this isn't the properties fault. We had a maintenance issue the first day and they were prompt in responding and getting it taken care of.

It's a very nice property the only thing I found was the unit itself needs paint ( doors,trim,) and the cleaners need to do a little deep cleaning job ....overall I was happy with my stay and plan to use you again

Will definitely stay here again! It was fantastic! Check in email did say there would be armbands in the room and we had a mini panic when we couldn't find them. Turns out this property doesn't require them. Thats a bonus!

We loved the condo! It was clean and spacious. The entire building was great. It was one of the smaller building, the pool was never packed, never had to wait for an elevator. We would definitely stay here again!

PCB Marisol review

The location and beach are fantastic. The condo is in an older building, but it is well-maintained and in good condition. However, the unit we stayed in needs some upkeep in all rooms, especially the bathroom, and overall it should be updated to match the great location. I would consider staying in the building again, but not in the same unit.

Family Stay

the Marisol is a smaller building 47 condos total and is family oriented and right on the beach. Our condo was 4 bedroom and slept 10 easy. The staff was great, no waiting on elevators and came with 2 sets of beach chairs. We will be back.

It was ok

It was a nice unit, however there were some issues. Iā€™m 100% positive the cleaners did as little as possible, place was a bit dirty. Broken bed in master, which the maintenance guys took care of promptly. The AC could not keep up with the daily warm up, even with curtains closed. We spent almost 1 full day without water due to a changing of a backflow valve to the building. The noise from the street was a bit much with reving of engines, loud music and people screaming until about midnight. For the size and price it was nice, but the other items not so much.

Perfection

The condo was awesome! Exactly as listed, location is perfect and when they say it is quiet and private and not a million people running up and down the elevator, they mean it! We saw one other group at the condos while we were there. The beach chairs were also incredibly thoughtful and really made the beach time more fun. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the space was awesome! We never felt crowded in our group of 9!

Marisol condo

In a good location, right on the beach, which suited all of our needs. The condo needs some maintenance work and there were some cleanliness issues (bedspreads, box spring cover, stained furniture, kitchen equipment). We were missing bedspreads in 1 room, but management saw that we got them to us quickly. TVs did not work in 3 of the 4 bedrooms, or maybe we just could not figure them out. If you stay here be sure to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels if you are staying for any length of time. We had only 1 roll for each bathroom and 1 paper towel roll. The kitchen needs a few more supplies like pot holders and small spoons.

We love this place!

This is our 3rd time renting from the unit specifically. We loved it so much, our family rented other condos in the Marisol to be with us. The small unit, not busy, private parking, location, cleanliness, overall family atmosphere is perfect. About to book out 4th time now!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view is absolutely gorgeous, and that's ultimately why you're renting this property. The property is spacious - we had six adults and two little ones under age 4 - and had plenty of room. There were a few issues with the property when we stayed. The bed in the master bedroom actually collapsed when I sat on it. The repair crew came quickly to fix it, but this bed has been cobbled together before. While the mattress was comfortable, the bed itself was rickety. Also, the dryer didn't completely dry clothes, so we wound up with clothes that smelled mildewed. The WIFI was almost non-existent, so we used a hot spot to access anything web-based. That's rather minor, though, as we really didn't stay on our tech much throughout the week. Again, the property itself is beautiful, with easy access to the beach just steps away. We'd stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tons of space for 8 adults. The view was awesome. However there was some deceiving aspects. I was excited about having a table and chairs on balcony (as pictured), but disappointed when it was those high type chairs. Only 4 could enjoy balcony comfortably. The living room furniture was not the same as pictured. Why so many remotes and gadgets for tvs. Couldnā€™t watch bedroom tvs without it constantly freezing or going black. No pot holders and one hand dish towel. I bought a couple and left them for the next guests. The dryer vent needs cleaned all the way to the outside. Takes like 5 hrs to get stuff dry, small loads. That was rather annoying.Does anyone ever go through the shells in basket in entrance? A few were found saying bed bugs, which caused chaos for my son in law. After being reassured that we checked no rechecked all was good.Donā€™t think the dishwasher was cleaned as it still had gross food in it. And it would of been nice to have a working ice maker.
