Living room has spectacular views of the ocean with large sliding glass doors and louvered window for tropical ocean breezes, 52” palm leaf ceiling fan for comfort, velour L shaped sectional couch, a 55" Smart TV with basic Spectrum cable channels on console stand with island books, games, and puzzles for entertainment, a coffee table, original artwork from local island artists, along with vintage photos of Hawaiian life, and tile flooring as seen in photos

Kitchen has cherry wood cabinets that are fully stocked with everything needed for a pleasant Hawaiian holiday. Stainless steel WHIRLPOOL fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave appliances. Beautiful heavy granite counter tops. Cherry wood counter height dining table and chairs for meals as seen in photos

Bedroom has comfortable CAL King bed, cherry wood dresser with addition flat 32” screen TV and basic Spectrum cable channels, cherry wood nightstands with matching lamps, 52" palm leaf ceiling fan for comfort, large mirrored closet with deluxe cherry wood vented shelving and plenty of wooden hangers for clothes, privacy louvered windows, and original artwork from local island artist complete the sleeping area as seen in photos

Bathroom has a walk-in shower stall with sliding glass doors, brushed nickel shower head, shampoo, conditioner, body wash dispensers, vanity has granite counter top with sink and brushed nickel faucets, cherry wood cabinet, mosaic shell lighting fixtures, set of towels, 2 rolls of TP, hand soap, hair dryer, great wave off Kanagawa wall print to complete the space

Free resort WiFi is available to guests with secure password There is also a small stackable washer/dryer in unit provided as a courtesy and a bonus for extended stay guests are welcome to use but must follow operating instructions and remove lint from dryer before and after use.

2 coolers with ice packs are available There is also an exercise bike for working out. Just bring your suitcases to start having fun because it's island time!

Beautifully landscaped oceanfront complex has a fresh water swimming pool to cool off in or hot tub to relax muscles and a pool house with men’s and women’s showers and restrooms, plenty of lounges chairs to work on tan or sit at the shaded tables to read a good book while listening to sounds of ocean waves crashing against the sea wall

4 new Weber BBQ gas grills for outdoor cooking with tables in a tropical tiki torch setting are cleaned and maintained daily. Access to the lava coast where you can explore tidal pools or look for shells. Hear colorful tropical birds sing,
take lots of pictures, and make lasting memories!

Sea Village also has plenty of free onsite parking with two entrances to complex from Ali’i Drive Oceanside. Green Flash Cafe is located directly in front of Resort for possibility the best Kona coffee, breakfast, lunch, homemade ice cream on the island and open daily. There is a stop near by for the free Kona Trolley that runs on the hour. There is also a bike rental kiosk directly across the street from condo as alternative transportation to exploring the area if you don’t want to rent car entire stay. Taxis service is available from KOA airport to condo which is only 10miles each way. Car rentals are also available at airport, thru private owners, or Marriott Courtyard hotel in town, please ask for more details if needed.

Located about a mile from the best of everything Kailua Kona has to offer which not only include excellent restaurants but also various festivals and cultural events though out the year and is home to the world Ironman championships there is something for everyone to see and do. Please note: Condo has only one bed and sectional couch is NOT a sleeper sofa so unit is NOT suitable for groups of 3 or more, or travelers needing separate beds to sleep on. SLEEPS 2 MAXIMUM no exceptions. For safety and security reasons, only the 2 guests on reservation shall be permitted in unit, permitted to use resort pool, permitted to use resort grounds anytime during stay
Check-in time is 4pm Check-out time is 10am.

Guests shall notify owner immediately regarding any damages. No smoking, No pets, No parties, No additional or belated guests allowed. No early arrivals or late departures. If you need to stay past 10am check out because you have a late flight, please consider booking extra night if its available on calendar in case your flight gets delayed or canceled for a more relaxing experience when planning your trip and reservation request. This allows you to be able to enjoy the last day of your trip more by being able to sleep in late, relax by the pool to work on your tan or hit the beach again than be able to shower off the salt & sand before getting on your plane, leave your luggage in the unit all day instead of in rental car before heading to airport.

Beach gear if needed can be rented by guests @ Boss Frog's, Snorkel Bobs, Kona Boys Beach Shack including kayaks and SUP boards or guests can bring their own.

Our unit is located on the top (3rd)floor of Resort with stairs and no elevator, complex has no central air, palm leaf ceiling fans in bed/living room provided
Resort is monitored by 24hr security cameras, violations of house or resort rules subject to $5000 in fines plus legal fees, court costs for any damages associated with home, contents, resort grounds or business reputation. Guests to use premises and or resort grounds at own risk and shall not hold owner, management, or resort responsible for injuries or damages to personal property or self as a result of use. Purchase of travel/trip insurance recommended for this non refundable reservation
All guests must provide valid driver's license photo ID's upon request prior to arrival for this booking reservation and must match names on booking request as proof of identity Guests are also required to have cell phones and provide valid cell phone #'s on reservation they can be reached @ in case of an on island emergency and alerts
