Please note: The 3rd night free is only for the nightly fee, all fees still apply. Welcome to Door County, Cape Cod of the Midwest. Our condo is decorated in the latest styles. The resort has free Wifi. The unit has 3 flat screen TVs, 2 king size beds, and granite counters throughout. PLEASE NOTE, the 2nd bedroom is lofted and open to the living room. The couch pulls out to a queen sleeper. Two full baths give you the privacy and convenience you deserve.

The Landmark Resort is a special property spanning over 40 wooded acres overlooking the cool waters of Green Bay. Imagine yourself sitting at one of our four pools, enjoying one of many magnificent sunsets over Green Bay. If swimming or sunning is not for you, the Landmark boasts a well-maintained set of tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, and volleyball court. Also on site, is a terrific bar and grill with an outdoor deck overlooking the bay.

Door County itself has something for everyone. Whether youā€™re a golfer, a lover of the arts, a wine connoisseur, or just plain love to shop, Door County has it all. Letā€™s not leave the kids out, Door County has many, many wonderful beaches for building a sand castle, or racing go-carts, and playing mini-golf.

Door County is your location for year-round fun.

Winter is terrific for snowmobiling, sledding, and snowshoeing. The winter festivals in Door County are absolutely the funnest, most charming events you could ever attend.

Summer has all the hustle and bustle with anything and everything available under the sun. Visit a wonderful state park or go cherry picking.

Spring has everything coming alive! The cherry blossoms on the trees are all blooming in the fields. The many spring flowers of Door County are all budding and exploding with color.

Fall, for some, is their favorite time of year to visit. The temperature is cooler. The hues of fall in the fields is unmistakable. Apples are prime for the picking and fall harvest fests dot every weekend in the fall, donā€™t miss them!

This may be one of the best mini brakes Iā€™ve ever taken. The condo was clean and well situated, the pool and hot tub area were delightful in the winter time. The host was very responsive and extremely accommodating. Would definitely book here again.

Yes, we were warmly welcomed at the front desk. There was a light bulb out on one of the lights in our unit, and when we called the front desk, housekeeping was sent up in just 10 or 15 minutes. The Landmark has excellent amenities that make for a fun stay even if the weather keeps us indoors.

PLEASE NOTE: SECOND BEDROOM IS AN OPEN LOFT. The condo is fine. It is fairly clean. I didnā€™t love that we had no privacy for changing and had to wake up when everyone else was awake but it was our fault that we missed that detail. The stars in our review were not chosen with that in mind. The resort is okay. The bones are outdated but the furnishings are fairly updated. Tried to check in 20 minutes early. You need to check in at the front desk of the resort, give your info and pay a deposit for incidentals to stay there. Unfortunately, our room wasnā€™t ready for an hour after check in at 5:00. We were unable to change before our dinner reservation. We utilized the workout room, pool and hot tub. Please note, the pool completely bleached out my Lands End swimsuit. Donā€™t wear your nice suit. The condo is small but fine since we tried to spend most of our time outside or enjoying Door County.

Very dark and needs trees removed that block all the light. The second bedroom is not truly a room. It is an open loft without a wall so no privacy. Misleading photos never show that it is open.

Great location and experience

We had a great time at the Landmark resort. It was my first time in Door County and really enjoyed our 3 day/night stay. Plan on returning in the future and will likely choose to return to Landmark again!

Our stay was very enjoyable. We stayed for four nights. The location was very clean and having tvs in multiple rooms was definitely a plus. Upper bedroom was nice but there could be additional lighting on the stairs at the base as it was hard to tell where stairs ended and floor began(similar color). We would stay at this property again

We are lifetime residents of Wisconsin with years of experience in managing vacation rental properties. We are both hardworking individuals who are looking forward to retirement some day. Our 3 children were all raised and schooled in Wisconsin state colleges. All are wonderful, independent, professional individuals that we are very proud of.

We have another vacation condo in a different state but can only get there once or twice per year. The Landmark affords us the opportunity to get away once a month or so. Being in the Charthouse gives us the ability to use the indoor pool without going outside to get there. A great benefit in the cooler months. The unit was in great shape when we bought it but desperately needed remodeling. The unit was never in the Landmark rental association and we wanted to keep it that way. We also wanted to decorate the unit the way we wanted to without restriction.

Everyone that uses our unit loves what we did to the place. We spared no expense in the furnishings and lighting. The granite and re-facing the cabinetry makes this one of the finest units at the Landmark. We love working on the place and continue to make improvements. The new mattresses are getting fantastic feedback!!
