This classic shore home is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath upside down house located close to the heart of downtown Avalon. the first floor has 2 large bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and 3 twins, the other with 2 queen beds and a private full bath, a family room with access to lower deck and a hall bathroom with shower. The 2nd floor has 2 additional bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, a bathroom with shower, family room, dining area and kitchen. There is a large, wrap around deck with comfortable seating as well as dining options. Home also comes with bicycles for use during your stay as well as beach chairs. There is a fully covered outside shower as well as separate hose to wash sand off. The grill is also located outside. Each family room has a smart TV. There are also many books available for reading and plenty of board games! Kitchen area is spacious with vaulted ceilings, kitchen table that seats 8 and additional seating at island for 5.
Within walking distance to a number of restaurants, bars, shopping, mini golf, ice cream parlors and fitness centers. There is also a small arcade a short bike ride away as well as 2 playgrounds and a community/recreation center.
