Beautiful Lakefront Home-Walk to Ramp and Pool

If you are looking for the perfect Lake Cumberland vacation spot, you have just found it.

This beautiful lakefront home is located in the prestigious lakefront area of Lake Cumberland Resort. With spectacular views of the lake from two large rear decks, this home is located approximately sixty yards from the water.

Lake Cumberland Resort, Kentucky's finest gated community, boasts three swimming pools (one of which is right across the drive from our house) and a tennis court. All of this is on a 1000 acre peninsula that is shared with the Daniel Boone National Forest.

Luxury abounds in this 2800+ square foot home which includes four bedrooms and three and a half baths. The large master suite has a king-size bed, electric fireplace and a walk-in closet. The spacious master bath contains a two-person JETTED TUB, shower, and a double vanity. Three other comfortable bedrooms offer queen beds, and one has its own individual bath.

Many extras will make your stay more enjoyable including two large decks, one with a four-to-six-person HOT TUB, fully equipped kitchen with seating and service for up to ten, fully equipped laundry room, 65-inch smart TV in the great room, stone gas fireplace, queen size inflatable bed, professional Connelly pool table, five televisions with DVR, and large GAS GRILL.

My family has spent years looking for the perfect Lake Cumberland retreat and we finally found it. When you rent our home you will find it to be everything we were looking for in a vacation property. I am sure you will love it as much as we do.

PLEASE NOTE*** This home is privately owned and is not part of the lake Cumberland Resort rental program. Save money and receive personal service by renting from the homeowner through this website. **NO PETS AND NO SMOKING PLEASE** **A minimum of 4 nights are required between June 14th - Aug 1st, unless filling holes in the calendar. If you book dates between December 1st - March 30th please contact five days before arrival.**

Wonderful trip

House is gorgeous, great setting and neighborhood. The house has all amenities you need. The pool is across the street and easily accessible. Highly recommend for a family to a friends weekend get away.

The home was beautiful. Very well maintained. Yhe cleaniest place we have stayed. It was perfect for family meals, family games, and the sitting area was big enough for the whole family. Beautiful views. New appliances. Nice little extras: night lights, several decks with different seating options, well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels. We cant wait to return

Great getaway on the lake!

We had a great week at David’s place! It was very comfortable, clean, and all the amenities we needed. Great layout, loved the 2 balconies/decks, pool table and proximity to the pool. We would definitely stay there again, hoping in summer 2024!👍

Worth the drive

We have stayed in this house multiple times and it never gets old. We have always stayed in winter but the view doesn't disappoint. In the early morning the water is so still it's hard to tell where the rocks end and the water begins. It's accommodating for our large family.

Peaceful

The house was perfect for us. We have 5 kids all 20 to 24. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend the house. The pool was closed for the first few days until they treated the water. Nice close proximity to the dock was a huge plus!!

Relaxing and Enjoying Family Getaway

The property was perfect for our family. A great way for us to all come together under the same roof to laugh and relax. Many memories were created and shared here. Only a minor issue with the freezer, but that was quickly resolved with a call to the property owner. Also, the proximity to the private dock and boat ramp made access to lake Cumberland that much easier. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

A stay high above the Cumberland River

We arrived a few days after horrible ice and snow storms. Everything was ship shape, except that the handyman had forgotten to turn the water heater back on. I texted our host and within 10 minutes had a response and the matter taken care of. The home is exquisite and the view spectacular. We would certainly stay again.

Amazingly Nice

Some of my family and I stayed at this location from Sept. 15-17. We are city folk so we were not used to the long 8 miles once we turned off the highway that was long sharp winding roads that seem to go on forever. The roads were all paved which was a plus. But when we finally made it to the rental and walked in. Magic started. It was very beautiful, clean and welcoming. Everyone was in Ahh and kept saying how nice it was. We all said how we should of rented it for a week. David was awesome to communicate with and gave us everything we needed to know and use. He made himself available for any issues or questions that we may of had, but there was none. Thank you David for being an awesome host. We enjoyed it immensely. 👏🙏

Lovely home and resort

Other than the slight issue getting in the gate, our stay was delightful! The home was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of seating, both inside and outside. Beautiful view of the lake. Convenient to have the pool directly across the street. Very comfy bedrooms and ample bathrooms for 6 women! We did have to stop at the store after the second day to buy more toilet paper and paper towels, so I suggest you bring that with you. Also, make sure you include bath soap when you pack, because that is not included in the bathrooms. The road from the main road to the house is a bit scary with no guardrails in most sections and is around 7 miles long. We had some storms and lost electricity one night, but it was restored within the hour. As far as the host, he was very communicative and sent lots of information about the area, which made the trip planning a lot easier. We hiked, went tubing and rafted under the falls. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Great view and great house and spacious!

Dave was a great host. He sent lots of information about things to do in the area and info about the resort. The house was spacious and very nice. The view off of the decks was pretty. The road to the house is winding, and it’s a fair drive from the main road, so making a list for stuff from town is a good idea. It was nice being out where there isn’t the hustle and bustle you might get closer to town. The pool across the street was convenient. The house was really nice and clean, I did do a little bit of cleaning in the master bath because I’m weird like that! ;-) We used the fire pit to do s’mores. There is a bit of poison ivy in that area, but we were in an area where we should watch for it and we did. We were quite happy with the house and property and location. Thanks Dave and family for sharing your wonderful house with us for a vacation! We appreciate it!

Fall Family Gathering

We had a family reunion so we gathered in this beautiful area. The trees were just staring to turn and the view is gorgeous! It was such a great property for our family. We could all be together in the large family room while some played pool, some watched football, and some worked on meals in the kitchen! Everything is so clean and beautifully maintained! The owners have thought of everything down to the lake-themed dishes. They had even decorated the house for fall. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay!
