THE PROPERTY: Located on a teeny tiny quiet lane, this comfortably furnished first-floor duplex home comes with Key West charm and contemporary touches. To explore the second-floor home, search for ā€œPoinciana Treetop,ā€ or book ā€œPoinciana Paradiseā€ to reserve the entire home for family or friends.

Walkable to many shops and attractions, you will feel like a local in no time. Enjoy coffee or cocktails on your covered front porch. Prepare meals in the bright and snug kitchen with built in corner hutch, open shelving, and gas range. With so many local dining options, you wonā€™t even mind being without a dishwasher. The open living area includes brand new mini-split AC, ceiling fan and comfy couch. The primary bedroom includes an ensuite bath, TV, nightstands, closet, brand new mini-split AC, and ceiling fan. Not to be missed is the bedroom access to the lush outdoor area. Sun yourself in the shared yard or take a jaunt to the beach. When the day is over, you may find yourself relaxing under the stars and enjoying conversation with friends.

BED CONFIGURATION: The king bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a mini-split AC and tub/shower combination. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for a child or guest.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Open the French doors from your bedroom and step out onto the first-floor porch. The backyard features a shared gas grill, washer and dryer, lush garden, back deck with chaise lounge chairs, and outdoor dining set. *Please note this property no longer has a hot tub.*

PARKING: There is on-site parking for one small car as well as a bicycle rack for your convenience. Please note this home is on a tiny one-way lane.

LOCATION: Historic Old Town, North of Truman and 2 blocks from the excitement of Duval Street. A majority of the best Key West attractions are located here as well as numerous restaurants, shops, and galleries. The neighborhood boasts historic homes, shotgun, and conch style homes. You will enjoy being right in the middle of everything!

PETS: One (1) dog allowed, up to 25 lbs, for an additional fee and completion of Pet Information addendum. Must be 1 year of age or older. Must be spayed/neutered. All vaccinations must be up to date. Please be advised some breeds are not permitted. Sorry, cats are not allowed.

SMOKING: This is a non-smoking home and property.

The location is great. I walked everywhere in Key West because this is just a block and a half off Duval St. The apartment was very clean and had some nice touches. Ice cube trays and a bin, paper towels, tea kettle and the washer and dryer and a parking space were all things I made use of.I had issues with the TV and remote upon my arrival and a text got a response with a phone call that helped me get what I wanted which was access to YouTube TV.I totally enjoyed my time in Key West and the stay here was a significant part of that

Beautiful Property, Great Location

We've been to the Keys several times. This trip was by far the BEST! Poinciana Garden is perfect for couples or book both units to have the whole place to yourself! Secure and private with tropical courtyard, screened porch, and sun deck. Very well maintained, clean and everything you need to feel at home. Perfect location for easy walk or bike ride to nightlife, Mallory Square and our favorite beach, Fort Zachary Taylor. We'ralready planning our next trip.

Clean and pleasant property

Very clean, pleasant place close to Duval, but far enough away to be quiet. Outdoor space is very nice with a screened in area, rocking chairs and chairs longues. We didn't use the kitchen, but it appears to be square..

The bottom unit is so noisy! When people walk or talk upstairs you can hear everything !The outdoor area is great!

This property is 1.5 blocks off Duval and walkable to all the key west fun. For how close it is to Duval the property was extremely quiet and peaceful.

Place was clean and management company stayed in touch during our stay making sure we were comfortable. No contact check-in was smoother than I anticipated. We walked to Mallory Square almost every evening to watch the sunset and ate at one of the many restaurants on our walk back.

A very cozy stay

We had a lovely time, the house was clean and well maintained, staff was responsive and kind. The garden was beautiful and well taken care of. We lived how walkable the neighborhood was.

Great little bungalow with the best AC!

I enjoyed my stay. The bungalow is as advertised. I did mention there are no curtains and itā€™s very bright if you like to sleep in like most on vacation. I was asked ā€œif I tried closing the blindsā€ which I thought was a caddy response as everyone knows to close blinds, but besides that particular comment and it being too bright to sleep in the customer service and maintenance team were great.

Great Spot

Great spot to hang out, nice vibe in yard, nice bbq, and deck chars to relax. Also nice and close to Duval for all the restaurants etc. had a great week. Very clean and great to have a little kitchen to make some meals.

Great location. We managed parking. However the lane was barely passable. Would stay again in that locale but not on Whitmarsh. Our upstairs neighbors felt the same way.
