Phoenix VI is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix VI. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing. Stay in our Premium unit and pay less than the select price!!!



Come relax on the 3rd floor balcony directly overlooking the outdoor pool with great views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops, and new cabinetry. We have also renovated both bathrooms!! We have a king size bed in the master with balcony access and we have two full sized beds in the guest bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa!! We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.



FOR LARGE GROUPS WE DO HAVE ADDITIONAL UNITS AT PHOENIX VI, INCLUDING ANOTHER UNIT ON THIS 3RD FLOOR!!!!



Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Perfect for a family stay, great amenities and view

The view from the balcony is what we enjoyed most. The kids enjoyed the pools and hot tub. We had fun playing pickleball once the sun went down. The unit was well decorated and cozy. It had everything we needed.

I have stayed in several condos in the area with my little family of four and this one was absolutely the BEST yet!!!! The comfort and lay out of the condo was perfect! I loved how there were two double beds for the kids in a room of their own! I didn’t feel like I had to tip toe around after they went to bed. Much better than the condos with bunks in the hallway. Loved everything about this place! Pool, staff, location!!!!

Amazing

We loved this condo, was perfect for me and my husband and our adult daughter and her friend. Was great to have the 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom so they had their own space and that bathroom was good size too! The balcony was a little small, but the furniture was nice and we did enjoy being out there, especially early morning coffee and dolphin watch.

Unit 6304 was lovely. The beds were very comfy but the pillows were not the best! The view was wonderful and so was the pool.

Beach Vacation

Overall the stay was wonderful and very convenient. 2 of the 4 elevators were out of service which caused extremely long delays with over 25 minute waits. The room was just enough for our family. The view was beautiful of the beach. Would stay here again.

Easy booking process, however the condo can use a deep cleaning, updated beds etc, for the money that’s generated you would think the up keep would be a lot better than what it is

Pest control comes out every other month and sprays the condo, when you called us to let us know of the bug we immediately call pest control and they were there within the hour and took care of the problem. And thank you for informed us of the sinks and tubs as we also immediately took care of that. Thank you again for the review and we look forward to hearing from you for a future trip to Orange Beach!

Reviewer Comments: Thankfully we only stayed for 3 nights because the unit smelled heavily like mold was in the air. The ceiling fans were coated with dust and we had to clean them off before using. The unit is decorated nicely and the beds were comfortable. If it had a good cleaning and air ducts cleaned would probably be ok but I would not stay again.

Very clean, comfortable and spacious for family of 4! It had every type of kitchen utensil or dish you need to prepare any kind of meal. Great appliances. However, lacking paper/plastic products of any kind or condiments in condo. This is different from any other VRBO we've stayed at. Had to buy dishwashing soap, laundry soap, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, and cleaning spray. We would definitely stay again, we now know to bring extras with us. Publix and Dollar store down the street for supplies. Restaurants: Luna's-newer place (with great bologna sandwiches) Cobalt-must go! You can dress up or at least a shorts with a nice shirt. Beautiful outdoor setting, had band playing while we waited. And for the best Bushwacker-Tacky Jacks. Love the view and chance to see dolphins pop up.

I'm glad y'all enjoyed our condo and thank you for the review! When you arrive there is a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry and dishwasher detergent but obviously if you are there a week as you were you will need to resupply. We look forward to seeing you again in Orange Beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My only real complaint is that our stay wasn’t longer. The beach was beautiful and property was in a great location. Got to see a lot of tour boats go by including dolphins. The Blue Angels even made a pass over us on the beach. We didn’t go explore too much having little ones in tow, but not too far down the beach there was probably a marina where the boats came in from fishing everyday, I would have loved to walk down there and be able to explore more. The amenities of the hotel were wonderful a large outdoor pool, indoor pool and 3 hot tubs. All very clean. The kids loved it. Our view was perfect and only 3 floors up could view the pool area nicely as well as the beach. My only complaint was they charged you $55 to park in the hotel parking lot. I thought that was insane because as many times as I’ve been to the beach it’s always included. But that was the property and regardless of that I would happily go back. Convenient to shopping, groceries and great dining.

We had an amazing time for our kids first beach trip. Aside from the condo....the building itself had serious elevator issues our entire trip. Only one or two elevators working at a time. Usually one. It was really frustrating and very difficult with little ones. Thankfully we were on the third floor because we used the stairs all the time due to the elevator issues. Even on check out day, we could not get an elyand had to bring all luggage down the stairs.

However the one down side was that most of the outlets/plugs in the rooms and throughout the condo were extremely loose. Cords would not stay plugged in and would fall out. We ended up charging electronics in the kitchen off 1 outlet receptacle. Also, had a couple lightbulbs burned out in lamps so could not use them. Need to check and replace light bulbs. There were food wrappers by the beds in the 2nd bedroom(pop tart wrappers, candy wrappers) from prior guests. We saw them when we arrived and our kids wanted to check out their rooms.
