Choose our immaculate, cozy & well-maintained Townhome centrally located on Amelia Island and enjoy the comforts of home in a dream destination. Within just a mile, enjoy the nearly private & pristine white sand beach or explore the thriving downtown area with great restaurants, shopping & all of life (and vacation's) must-haves only 1.5 miles away. Bring your bikes - or use ours - because that's all you'll need once you arrive.
As you enter through the doors to your private getaway, you're greeted with a spacious, open-concept living area. Brand new floors on main level and all new plush carpeting on 2nd level. Sprawl out on the snug sectional sofa or pull up a stool at the dining room table. A spotless, fully-equipped kitchen will fulfill all your meal prep needs. Your private 1st floor Master Bedroom has a queen bed with en suite bathroom & walk-in closet. No need to overpack, make use of the Washer and Dryer available to you. Two additional bedrooms (1 equipped with double/twin bunkbed & 2nd offers queen bed) & full bath are located on the second level including a loft area great for a reading nook or enough space for kids play area.

Since acquiring this property in 2014, we, along with our friends and families have enjoyed our home, the neighborhood and all that Amelia Island has to offer. After several requests from friends and family, and friends of friends, we decided to officially open up our home so that more people have an affordable opportunity to enjoy this beautiful island, unplug and relax. Two years later, we've shared our home with dozens of highly satisfied guests (read our reviews!) and become quite well versed in the world of VRBO.

Family and Pets are welcome. Our home is a fraction of the cost of a hotel or some grandiose house right on the beach. Rest assured you won't sacrifice comfort & quality for a lower price. Low key, quiet and cozy - stay with us! *Please note our winter season (January - April) requires a 90 day (3 month) minimum rental period. For long-term leases, we accept payment to be split (50% at time of reservation, remaining 50% 2 weeks prior to check-in)
