We agree this property is ideal for families looking to stay in a residential neighborhood, that is just a 3 minute walk to the beach. Thank you for your review, we appreciate all the feedback. We are sorry to hear that even though the property was clean it felt dirty. It looks like we gave you a call the day after check in to ensure property was up to standard, and we only received positive feedback from you. We call to check in because we guarantee our cleaning, and would have been happy to send someone out to quickly take care of any cleanliness opportunities. We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed the high pressure showers in the unit, it is always nice to have the comfort of great shower pressure when traveling -this property has great amenities that make you feel right at home. We provide 4 silicon oven mits in our amenity package, which is set out on the kitchen counter, or sometimes these will be in a kitchen drawer. If for some reason these were not included, we would have been happy to run them over to you during your stay if we would have been aware. We will bring your feedback to the owner regarding repainting the baseboards, as our owners are always looking at ways to enhance the guest experience. We love hearing that you felt the great communication our management team has. Guest communication is a priority for our team.
