lovely tranquil setting with great views, uncomplicated accomodation which is ideal to unwind and plenty of space to relax and disconnect the pool is great and a welcome respite from the heat. some fantastic places nearby and stunning hilltop villages and our host provided lots of suggestions of things to do. we had a week in Abruzzo and feel we just scratched the surface. a much more authentically Italian experience than the usual tourist hot spots, lovely community feel to Torrei in particular. be prepared to have a go at Italian and talk to the locals they are a very warm people

Amazing views!

The owner , Teresa, was very prompt, efficient and helpful during the booking process, answering my endless questions very patiently. The house and outside areas were as described in the details and the swimming pool was probably one of the nicest we have had. There were lots of pool toys available for children (of all ages!) and we found a table tennis table at the side of the property in an as yet unrenovated outhouse. The views from the pool and terrace area are stunning and we enjoyed lunches and evening barbecues looking out over the valley and mountains beyond. The house itself was much more spacious than we thought , with all the rooms being large and airy. The kitchen is extremely well equipped - in fact I can't think of anything which hadn't been thought of and provided throughout the house. We enjoyed some sightseeing, including a trip to Pescara and drives up to some of the lovely mountain villages(not for the faint-hearted!). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others who want a tranquil, relaxing holiday away from the hoardes. Also great value for money! The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is that we did find the paved areas around the house a little stark without any planting or pots to add a splash of greenery or colour. I guess this is for ease of maintenance and it didn't really detract from our enjoyment.

Perfect place for peace 🙏

Absolutely a wonderfull place if you want peace In ur vacation. The Road there is great even if its In the Hills. It only takes 5 min Down town for picking up grocery. The House have what it need. Two floors. Upstairs bedrooms and one bathrooms. Fans for when its hot. Even the grades was over 30 we had no problems getting good Air In there 🙏 Down stairs a huge kitchen/allroom we spent all our i door time there. Even though there is another dinning room and a tv room. We dis not use those. But we sid spent alot of time In/at the pool. Wow we Were blown away over the pool who is saltwater we never tried that before but it is the Best ever. There is a vacum ( electrick ) Cleaner for the buttom of the pool. Awsome. And now problem by putting it In and start it. Clean pool In the morning ready for a Nice swim. If we one Day go back to that area we would never hesitate of renting from Teresa again. She is very Nice In letters, Always answering my questions nicely. Explaining everything to us, so there was no misunderstodment. Thx for taking the chance again, after that insident last yr. Villa splendida anche se un po' datata in restailing, piscina uso privato bellissima e comoda per noi dopo una giornata in giro per l'Abruzzo..da considerare eravamo 2 famiglie, 4 adulti 4 bambini.

Onze vakantie in Italie

Leuke vakantiewoning waar we heerlijke dagen hebben gespendeert mits een paar regenachtige dagen. Woning is zeer ruim en leuk ingericht. Zwembad is de eye catcher, waar onze dochter en uiteraard ook wij veel tijd in besteed hebben. Leuke restaurantjes in de buurt waar we de lokale specialiteit hebben gegeten en uiteraard de Abruzzo wijn geproefd op verschillende lokaties. Eigenaar Teresa en lokale property manager zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Reageren zeer snel en correct. Bij het boeken en net voor de check-in werden onze leuke tips en plaatsen doorgestuurd door Teresa.

Grauenhafter Zustand des Hauses bei Übernahme. Das EG feucht und modrig, furchtbarer Gestank, schmut

In diesem Zustand kann man kein Ferienhaus vermieten. Nach 2 Tagen in eine Alternative geflüchtet.

I’ve rented my home for years with no problem and always received a high rating. If there’s a problem, it’s customary to let the manager know immediately so it can be rectified, you did neither and nor did you provide any photographs. The first I knew you were unhappy was when you’d already left which was incredibly unfair. My manager checked when you left and couldn’t see any problems. I was there 3 days before so I knew everything was in order. I take great pride in making my home a place people can enjoy, I’m sorry you didn’t.

Pace e relax

La villa è fantastica, spaziosa e fresca al piano di sotto (nelle camere al piano di sopra qualche notte abbiamo sofferto il caldo, nonostante i ventilatori). La zona piscina è completa di tutto, ombrelloni e sdraio, e la piscina è grande e ha fatto divertire piccoli e grandi. La parte esterna col tavolo è utilizzabile la sera, infatti abbiamo sempre cenato fuori, di giorno invece faceva troppo caldo. Fantastici il tavolo da ping pong e il dondolo che ci hanno permesso di passare serate in allegria e relax. La zona in cui è situata la villa è molto tranquilla, i vicini simpaticissimi ed è un'ottima base di partenza per gite al mare, in montagna e nelle città d'arte della zona.

Trivsamt och rymligt hus. Magisk utsikt som ger lugn o0ch ro. Bra utrymme för barnfamiljer och en underbar pool som både små och stora barn kan ha roligt i. Perfekt för 2 familjer då det är gott om sovplatser och utrymmen för var och en att umgås i. Rymligt kök där alla kan hjälpas oss att laga mat i. " veckor gick väldigt fort men var avkopplande för små som stora utan att vara tråkiga för en sekund.

Prachtige woning met heerlijk zwembad!

Een kleine drie weken met onze drie zonen doorgebracht in deze heerlijke woning. Dankzij de dikke muren en grote openslaande ramen en deuren voorzien van horren, blijft de woning heerlijk koel. De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien, ruime slaapkamers, voldoende kasten, twee badkamers, drie zitkamers en twee eetkamers. Het zwembad (zout water) is heerlijk, ongeveer 5 bij 11 meter, helft is 1.10 diep, andere helft is circa 2.20 diep. Er is een robot aanwezig om de bodem schoon te maken. De eigenaresse is zeer behulpzaam en reageert snel en vriendelijk op vragen. De omgeving is mooi en er is voldoende te zien, maar je moet er wel een klein stukje voor rijden. De Abruzzen zijn prachtig en niet toeristisch. Op 10 tot 15 minuten rijden zijn er voldoende echte Italiaanse restaurants,waar je heerlijk kunt eten. Een echte aanrader!

Translation- A small three weeks with our three sons spent in this wonderful home. Thanks to the thick walls and large opening windows and doors with screens, the house remains cool. The house is fully equipped, spacious bedrooms, sufficient closets, two bathrooms, three sitting rooms and two dining rooms. The pool (salt water) is lovely, about 5 by 11 meters, half is 1.10 deep, other half is approximately 2.20 deep. There is a robot available to clean the soil. The owner is very helpful and responds quickly and friendly to questions. The environment is beautiful and there is plenty to see, but you have to drive a short distance. The Abruzzi are beautiful and not touristy. At a 10 to 15 minute drive there are plenty of real Italian restaurants, where you can eat. Highly recommended! Stor fräsch villa i avskildhet med lantkänsla och egen pool, vi är jättenöjda!

Vi, två familjer på sammanlagt 9 personer, hade en jättebra vecka i detta hus. Fräscht, modernt och lättstädat. Rummen var rymliga och med högt i tak. Perfekt med den stora poolen och alla solstolar och parasoll. Det fanns också mycket leksaker till barnen. Det enda vi saknade i huset var diskmaskin och riktig AC. Det fanns dock golvfläktar i alla rum, men de låter lite högre än en modern AC-anläggning. På morgonen vaknade vi och hörde ibland får bräka, nån tupp gala någonstans och nån gammal traktor som puttrade förbi. Skönt att huset låg så avskilt med lantkänsla. I Torre de Passeri, närmsta samhället, fanns två livsmedelsbutiker som innehöll det som behövdes. Ägaren till huset var lätt att få tag på och hjälpte till med all information vi ville ha. Att hämta och lämna nyckel gjordes också på ett smidigt sätt.

Perfect relaxing escape

Our week at Casa Antonio was perfect, the house has everything you need and the kids hardly got out of the beautiful, immaculately maintained pool. The house was lovely and clean and comfortable and we didn't really want to go out apart from food shopping. The supermarket in Torre de passeri is large and only 10mins away. When we did venture further afield the kids loved the water park at Vasto, which is an hours drive away. This was not our first visit and won't be our last!
