Best Deal On The Beach !!

Our unit is your home away from home. This unit is the second from the beach on the second floor. This unit has comfortable new pillowtop beds, HD smart TV's in the den and both bedrooms. Wi-Fi and modem provided. Sitting on the balcony is like sitting on the beach. Enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the kids play. The view is spectacular. Towels and linens for 2 twin, 2 full and a pull out sleeper sofa are provided in the cleaning fee. Beach towels not included. All the comforts of home are in this unit. Our unit has a security guard on the property and he patrols the area and keeps it safe. There is a standard pool and a kiddie pool. The pool provides beach chairs, and you can rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach if you need to sit all day in the shade. Stroll to Apache Pier, the longest pier on Myrtle Beach Grand Strand and enjoy shaved ice or ice cream. They also serve a wonderful breakfast where you can watch the sunrise over the ocean. There you can fish 24 hrs a day, watch the people fishing, and listen to a featured band during the summer time nights. You can also walk to Ocean Annie's and have a cool drink during the day and listen to music on the patio. Walk across the street and visit the small shops, have lunch and a drink at night.

Our unit is 1-2 miles from Tanger Outlet, Bass Pro Shop, Walmart and Barefoot Landing.

Wonderful place to stay!

The property was clean and just like the pictures online. It was in an excellent location with gorgeous views of the ocean. The owner checked in with us and was super nice. This has been our best find through VRBO.

Loved this place

Great view of the ocean, close to shopping and dining. We loved our stay. The owners were great and very accommodating. The pool was very clean and well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was perfect for us! Only a few steps away from the beach, so convenient with a little one! Condo was very clean and furnished nicely. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!

Most convenient BEACH place!

For our 1st trip to Myrtle beach, this place was easy to work with on VRBO, excellent communication with the owner from start to finish whenever we had a question, and simply couldn't be any more convenient to walk out to the beautiful beach everyday!

Couldn't have asked for a better place! The unit was great. The view was amazing. It was steps from the beach. Our property owner was very informative and super friendly. We will definitely be staying here again. 5 stars for sure!

Great place to stay!

Can’t say enough good things about our stay! The property was beautiful and in a quiet location, yet close to so many fun things. My family especially liked the immediate beach access and the view of the ocean from our balcony. The property owner was friendly and communicated with me prior to our stay, and checked on us while we were there. My daughters are already asking to go back! I would definitely recommend this property.

Best condo in the building!!

We had the most amazing vacation! The condo was the perfect spot for our family; great view from the deck for morning coffee, lunch and evening drinks. The condo was meticulously clean, incredibly comfortable and absolutely quiet! Christina is the quintessential host: attentive and available if you need anything!! We will definitely be back!

The best ever!

My 2 sisters, best friend and I stayed at #213 the week before Memorial Day and had a fantastic time. The condo was perfect! What a view! The 4 of us would love to stay at Christina's beach condo again and consider it the best of any we've stayed at before. 5 stars!!

Home away from home

Our family stayed for a week at this condo and it was perfect. The condo was renovated beautifully and extremely clean and tidy.This condo is right on the beach where you walk right out onto the sand. We loved staying there because it is extremely cozy with plenty of room for the kids. Our kids also loved the pool. The owner stayed in contact with us and made sure we had everything we needed and checked up on the kids, she was absolutely amazing!! We will be staying again.

Gorgeous View With Beach Access!

We loved the view so much, and how easy it was to walk down and you’re on the sand. The only downfall was the beds were a little small for us but we made it work, maybe if it were 1 sized bed in 1 room it would be helpful. :)

Great stay at a great Location

This was a wonderful weeks stay. The property is nice with easy access to the beach and being on the second floor the view to the beach was great. The location of the property is great because there was not a lot of traffic at all around it since the road dead ends into a hotel. There are a couple local bars that serve food within walking distance but Walmart and some fast food restaurants are very close by. The property is nice, the beds are comfortable, the air conditioning works, and the view is very nice. Our family was not disappointed at all in our stay and didn't want to leave.

Thank you. We have been remodeling the unit and many who stay yearly with us love the improvements since we purchased the unit. We are hoping the master bathroom shower to be the next project. The seal around the shower is older and could be replaced, that could be our next project. Hair dye, sand, and suntan oils can discolor calking around a shower, but overall the shower and unit are clean and meet the CDC standards.

Clean and bright atmosphere. Nice patio and ocean view. Everything as pictured, advertised, and expected. Great communication with owner. Would return if same plans next year.

Family Getaway

Condo even better than pictured. And the view!!! Everything you could possibly need on hand. Plenty of cooking items, bath towels . Our family has stayed at A Place At The Beach many times but 1st time in this condo. It was perfect! Step out your door and see the ocean at the end of hall!! Across the street is Flip Flops Bar and Grill with live acoustic music every night, ice cream shop, souvenir shops and liquor store. Just a short walk down beach is Ocean Annies where they have live music every day. Great location for families!! Host was amazing and checked in on us throughout our stay.

We are a family that enjoys outside activities and family time together. We work full time jobs as well as operate a large family farm too. This property was our perfect escape from the hustle of a very busy life. It allows us to have a wonderful escape but still be able to keep up with family thru modern technology. It is nice that the condo is on a dead end street and that allows us to have less traffic, almost like an isolated island feel.

We rented this unit for a couple times a year for a couple of years. The space was large enough for our to stay together. We decided that we loved this area so much that we wanted to purchase in this complex. We needed a space that could accommodate our family together. This space was perfect for that.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

What we love best about our unit is the location. This location is on a dead end street and therefore the traffic is low and the area is quite. The pier was a huge attraction for us, we love to walk to the pier and get shaved ice snow cones and go on the pier at night and hear a local band. We also love walking to the inlet on the other side when the tide is going out and search for shells and sharks teeth. The beach is not crowded like other areas. Everyone is very respectful on the beach and the lifeguards are very watchful for your safety.
