This 3rd floor, ocean view unit, is in a mostly owner occupied high rise condominium in the Arcadian Dunes section of Myrtle Beach. This beautifully renovated unit has updated bathrooms and kitchen. Each bedroom has a large flat screen TV, ensuite bath and balcony access.

Softball Nationals

Great place for our family to stay while my daughter competed in Softball Nationals. Wish the balconies had a table and there were a few more coffee cups. Overall fantastic place to stay and will definitely be back.

Everything was great except for the check-in process had to drive to an office then got to the property. Beautiful lighting inside.

Not the most convenient check in process/outdated with having to go to a separate location to check in/show ID/get key fobs, etc. There are other units in the building the rest of my family rented that didn't require this. The unit was not the cleanest when we arrived and several things were ripped/broken. Location is excellent and great view of the beach.

Will Not Book Again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had to make the best of this for the sake of my trip, but was truly upset by the condo! So many rules, awful smell, condo was dirty!

Great condo, poor timing

The condo was great. Really nice floor plan. Very comfortable and roomy. Unfortunately they were doing construction on the condo directly above during our stay so we listened to power tools all day. The communication with rental agency was poor, and also very inconvenient to pick up and drop off the keys.

Labor Day week.

Loved the condo layout and decor. Great location. Only down side was floors not clean, only one of the key cards for pool and other entry ways did not work Making very inconvenient with multiple family members. Called property management but no call returned. No one available due to holiday. Check in not at property.

Fantastic Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Positive: Maison Sur Mer is a great property with lots of amenities and this unit was absolutely beautiful. More storage than you could ever need, comfy beds and pillows, great showers, clean kitchen. Negative: There are no places to hang your towels or washcloths anywhere in either bathroom. Tip: We bought command hooks made to safely hang wreaths on glass windows and used them on the shower. Overall: Loved this beautiful, spacious condo and would definitely stay again.

Maisons Sur Mer is a great place to stay (our 2nd stay different condo). I will say the patio furniture was not very comfortable and the inside furniture was built for a tall person. My wife did not find it comfortable. Bring extra toilet paper, 1 roll per bathroom for a week? A box of Kleenex would have been a nice amenity for what we paid. All the appliances worked appropriately.

In some spots the dust was so thick, I could write my name on the surface of the furniture. Not the end of the world, but we have stayed in other places in MSM and they were much cleaner.

Everyone is friendly, from staff/workers to guest and residents. The only issue we had, no hot water in the master shower. The water temperature was luke warm, I called maintenance but nobody came to fix it.

We always enjoy the quality of experience in this community. This unit was exquisitely renovated and has all that you would ever need. It was clean, a lower floor, so easier to access pool, beach, restuarant and ba, etc. It also had a nice sunset view in the evenings. We highly recommend this unit for rental and hope the new owners continue to rent it out.

Overall the unit was nice, however it didn’t feel very clean. Trash was left in the bathrooms cans and the floors were sandy and dirty throughout.
