Beautiful property!

Clean and very functional condo! Plenty of outlets, lights and fans! Enjoyed having a beach room on the main level For storage! Very relaxing place! We will book again!

This is an excellent home with everything you need for a perfect stay. Large, comfortable, beautifully remodeled. Kingfisher is a great property management company who responded immediately to the few needs we had. Top notch all around!

Relaxing Week at the Beach

Overall excellent stay. Positives: Great location, fantastic views, quiet, great balcony. Needs to Improve: Fridge needs to be replaced, Beds not comfortable, suggest mattress toppers and better linens. Also a few more area rugs would help.

Lovely

Lovely condo. Only improvement that needs to be made is insulation. You can hear the people above you walking around and moving kitchen chairs and noise in the bathrooms(hair dryers, water running, toilet flushing). The unit looks newly renovated and is beautiful! The condo is nice to have beach toys and chairs provided for each unit on the bottom floor in a closet. This was nice for us since we fly in and can't bring our own beach supplies. We greatly enjoyed this place and will definitely bring sound machines if we decide to come back.

Exactly what we expected - Did not disappoint!

The property matches precisely to the pictures and descriptions. Very quiet. Very beautiful. Very comfortable. Beds were comfortable despite some of the reviews people have left. No Keurig for coffee pot, however we knew ahead of time as Kingfisher are very responsive to all questions asked ahead of our trip. The standard coffee pot worked just fine. Very nice beach chairs and the outdoor closet is full of every sand toy kids could need along with umbrellas. We had 4 adults, 1 teen and 1 child and the rooms accommodated perfectly. Highly recommend this beautiful condo and will come back again. Thank you Kingfisher!

Beautiful and well located

This was our first time at Sanibel Island, after years of wanting to visit. This condo was spacious and bright, and even the secondary bedrooms were large. The screened balcony was a definite bonus, and the furniture on it was comfortable. We spent a lot of our time out there. It's also one of the first places I've ever stayed that had comfortable pillows. This place was within just a few minutes drive to just about anywhere on the island, including lots of shopping and dining options. The pool was nice and never crowded. The only negatives were that we were given the wrong code to get into the key lockbox, and then couldn't get an answer for 30 minutes at the rental company to get the correct code. They said they had just changed the codes. I guess they forgot to tell the guests who were about to come in and need those new codes. We also had trouble with the dryer, which was in serious need of some TLC, and at one point the washer decided to quit working, but we got it going again. And we were never able to use the TV in the living room, it didn't seem to receive regular channels, only things through the internet, like Netflix, but we didn't really need to watch TV while we were there anyhow, so that wasn't such a big deal. We also were there during some of the worst of the red tide situation, so the beach was not as nice as I'm sure it normally is. But we loved the condo and the area so much we have already reserved it for next year! We just hope that the red tide is gone by then and the beach and ocean are back to being beautiful!

beautiful inside. Thieves in complex

This complex needs work on the outside, when you pull in you see a garage in need of repair. Once inside the condo your mind is set at ease. It is Beautiful! The layout is perfect for a group of people- with 2 master bedrooms on opposite sides of the condo. The beds are very hard. If you have a bad back you will be in pain each morning. The condo has everything you will need to be very comfortable. There is a 9pm policy to have the lights out for Turtle Time, but the living room does not have any blinds on the sliding glass doors that make up the entire back wall. Stop at the store if you plan on cooking. There are no oils or spices, just salt pepper and sugar. All the utensils you will need are present. It does have a nice washer and dryer and ironing board and iron. If you plan on taking stuff to the beach- pick up a cooler there is not one in the condo. The reason I cannot give a 5 star to this condo: Downstairs by the garages there is a storage room for each condo marked with the condo name. We had used the room all week to store our beach equipment- as did all the others. One day we went down to get the items and they were not there. The other renters at the place had had their stuff stolen to. This was not a wondering thief, it was an inside job. The room was cleaned, the floor swept of all sand and the chairs hung up on the walls. Everything that was there as part of the condo remained and all of our personal items were gone. ---EVERYONE at the place had this same thing happen, tents, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, flip flops, all gone. I called the rental place- they said they did not have anyone on site. I don’t know how thieves in FL are, but I have never known any to sweep and clean up before leaving. I spoke to a cleaner on site- he said he would call it in. I was eventually told there was nothing they could do and to file a police report. The key to the condo does not lock the storage room as they said it should. Completely ruined our last few days. We had nothing to go to the beach with. The way they handled it was very poor.

Fabulous fall getaway

My husband and I stayed in this condo during our anniversary week in October and loved it! The condo itself was beautifully decorated and spacious. The location was perfect and the beach was private. The beach closet was very well stocked with chairs and beach supplies. We had everything we needed for an amazing vacation and will definitely plan to stay in this condo again!

This was the second time we have come to Sanibel, first time staying at this condo. The pictures on the listing don’t do it justice. The condo was very spacious and clean. The patio was big as well. There’s an elevator if you’re staying on a top floor. The only bad things are the water pressure wasn’t the greatest and the mattresses were a little on the hard side. You can also hear every time someone on the floor above you moved furniture. Great view and an easy 2 second walk to the beach down the provided path. There was also a beach closet with chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for kids. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was better than advertised and simply beautiful! The decor was on point, the location was perfect, the view was fantastic! Kingfisher responded to two small requests in less than an hour each time. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. I couldnot have asked for more.

Great Unit

We were extremely pleased with this unit. It is spacious, bright, clean, well designed, and well maintained. The view is fantastic, and the first-floor storage unit for beach stuff was an added plus. We especially appreciated the large kitchen and the large dining room table, as we have a big family. The property manager was great. On the second day of our stay (a Sunday), we had a couple of problems, when using the stove kept causing a circuit breaker to trip, and when the handle to one of the showers broke. But the property manager answered the phone on a Sunday evening, and they were at the property to fix the problems by 10:00 am the following morning. The only problem is one that other renters have mentioned: There appears to be little carpeting in any of the units, which means that, every time someone slides a chair or drops something hard on the floor above you, you hear it. We weren't particularly bothered by the noises, but a more sensitive renter might be.

Amazing pace to stay with stunning views.

The check in/out process was very easy and convenient. We loved the information booklet. It was the best we’ve seen and very helpful. The maintenance staff was very prompt with our requests. The view from our living room/master bedroom and balconies was stunning. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us. The pool was perfect and the walk to the beach took just steps. Everything was kept clean and nice. I loved that we had our own beach closet on the ground floor with pool toys and beach items. We’ve been to Sanibel 3 times and this was by far our favorite place to stay! I would recommend this to everyone and I hope to stay here again for our next visit to Sanibel.

Great place to stay

We arrived on a Saturday evening and found everything as described and expected (the broken wifi router was replaced the next weekday). A welcome basket gave a nice touch of appreciation when we arrived. The condo's appearance is appealing with light colors and several windows to let daylight in. The master BR is large and even the two other BR have a good size. Located steps away from the beach and a very quiet environment helped to relax. The pool's size was decent and it was kept clean. I can recommend this unit if your were looking for a relaxed stay with enough space for a family. A few things of note: to use the garage the car should not be bigger than a small SUV - the access is limited by the width of the garage door. Some pans and pots showed signs of age - If you plan to cook. The cell phone signal is not very strong there (ATT and reportedly other carriers, too).

Wonderful beachfront condominium with spectacular views

Stayed at this condo for 2 weeks. Nicely updated and well decorated as shown in the photos. The furniture is very comfortable and kitchen is well appointed. The condo has a garage which was a nice plus. We arrived late on a Saturday night and did not have the correct lock box code to retrieve the keys. Called the Kingfisher emergency number and they immediately provided the correct code. The refrigerator water line had a leak during our stay and Kingfisher maintenance came within 1 to 2 hours of calling and fixed the leak. The only negative is we could hear the people on the floor above us at night and once early in the morning. We could not hear voices but scraping sounds on the floor like they were moving furniture around and dropping things. Overall a great experience. Thank you Kingfisher for being so prompt when service was needed. I suggest installing a "Do not disturb the wildlife" sign in the back next to the boardwalk to the beach. On several occasions we observed renters harassing some of the wildlife including stepping off the boardwalk into the brush, searching for and picking up the turtles once found.
