Thank you for your feedback! I am so sorry about the internet issue, I did not realize that wasn't fixed after we sent someone out and she said it was taken care of. Must have just been the TV, but I will look into it ASAP so thank you for letting us know. We have not heard about any internet issues since your stay. It is noted on our contracts that guests are to provide their own towels, blankets, paper and soap products. The cleaning company does currently provide linens. Please note, this unit absolutely does not have a view of the water, it's simply on the property behind the main house which is on the water. You can swim, but I do always recommend water shoes if you have them. It's quite shallow for a while since this is a bay beach and not an ocean beach. Thank you so much for your review, we appreciate the feedback. I know you had called our office about a week after you departed so we were not able to help during your stay. 1. I apologize for inconsiderate neighbors that may have slammed their car doors. This is the first I am hearing of this, so we can make a note in the check-in instructions for the future. 2. There is 1 spot per unit and you can call the town for additional parking, all of which is noted in the check-in instructions but I will note it in the listing as well! 3. I apologize, both the mattress and the pull out sofa are new to the property, but we have informed the owner to see if she is able to replace in the near future. 4. I am sorry the ceilings were low, unfortunately there is nothing I can do about the building not having high ceilings. 5. We reached out to the cleaner and let her know about the sunroom so she was able to take care of that ASAP. Thank you for letting us know! 6. There is AC at the property so I'm not sure why it would not be circulating but we have not had any issues since your stay regarding the AC. We're happy to help if anyone has a problem during their stay (office line and emergency line given). 7. Dogs are allowed on the beach. The town specifies that they are to be leashed at all times. We do note this to every guest in our check-in instructions. Unfortunately, there are other neighbors with dogs that are not under our management but it is a safe environment for our guests, including children and families as we have not had any problems in the past.
