Just off the kitchen is a separate laundry with a separate freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer etc. The kitchen connects to a separate dining area with large table and chairs and onto large terraces for alfresco dining/lounging. The large terrace will comfortably seat guests under the pergola for summer dining.
Open Living & Dining: The living area is spacious and open plan with living, dining area, bar and kitchen all working together. The main living has 2 leather sofas, and TV with Chromecast.
