A fun week.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a really good week. Weather was not too hot,so we could spend a lot of time at the beach and in the pool. The condo was in a good location and I found it to be very clean and comfortable.

Master bathroom lights flickered the whole time. Couldn’t turn on the cold water in kitchen because of horrible noise. Maids or previous guests had left thermostat on heat 80. Took forever to cool off. Very dated. Needs some TLC

This condo needs immediate attention from the owner! Paint is peeling off the ceiling and walls. There is mold around the air vents. Some people are deathly allergic to mold. The comforter on the king bed needs to be thrown in the trash! There is a stain on box spring cover that looks like mold. And the couch also needs to be thrown in the trash! I was disappointed with the appearance of the condo!

The condo was just as described, location was great, close enough to North Myrtle Beach but not crowded. Loved that we had a washer and dryer!

The balcony view was gorgeous. The location north of all the activity was well suited for a family vacation. Only one night did we have issues with noise after 10 pm within the resort. The unit was good in size and layout. However, it needed repairs to the pealing and marked up paint (pealing due to water damage). The balcony door was difficult to open. The floor to ceiling windows provided an excellent, relaxing view. Anyone needing adequate internet access will be sorely disappointed. The unit's wifi would connect but had no internet. The resort wifi would connect but streaming and reception were spotty at best.

Absolutely Loved the condo.

Very clean. Convenient to everything. We will stay again for more than 8 nights next time. The condo was fully furnished with everything needed.

The view is amazing and the room is very well equipped!

The Driftwood restaurant was awful, but the hotel staff was incredibly friendly. We couldn't figure out how to get the television to work, but we really didn't need it anyway.The room was great for a family vacation and the view was perfect for watching the waves and even my boys fishing off the pier.

Nice Stay

Overall we had a great stay. The view was fantastic, the pools were clean. The kitchen sink made some unusual noises, and had a continual leak. The Family room TV was very difficult to figure out how to watch anything that wasn't on an app. We wanted to watch the local stations but couldn't figure it out. Those are really the only things i would say were even remotely negative about the stay. Thanks again, we will be back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental agent was great. The property has a lot of rooms in two buildings. Elevators are a challenge. Did not expect there to be that many rooms and people. Pick up and drop off at Beach Front property is not fun either. That was the biggest downfall, being able to get in or out by foot or vehicle!

Great location. First of all, I am NOT a complainer but you asked. Toaster did not work, water handle in the main bathroom shower/bathtub needs a new, cockroaches in secondary bedroom. called about it and 2 days later got a reply. Don't know if it was ever sprayed. Told attendant at checkout and nothing was ever written down.

Condo was very outdated, dirty pillow and sheets in sofa bed, floors very dirty, and bathroom shower had mildew. Only allow a certain amount if towels, went to front desk and they said because we didn’t book through them, we were not allowed to have extra towels, so had to wash towels. DVD player didn’t work, the view was the best part of this condo.Thanks, Lisa Whitaker.

Not the best

Short answer...if you want to stay at Prince Resort, rent it from the resort. Long answer..this is a realty company renting this property. They will give you 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towel, no kleenex, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 trash bag. They call it a "starter kit", you have to buy the rest. Who goes on a vacation to go buy basic cleaning/toilet paper supplies You have to make ur own beds. They are not made when you get there. We stayed 10 days...4 adults,. You can't really buy a few dishwasher pod or toilet paper or paper towels or trash bags.. 1 trash bag? Really, no towels for the pool. They are only open 9-5 @ the realty company. Its about 5 miles away. There answering services knows nothing!! They have to call you back. The resort can do nothing for you. Its a privately owned unit. The 2nd bedroom has no window, no ceiling fan. I could go on...but you should get the picture. Its in an okay place on the beach. All I can say if ur going to stay through this company is , there is a dollar store or pack toilet paper, trash bags, kleenex and dishwasher pods to go on vacation!

Check out is at 10

Nice condo. No table on balcony for eating. No dishwashing or laundry detergents. Only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for 4 people for 5 days. 1 roll of paper towels small size. . WiFi wasn’t working for tv. No one at Prince knew how to resolve problem. Coffee maker didn’t work. Was told another would be sent up but never received. Towel bar broken. Mattresses were slap dab worn out. No trash dumpster or chute as stated in paperwork. On checkout day, maintenance came at 8:30 to work on tub faucet as directed by Carolina property and then stated owner wanted it done first thing. He was told checkout was 10 and he could come then. He still tried to come in with us packing up. Checkout isn’t until 10. I paid til 10. Leave! When checking out at the resort desk, I was ignored by the employee and I asked if she could check me out. She said she was sorry. For ignoring me!?! Do your job. She said she just had a long phone call. Not my problem. Not here to listen to excuses. Pool and hot tubs not clean to get in. Constantly had families with clothes on in hot tubs which looked like family clothes washing and bath time. Never told about the lazy river at Prince ll by check in staff. First and last time to use both rental property and Prince resorts.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When you spend the kind of money that we did for our trip, there are a few things you expect. Unfortunately, those things didn’t happen. Yes, all of the things they say are in the condo are physically there. Yes, the condo was clean. Yes, they got us our information prior to arrival. Problem was the information came late. It was in that email we found out nothing but towels are supplied. We had to buy EVERY cleaning supply and paper product. The beds were super uncomfortable and pillows worn and so flat we had to go purchase our own. The extra blankets were worn and had holes. The sink made horrible noises when you use it. The master bathtub faucet was so loose that you had to hold it in to turn it. Towel holder in the bathroom was falling off the wall. Paint was peeling in almost every room. We had to go find out from the resort how to dispose of our trash. Every item is old and worn. The extra appliances (like the keurig) were broken. There were two different pool codes we were provided, however neither one worked and we had to be let in each time. Finally the internet. We had access only to the resort WiFi which didn’t work most of the time. The owner provided internet that didn’t work at all.We were able to contact the realty office on Monday (2days into our trip). They responded by saying, “oh, I thought that was fixed.” And offered to come out and fix it. We didn’t want to deal with contractors and workers in our vacation space so told them to do it after we left. The resort itself was great! They had a lot of really great activities. Definitely would stay here again. Luckily this owner is planning to move into this unit in the near future so not many others will be severely overcharged for the pitiful space they get.

It's our yearly vacation place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting through Carolina Resorts Reality for years and we always stay at the same place. Love the location and easy walk out to the beach. Pam and everyone at Carolina Resorts Reality are the easiest and best people to work with. We plan on booking again next year. There are a couple restaurants on location so you really never have to leave.
