A choice of 4 or 5 bedroom semi detached

No same gender groups, minimum age 30.
Villa in quiet residential area of Luz.
king size beds(6 foot) in bedrooms 1 to 3.
Bedroom 4 has two single beds.
Bedroom 5 (additional cost)has a five foot double bed.

All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Two large reception rooms

NEW ADDITION is our garden room on the ground floor level with 5 foot double bed and en-suite shower room. Perfect for people with limited mobility.
This can be rented as an extra addition to the booking fee.(£350 per week)

The Gardens offer an impressive display of shrubs, flowers and fruit trees laid to lawn with two water features. There is ample outdoor lighting, parking for several cars.

There is an attractive, modern, open kitchen with bi fold doors that lead onto a large patio area with table, chairs and BBQ, over looking the front garden and fruit trees.

The kitchen is fully fitted, has two electric ovens a gas hood, electric hood. There is a large American fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. There is everything you need including microwave and toaster, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer.

The open dining area and lounge opens onto the bar area and pool area served by 2 large bifold doors bringing the outside in.

THERE IS NO SEGREGATION TO THE SWIMMING POOL.
THEREFORE, WE REQUEST ALL CHILDREN MUST BE ABLE TO SWIM.

The dining room has a table and seating for up to 8 people and the living room has 2 large comfortable sofas, next to a open fireplace,
There are additional chairs available.

The Pool Area
The pool is approximate a metre deep at one end and 2 metres at the other. You have the choice of whether you want it heated or not for an additional fee of £200 per week.

There is no pool segregation, so not ideal for people that cannot swim.

At the end of the pool area is the BBQ.
There are 10 sun loungers.
At the rear You have the choice of two areas to eat, both with ample chairs and table or you may decide to eat on the front terrace over looking the fruit trees and front garden.

Down stairs (lower ground floor)
Can be described as a family room with two double bedrooms with the choice of a king size bed or two singles in bedroom 3 whilst bedroom 4 has two singles.
Both bedrooms have air con.
There is a shower room with wc serving these two bedrooms
There is a large living room looking onto a water fall feature. Comfortable arm chairs and settees along with a pool table.

Master bedroom
The master bedroom located on the top floor has a king-size bed(or the choice of two singles) Air con and a shared balcony looking over the Pool area and a small view of the ocean.There is a ensuite bathroom with shower.

The Second bedroom
also has a king size bed (or the choice of two singles) and patio door leading to the same shared balcony with views of the pool and ocean.It has Air con and a shower room and toilet across the hall way. There is a table and chairs on the balcony for two people.

Luz
Is a quiet fishing village that has grown over the years but still remains a small resort. The beach and town are approximately 3 minute car journey.There is a bus stop 150 meters away or you can walk which is about a 1.5 km (15 - 20 minute walk down hill and obviously a bit longer on the way back as its up hill)

There are paths along the coastline with excellent views from Lagos to sagres with some more challenging than others.
