This large 4,500 square foot rental unit includes 5 private BR, 3.5 BTH, and sleeps 18!

The first floor has a large kids’ bunk room with a queen sleeper, twin bunk beds, and a queen bed. This spacious sleep area and den includes a full bathroom.

The second floor has three private bedrooms with two full baths. A primary bedroom with a king, a second bedroom with a queen/twin bunk bed and a twin, and a third bedroom with two twins and two trundles. There is also a private, cozy loft up a spiral staircase with a queen bed and twin futon. This home comfortably sleeps up to 18 people, air mattresses are welcome.

The owners live in a semi-detached unit next door.

There are NO shared spaces. You have 100% privacy, including the pool/hot tub area and outside deck/ bar area. Insta-hot hot water heaters so you never run out of hot water. Outdoor private hot/cold shower.

Large outdoor PRIVATE (to the main property) pool (open May 15 to Sept 30), hot tub (open all year) and entertainment area.

*No loud music due to proximity of neighbors. NOISE ORDINANCE IN EFFECT FROM 11PM-8AM. Noise levels can not exceed conversation level due to proximity of neighbors.

*Dogs are not allowed in the pool at anytime.

Free WiFi, Cable, 2 large flat screen TVs. Close proximity to both Dewey and Rehoboth. There is parking for a maximum of 8 cars in the driveway. Fire pit and outdoor grill. Firewood is provided to guests. A bath towel per person is included with the linens. Please bring your own beach towels.

Jolly Trolley stop two blocks away.

Note: We do not rent to persons under 25. Please be considerate of the neighbors with regards to noise and parking at all times.

Check in at 3pm and Check out is promptly at 10am. It is a large home and our housekeeper needs the time to turn over the property. Thank you!

A code will be texted to you before check-in for easy access to the home upon arrival.

The pool is open from May 15th through September 30th and will be heated to a max of 78 degrees. Please empty skimmer daily of debris and maintain water level half way up the skimmer slot.

The spa heater is the tan heater behind the pool equipment fence. It should be on. The temperature controls are up/down arrows. The two timer knobs on the same fence facing the pool are for the jets. Use hose for water for the Pool and hot tub. Maintain the spa level above the jets using the outside hose connection. Please disconnect after use if you stay between Nov 1 and April 1.

Linens: There will be a laundry bag of clean linens and towels for each bedroom and sleeping area. There will be a laundry bag for you to place dirty linens in at the end of your stay. If used linens are not placed in the bag there will be an additional $35 charge per room.

Light switches for patio floods are located as follows:
1. In master suite next to door leading out to deck.
2. By door off of first floor den/bunk room
3. By door leading out to porch in kitchen.

** Any unapproved large gatherings or events or the use of non authorized outside vendors (Caterers, DJ's,etc.), or parking violations that cause complaints from the neighbors, will result in the immediate termination of your stay (eviction) and forfeiture of your security deposit. Please be honest with us. If we find you hosted and event without letting us know, you will forfeit your security deposit.
