All rates are subject to a departure cleaning, linen and reservation fee, 12.75% sales tax and a $79.00 Vacation Rental Damage Protection Plan. All fees and taxes are subject to change without notice.

** TWO OPTIONS FOR DAMAGE PROTECTION **
1. Damage Protection Insurance – For an additional $79.00, this plan covers up to $3,000 in unintentional damages to the rental unit that may occur during your stay. Report the damage to us, we’ll take care of the rest!
2. Security Deposit - $500 is immediately charged at time of booking. If the property is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.

Weekend trip

Property was clean and well-kept. Beautiful view and so close to the beach! Check in and out process was very easy! Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Condo near the Beach - Atlantic Beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The experience was seamless. The condo was clean + appliances and many fixtures clearly upgraded recently.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental experience was perfect! We were building a house on the island and this condo was ideal for our needs. Finding a summer rental on the beach is not easy. This condo has been updated and met all of our needs. We rented this condo for three and a half months. Cannon and Gruber were always responsive to our needs. They promptly responded as needed.

Broken AC unit

We arrived on Friday afternoon and the AC unit was working but when we returned from dinner it was completely out. We tried to call the rental agency and emergency number but could not get a hold of anyone so there was no AC in the unit on Friday night. We called again in the morning and could not get a hold of anyone until Saturday afternoon and then once the AC people finally came out Saturday night they said it was completely broken. We could not even get put in a new location until late Saturday night so we could not even stay that night. There has been no signs of any sort of refund as of yet and we have not even received the security deposit back. This was extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend.

Thank you for your review. Sometimes unforeseen issues happen that we address as soon as possible. When we where told the HVAC System needed to be replaced we immediately notified you. We offered to move you to a new condo and you accepted. We made sure the condo was check-in ready for you and your guest. We upgraded your condo. We also refunded the nights could not stay due to no AC and you did receive your security deposit as well. We want our guest to have a great vacation! Hope you are having a great rest of your Summer.

Beachy Vibes

My family and I completely loved our stay in this kitschy beach condo - total beach vibes! Complex was great with the pools and the beach access as well as fun people all around. This spot was great with small kids, so many family friendly restaurants and cute playgrounds in the area. The apartment was a little dated but that kind of added to the vibes. We are keeping this place in mind for the future!
