Charming pet friendly residence nestled in the heart of Cayucos! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home spans two stories, offering captivating ocean vistas from the famous Studio Drive. Situated just steps away from the shoreline, enjoy convenient public access right across the street. The main floor features a spacious king-size bedroom equipped with a TV, a well-appointed bathroom boasting a tub/shower combination, and convenient indoor laundry facilities. Ascend to the second floor to discover another inviting bedroom outfitted with a queen-size bed, accompanied by its own TV and bathroom. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials for your culinary endeavors, while a patio balcony provides a serene spot for al fresco dining with breathtaking ocean views extending from the kitchen and living room. The home is beautifully decorated with sea accents to make your visit feel relaxing and rejuvenating. With a 2-car attached garage and an expansive yard adorned with tables, a BBQ, and a fire pit, outdoor entertaining is a delight in this beautifully landscaped haven. Pet-friendly, bring your furry friend (woof woof) at NO EXTRA CHARGE.
Plus, enjoy the convenience of included utilities, cable with WiFi, and flat-screen TVs throughout the home.

Rental Rates: Rates vary depending on dates, season, and length of stay. Please use the inquiry table located on the page in the upper right hand corner to get a quote for the dates you are interested in booking. Summer and holiday dates may require 7 night minimum. You have the option to choose the Property Protection Plan or a Security Deposit Hold please see more details below:

1) $65 nonrefundable Property Protection Plan: covers up to $2,100 in accidental damages. (This option is automatically generated in quotes)

2)$3,000 refundable Security Deposit Hold (must contact Beachside Rentals if you prefer this option in final booking process)

*Other requirements such as credit/background checks, lease agreement and increased security deposits may be applied for any reservations 61 nights or more and be moved to the full-time department.

Perfect !

Such a lovely home with a perfect yard, ocean views, relaxing patio, comfortable furnishings, and beach access directly across the street. We could not have been happier with our choice for our vacation stay. The dogs loved it too!

Great dog friendly home!

It's a great place to stay! Across the street from the beach access. Studio drive is a fun, quirky little residential street. The yard is very fun to sit and relax in. Fully fenced so the dogs can have freedom. The beds are very comfortable and lots of blankets if you need. The kitchen is nicely appointed. Nice gas stove. House has 2 fridges, one in the garage. My husband enjoyed playing his clarinet in the garage. There is a nice balcony in the front. The common area very nice. I could see it getting crowded with a bigger family. The bathrooms were very nice. One on each floor. Some might want ensuite but we don't care about that at all. The house backs up to hwy 1 but we rarely even noticed.

Amazing Spot

What a great house! We had a wonderful time. The location was perfect-mere steps to a beautiful dog friendly beach. The house was adorable and extremely well stocked with everything we could need. Thank you!

Wonderful girlfriend and dogs getaway!

This was my second visit at Steps to the Beach. Both trips were wonderful! The home was clean, organized, comfortable, open, and perfect spot for a beach getaway. Super dog friendly. They even had a pup basket, in which my dog was beyond himself excited to find a toy in! Very friendly and reliable communication. Will definitely be back!!!

Practically Perfect!

This house was a perfect fit for our vacation! It was clean and beautifully decorated. It is very pet friendly - they even have food and water dishes ready! The fenced in yard is full of gorgeous succulents, and the public beach access is just across the street. Oh! And we could see whale spouts from the balcony. Highly recommend!

Great Beach House!

Wonderful, cozy and convenient home to enjoy the beach, Cayucos and SLO. Beachside Rentals were communicative and helpful before, during and after our stay. We really liked the sunset views from the balcony and the access to a fun beach. The town of Cayucos had a delicious bakery and finding Hidden Kitchen (not too hard) was a treat! Highly recommended!

Lovely beach stay

A wonderful family vacation just a few steps to the beach! Clean house and has everything you need. We had some ants but the property manager helped us take care of it

Great house and location!

Our house was great! Nicely decorated and right across the street from public beach access. The second floor living area needs to be considered for those with mobility issues however it was perfect for us as we had a nice view of the ocean.

Beautiful Sunsets and steps from the beach

This is a nice property in a small neighborhood. When we first rented this house I expected that the beach access was not going to be as advertised, but the access it literally across a street and you are literally, "steps from the beach." The sunsets were amazing and you can see the Morro Bay rock from the balcony. And of course we enjoyed our time in Cayucos, Cambria, Morro Bay and downtown SLO. We had a minor issue with the toilet, and the property management company sent a handyman over within 30 minutes and it was fixed. We really appreciated how quickly they got back to us.

Great beach access

The property is a hidden gem, it is about a mile and a half outside of town. The house has a great beach access which is across the street. it is also pet friendly which is what we needed. The upstairs has a nice balcony and everything you need to have a great stay. we enjoyed the house and would definitely stay again. It was a very convenient check in and out.

Amazing Beachfront Stay

We loved everything about this beachside stay. We went on long walks on the beach each day. Beds and bedding were comfy and soft. Kitchen had everything we needed. We used the grill and firepit. So nice to have an upstairs and downstairs fridge. The large garage was a nice perk. We hope to stay here again as the accommodations and location can’t be beat!
