Enjoy panoramic coastline views and year-round sunsets from our wonderful two bedroom, two bath, bright, airy and tropically furnished corner condo overlooking the 17th fairway of Kona Country Club's Ocean Golf Course.
An impeccably maintained golf courses surrounding the Condo where visitors are welcome.

Our vacation Condo is a second floor bridge unit with no stairs and a large lanai from which to relax, dine or watch the spectacular sunsets. It is perfectly situated to catch the ocean and mountain breezes.
Country Club Villas is close to the ocean with two tennis courts, three pools and three hot tubs. The front door is steps away from the assigned parking stall and close to one of the pools and the tennis courts.
There is a window AC unit in the living area and guest bedroom only.

Located in the Keauhou Resort area about six miles south of Kailua Kona town. This complex is a short walk to Keauhou Bay, where you can enjoy a variety of water sports and boat trips and a 10 min drive to Kahaluu Beach Park, renowned for its excellent snorkeling and crystal clear waters. You can walk to restaurants, shops and a supermarket in the shopping center right above.

This property has a 7 night minimum in Summer/Fall, and a 10 night minimum during Ironman or high season, Winter/Spring

The location was great and the view from the lanai was beautiful. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. The shopping center is a quick walk across the street. The pool and hot tub are a decent size. Check-in/out was very easy and the property manager was great to work with. The only thing that wouldā€™ve made our stay better is if the main bedroom had A/C but we made do with fans. Looking forward to returning in the future!

Vacation to remember

This was our first vacation with each other & weā€™re so happy we could spend time back home! Easy check in and check out process. The unit was on the ground floor so that was a major plus. And the pool was near by! The extra pool/beach towels were great to have we were able to bring a set to the beach & have another set for the pool. Definitely will be back soon!

Perfect location

Perfect location to stay. Nice view on the golf! Beach gear appreciated :) Two A/C, one in the small bedroom and one in the living room. The fresh air does not make her way easily to the main bedroom so you have to put fans and its still a bit hot. if you wanna enjoy the balcony, you beed to turn the AC off because of the noise that it makes (it is directly situated on the balcony). Great kitchen, everything you need is there! We had a great stay!

Perfect home away from home!

This property has everything you need and more! Very clean with all the accommodations to spend your time enjoying all that the island has to offer. Stayed here for 10 days with a family of 4. Twin beds and private bedroom and bathroom was great for staying with 2 teenage children. The snorkel gear, beach towels, bags, cooler, and chairs were a nice addition and made our beach days very enjoyable. The entire process was super easy and streamlined to ensure our time was spent the way we wanted. Property Management CJ Kimberly, mainly Abby, were more than accommodating and immediately helpful with needs or questions. The door lock was a little sticky when we checked in, there was a locksmith there the next day to fix it to make sure it wasnā€™t an inconvenience during our stay! A+++ Great location and view of the golf course and ocean to be very relaxing, yet close enough to Kona and activities to enjoy all the island activities. Highly recommend booking this condo for your stay on the big island, you wonā€™t be disappointed!

Best Ever

This unit was the perfect condo in every way. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, flatware, knives, dishes. It had all the appliances we needed...even the rice cooker! The air conditioning worked extremely well in the front bedroom, but the one in the living room had to work pretty hard to cool the entire living area. We only used the air one of the days of our 10 day stay. The fans worked really well to keep the air moving along with the doors creating cross ventilation. Having two full bathrooms was a bonus and the washer & dryer in the unit was so convenient . You couldn't ask for a better location. Easy access to everything from shopping, restaurants, groceries, really good coffee shop and cinema. We would definitely stay here again.

Staying at a different unit next time!

We have stayed at the Kona Country Club Villas previously, and the location for us was fantastic. The view is fabulous, although we were the last unit closest to the pool, so we got the lighting floodlight impeding our starlit view. The a/c unit and it's draining of water gave us grief the entire time. We hooked up a system to drain the water away from where we sat on the lanai. The items left for us to use, were basically outdated and unusable. The lack of usable fans made the unit extremely warm(especially master bedroom. No a/c and no fan. There was a small fan in m/brm closet, caked with dust and not working. The windows/ledges by the dining room table weren't cleaned in quite some time. The bedding/duvet needed to be cleaned as well. We will definitely be staying elsewhere next time.

Enjoyed it but

Condo was very nice, clean and easy access to get in and out of it. We only had three things we would have changed. 1)When there were people upstairs from us, they would drag the chairs across the floor and they were very heavy footed. 2) It took us a while to get the TV going so we could hear the weather and eventually we had to call the cable company. 3) the things they left us to go to the beach we're old and we toted them all the way to the beach and tried to put the umbrella up and the poll's did not fit together. With the wind blowing it was hard to sit and enjoy ourselves trying to hold on to the umbrella, we both could not go into the water at the same time. There was a very nice lady in the office, her name was Pam that helped us out with the TV. I guess the owner had been in for surgery and no one else was there. Pam was so sweet she brought us a dozen of her chicken eggs. Overall we had a very nice time, and would stay there again.

Great location , AC and bathrooms could be better

We spent a week at the condo and overall enjoyed. The condo is large and well equipped, they have beach equipment (Incl. snorkeling, towels etc) and the kitchen is well equipped. about 15 mins drive for downtown kona and good starting point to travel to Hilo and Volcano national park (about 2 hrs away each). A few things to notice - 1) AC - there is small and old AC in the main living area (not sufficient) , another one in the 2nd bedroom (good enough) and NO AC on the master. You cant open any windows in the master. The master gets VERY hot and the AC from the living area isn't cooling it out, despite leaving that AC on for days. Pretty bad 2) There are no light-blocking shaders in the master. You will get light in as soon a sun rises. be prepared 3) The bathroom are VERY old. The issue is with opening the faucets - wife and daughter had to call me every tome to do that. Not great If the owners can fix issues 1-3 , I think this can become a 4-4.5 starts property

This place is a conundrum!

This place is a conundrum. It has an amazing lanai with the most amazing view. Golf course, palm trees, ocean AND THE WORST patio furniture that makes you not want to be out there enjoying it! Sure this place has a nice big king size bed in the master, but I am pretty sure itā€™s a box spring your sleeping on and not a mattress. It truly is the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. We just use sheets and are comfortable in Hawaii, but if you use the pullout that again, felt like what might be the first one ever made, there are no extra blankets for the bed. We booked a 14 day trip and noticed after taking out the garbage that there were no bags, mistake? I had to call the manager anyway because our toaster had STARTED ON FIRE! She apologized they would pick up the toaster and bring by another one. They never didā€¦.. We really like the location. This place has so much potential. But they really need to upgrade the furniture. The carpets are really gross but you can sort of look past that because itā€™s Hawaii and your on the go all day beaches and dirty anyway and you put on socks when your at the condo. The view is so amazing and itā€™s a nice open space and we loved using the grill. Like I said itā€™s a conundrum. PS, you cannot see the sunset from this place. You can see it from the third floor walk way.

Wonderful Location, but Deferred Maintenance

Wonderful location on a golf course and beautiful Hawaiian sunsets every evening. We enjoyed our stay, but there was many problems that happened due to deferred maintenance. Pros : Extraordinary location on a gold course Facing due west for beautiful Hawaiian sunsets Large 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo Pool, Tennis courts and fully equipped condo Condo staff and property managers very responsive and cooperative Cons: Condo has not been updated since it was built, very dated style Much deferred maintenance........Carpet very worn and stained. Throw rugs very old and felt dirty (we removed them all). Linen and bedspreads very old and worn. Many small things were not working (elec sockets, some lights, smoke detector, AC drip pan, etc), Major repairs happen while we were there (washer, cable box, toilet,) Need to take steps every day (drawing outdoor and inddor shades and turning on AC to limit sun and heat in apartment, but was manageable. Some furniture looked new (dining table and chairs), while the rest was old and very used Conclusion - Even with the dated and worn apartment and some bad luck with all the problems that happened, I would still recommend this condo due to the location, size and affordability. The price/day would be much higher if the condo was more updated and had newer furnishings. Decent deal.

Lovely Villa!

We had a great stay at this villa, it's at a very convenient location and has a gorgeous balcony that makes it hard to leave the property. You have everything you need from snorkeling equipments to cooler available for a pleasant beach town experience. The property managers are super attentive and were very quick to respond to my requests during our stay. Just make sure to pack your own shampoo and conditioner, other than that highly recommend this property!

We truly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful views from the patio, next door to the pool, tennis court. It had everything we needed and more - from snorkeling gear, to table games. We will definitely coming back!

Great stay in Keauhou!

The view is more beautiful than the pictures. The condo was well equipped with enough dishes for company. Also included was some beach chairs, snorkel gear, pool toys, boggie boards, beach umbrellas, water shoes and coolers for the beach. All which we used for our beach trips! The only negative I can think of was the positioning of the air conditioning. The kids room had a great air conditioner, and the main living room had a conditioner, which the knobs were broken on and provided ok cooling. The master had no air conditioner. The room is half glass which had amazing views, but it was also super hot in there. Some nights were ok, some warm nights were uncomfortably hot. We had the ceiling fan and another fan going all night which helped some, but we almost slept in the living room a few times to catch some cooler air. The location of the complex is great. The grocery store is so handy and I liked being a bit removed from the buisy town of Kaliua-kona. Really close to Kahaluu beach park for snorkelling and surfing!

Paradise

We stayed in this condo for a month this winter (2011) and would highly recommend it. The view was spectacular!!! Spent many evenings sitting on the lanai watching the wonderful Kona sunsets sipping a glass of wine. The condo had many amenities that we weren't expecting such as beach chairs, snorkeling gear, books, cd's, dvd's that made our stay very enjoyable. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was the best - close to the parking lot, no stairs to climb, right next door to the swimming pool and a shopping center within a 5 minute walk. We hope to be able to come back again soon.
