Seaside Villa Konaki is a stylish, detached house with a private pool and within easy walking distance (200 m.) to the organized Blue Flag sandy beach and all amenities of Almyrida (Chania, Crete).

It’s two-storey villa (100 square meters) with 3 bedrooms, cosy fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and 2 bathrooms/wc.

The villa can accommodate 6 guests and a kid up to 3 years old.

Three stylish decorated, air-conditioned bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double beds (150х200) and one bedroom with twin beds (100х200). The bedroom on the ground floor has got an access to a small balcony with a comfortable sofa. Two bedrooms on the first floor has got their own exit to a wooden pergola covered balcony.

The big terrace on the first floor has a wooden set of 4 chairs and a table.

The bathroom on the ground floor and on the first floor have a shower and wc.

The living room has a big sofa and comfortable armchair, Big Flat LCD TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi coverage.

The kitchen with a table are placed in an open plan area. The kitchen is very well equipped: electric oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, citrus juice maker.

The outside dining area with a charcoal BBQ grill is created for deli breakfasts, lunches and diners.

One of many details that makes this villa exceptional is a spacious private pool on the stone paved outside terrace with sun beds and sun umbrellas for relax with pleasure. As a plus a hammock in the open area that means that you have your own opportunity to get your cocktails and beverages in shadow and tranquil place.

Great villa 5 mins from the sea

Property was very well appointed and very clean. Great to have a small pool as well. Literally is 5 mins walk to mini mart and excellent bakers, restaurants and the sea. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stunning villa a short 5 minute walk from the beautiful beach at Almyrida with its many tavernas, shops and bakeries. Beautifully decorated and very well equipped property, perfect for our family of 4 but could easily accommodate 6 in the 3 double bedrooms. Nice 1.3m deep circular pool with 6 sunloungers on a private sunny patio. Plenty of seating and eating areas on the ground and upper floor. Decent wifi and large, smart TV with a 4 seater sofa plus armchair for watching Netflix etc etc. Great communication from the Property Manager Dimitris who met us at the start and end of the rental and cleaned the pool midweek. We will visit again!

Clean and modern villa close to all the amenities

We had a great week at this villa, it was clean, modern and spacious and was only a few minutes walk from the beach, tavernas and supermarket. Alymrida is a lovely village with all the tavernas right on the beach. The Host, Dimitris, was extremely helpful and booked taxis, found out bus times and recommended restaurants etc. would definitely recommend.

Fantastic Holiday

Fantastic Stay at Villa Konaki. Brilliant location, 5 mins walk from beach, shops, restaurants. We hired a car but barely used it due to the excellent location of the Villa. Villa was spotless and had everything you needed. The host Dimitris was also great, meeting us on arrival and giving us lots of great tips and info. We will definately come back.

Lovely villa in stunning location

We have just returned home after spending a week in this gorgeous modern villa. It was extremely clean and very well equipped . Beautiful inside and out. Lovely pool and sunbathing area . Big enough for our party of 6 people . The property manager was extremely helpful , meeting us on our arrival and on hand to help throughout our stay. The villa is situated on a quiet road , 5 minutes walk from beach, tavernas and shops . We used the local friendly taxi service to take us to nearby Kalyves and Chania. Both are well worth a visit , especially chania old town with its stunning harbour and cobbled streets , lots of shops and restaurants to choose from . We had a wonderful holiday at villa Konaki thankyou.

Fantastic villa in a great location

This is a wonderful villa in a peaceful scenic location with only a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The villa is maintained and equipped to a high standard. Dimitri was very helpful and accommodating, he provided information for places to visit and eat. Thank you.

Fantastic!!

We have just arrived home from this beautiful Villa, couldn't ask for it to have been any nicer. Very well equipped, clean (and cleaned regularly throughout our stay, inc. clean towels and bedding), beautiful pool and patio area. Stayed in many properties over the years and the attention to detail in this property makes all the difference. Fabulous!! The Manager was very helpful and attended to any small problem quickly (nothing major) he also gave us Restaurants to try and links to Bus Timetables etc. I would certainly recommend staying here, very close to the beach, bars and Restaurants too, a real find.

Fabulous

This villa is lovely. It has been newly renovated and we were only the second family to use it. It is clean and very well equipped. The pool is fantastic and there are plenty of sun beds. The bedrooms are nicely decorated and comfortable and the A/C is great. It is situated only 200 yards from the beach where there is lots of restaurants on the water's edge. The small village of Alymarida is all you need for a relaxing holiday. The villa manager Dimitris, was great and very responsive when something cropped up. The cleaning service is regular and welcomed. All in all a great 12 days spent in a lovely part of the world. Highly recommended.

Lovely villa. Great location close to beach, tavernas shops etc

Quiet property, with a great location close to all local amenities. A little difficult to find if arriving the first time at night. Everything you could need is there with a nice welcome pack. Owner is very helpful and keen to help you enjoy your stay. Very clean and bed linen changed mid-week. A really lovely find.
