We had an incredible stay at Villa Aloni.

We had an incredible stay at Villa Aloni. The villa was exceptionally well equipped and maintained to an immaculate standard. The gardens and flowers were stunning, and the views were absolutely beautiful. There was plenty to see and do in the surrounding area, but some of our fondest memories were simply spent at the villa itself, relaxing by the pool, stargazing at night or enjoying the breathtaking scenery from the balcony. Villa Aloni is truly a special place. We would highly recommend it and give it a well-deserved 10 out of 10. A real credit to the owners.

We have very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Aloni.

We have very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Aloni. The house and garden were very spacious, beautiful and clean. Very peaceful surroundings and a great view of the valley and mountains. The pool was beautiful and clean, with more than enough terrace space and comfy lounge beds and parasols. Always a place in the sun, always a place in the shadow. Outdoor kitchen and dining table also very nice. We habe already recommended the villa to several friends and will continue to do so.

We had a wonderful fortnight's stay at Aloni Villa. It was a family holiday for four adults. It was spotless with weekly changes of linen and a full clean. The communication with the host was excellent, although we had no significant problems.The villa was comfortable and had everything we needed in the kitchen, the villa itself and in and around the pool. The pool was a delight with wonderful views and 6 wooden sun loungers. We even enjoyed a game of ping pong. There was plenty of hooks, and clothes and storage space. Beach/pool towels were provided and a selection of toiletries. The showers were the best we have had.We had wonderful weather in our first week, but it rained heavily every day during our second week. We were glad that it was a large villa, with the rain, as we had plenty of space to enjoy. A large television with Netflix and Amazon helped.We enjoyed trips to Chania (40 mins), Aptera (30mins), Rethymnon (45 mins) and Lake Kournas (45 mins) and would have done more if the weather had been kinder. There is a local, small supermarket, useful for essentials, with large supermarkets in Chania. The store Jumbo, also in Chania, is cheap and useful for holiday gear, like lilos.At least a mid-range car is advised, with enough power to get up the steep hill to the villa, especially when the car if full of people and luggage..I would thoroughly recommend this villa as an excellent base to enjoy and from which to explore Western Crete.

Excellente villa avec piscine privée dans un décor de carte postale (vue sur la vallée et la montagne depuis la terrasse et la piscine.La villa dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire. Elle est très chaleureuse et on s'y sent très vite comme chez soi. Je recommande vivement !

Definitely one of the most amazing holidays we have ever had. Amazing house, immaculately clean with friendly owners. Extremely quiet with far reaching views over the White mountains. Very well equipped house. And the pool is just perfect. So the ideal getaway/holidays.
