No elevator. easily accommodates up to 4 or 5 people. Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, toaster, rice maker, spices, etc) with granite countertops, modern stainless steel appliances that make it easy to prepare meals, and a private Lanai with a Table and chairs. Garden-mountain-pool view, just 150 feet to the beach, for spectacular Sunrise!! Vaulted ceilings, open floor plan, Free Wireless Internet, and Free parking. Brand NEW SMART TV. NO Resort fees. Two outdoor BBQs and 2 pools are available for guests to use. The property is centrally located on the East side of the island, Kapaa town, which makes it easy to travel to popular destinations all over the island, 15 minutes from the airport. walking distance to a variety of restaurants, Grocery shops right across the street, and the famous coastal East Shore walking/bike path. and Yoga classes. The condo is located near the Highway. We remind you that Kauai is a tropical climate island, which hosts mosquitoes, ants of all sizes, geckos, flying cockroaches, etc. Pest control services are provided regularly in my condo; however, we cannot eradicate the natural habitat of the island. Please be accepting and respectful when you are on the island. Please help me preserve the freshly painted walls so we can enjoy them for a while. Please kindly use a towel on the New mattresses for extra protection, especially during menstruation or when caring for children. Please note that any stains on the mattresses will incur a $250 cleaning fee.

Appreciated the accommodations, as well as the local treats and coffee. Although towels were provided, it would have been nice to have a couple extras especially since there isn’t a washer and dryer in the unit. Also, parking is either along the unlit trees or the resort next door. Parking under the dark trees proved to be disastrous for us, as our battery was stolen out of our rental. Not the owner’s fault but future guests should be aware. Instructions for parking at the resort next door said to park in specific numbered stalls, but stalls were not numbered and we were not sure where to park. Despite this, we had a lovely time and this unit met our needs for the week.

We loved our stay here. The location was great! We loved that we were able to walk to so many delicious restaurants and the paved path along the beach to the north was awesome!

Great spot!

We loved our time in Kapaa! Easy location of condo, clean, well equipped. Bring ear plugs, the roosters on the island are loud very early in the morning!

Good place to rest

This condo had all the accommodations including a fully equipped kitchen. We especially appreciated two king beds for our teens to have more room instead of the normal queen. Parking was a little confusing, and despite being on the street side of the building, it was quiet.

Great location. Beautiful beach

Very conveniently located since we did not have a rental car our first couple of days so we walked to the nearby Safeway and Ross to get food and clothing that we forgot for the trip. Wake up early and enjoy a beautiful sunrise over the beach. The rooms are also quite charming and spacious. We loved having 2 king size beds.

Nice place in Kapaa

Overall a great place to stay in Kapaa. The place in well located and is very clean and well kept. The only down side is that it is on the 3rd floor so it took some work to drag the suitcases upstairs and being on the 3rd floor made the place a bit on the warm side- thank goodness for the fans in the place. Overall it is a great place.

Great condo in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Location couldn’t be better, pools and beach at the property are great for babies. Check in process was super simple. 3rd floor walk up was easier than expected with a baby and stroller. We missed having laundry also but managed ok without. Condo is well appointed for cooking and going to the beach, a great home base for us.

Centrally located for island

We had a great vacation, but compared to other places we’ve stayed, this was average. While central to the island, it was very noisy and congested. Really enjoyed the wide variety of hibiscus. There is really no ocean view - it was ruined by the sand bags and erosion.

Bright open feel in condo. Nice pool beside the ocean. Noisy location as condo is near the highway not the ocean. BBQs were far away. Nowhere to store clothes etc in main bedroom. Overall a pretty nice rental.

Close to airport, close to Kapaa hiking/biking/yoga/shopping

Beautiful lanai for morning coffee, lunch, dinner. Across from Safeway & Papaya Natural Foods. Close to Sleeping Giant trailhead. Five minute walk to rent bikes and get on the bike path. Only a short drive to the Kauai Hindu Monastery (beautiful views). As previously mentioned, a bit of noise during the day due to traffic from road close by, but very quiet at night (except for the Kauai roosters that are everywhere on the island!). Overall a lovely location.

Great location

Awesome location. We were able to drive north to Princeville for a day and south to Waimea to hike. Plus, there's a Safeway and Wailua shave ice across the street! The place was clean and spacious enough for 5 of us. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped and the fans in the bedrooms were a great addition. We had an issue with the toilet and Luisa was quick to respond and get it fixed that day. The only con was that there was no assigned parking spot so you just had to hope to get some parking along the driveway. There were 5 additional parking spots at the resort next door we could use though. Overall, great location and great experience.

The property was clean. Up 3 flights of stairs. The owner was not prompt in responding. The paperwork said to take trash out daily but didn’t say where to take it and left no other trash bags. But it worked for us.

Great stay at this property, very price

We had a great time in Kapaa, this condo was mostly perfect for us and I would stay here again. The location of this place is very central, it’s right beside the highway so it is a bit loud at night and in the morning. Also there are roosters that crow and you can hear them all night so bring good earplugs! We are a family of 5, there are 2 bedrooms and a couch. It isn’t a pullout couch which I didn’t realize when I booked because the listing does say it’s good for 4-5 people. Also they only provided 3 beach towels. For a family of 5 that is going to the beach daily it would have been nice to provide a towel for each. Otherwise this place was great it was a really good price for the area and otherwise very comfortable and convenient.

Great location, average space

First of all..... so hot on the day of arrival! As per most of the units on the island, there is no air conditioning in this unit. Housekeeping had forgotten to turn on the ceiling fans or the other fans available and when we walked into the room it literally felt like a sauna. I was dripping sweat as I called the owner to ask what was going on with this situation because it was not going to be livable like that for seven nights. I will say that she was concerned and after airing out the unit for 24 hours it cooled off enough to warm but mostly comfortable, but that first night was very restless and it was difficult to sleep with the heat. Also, in order to air it out we had to have the front door open all night the first night and whenever we were there after that. The location is really good in Kapaa. The unit is clean but there is no beach view from this unit and it is closest to the Kuhio hwy so there is a far bit of noise coming from that. It is reasonably priced but make sure you are able to tolerate the above situations if you are going to book here.

Decent Place

Overall it’s a decent place to stay. The host was responsive when I emailed them. They also had some complementary items (bottle of wine, chocolates, cookies) which was very generous! Overall fairly clean, but baseboards, tub, and walls need a good scrub as they were not the cleanest. However, I would stay here again.

Perfect

The apartment was perfect for our family of 3. The second bedroom gave our 16 year son the space that he wanted and it had a king size bed (which he loved). We arrived late in the evening, with the simple door code to get in and the close parking stall, it was easy to get in and the lights were on for us. It's the little things that made this apartment feel like a home; the welcome wine & chocolates (thank you) - having coffee and coffee filters, plastic food wrap and small containers for leftovers and picnic lunches, a cooler bag and frozen ice packs for the picnic, toilet paper, paper towel, a laundry basket, extra pillows, dish and hand soap and the extra cloth shopping bags (no plastic shopping bags are used in Hawaii). Also provided (and used) were beach towels and chairs. The A/C was there but we didn't need to use it, the floor fans and the trade winds were enough. Although the beach directly in front of the building is closed, the area to the right was open and the beach and water were fantastic. This was a great apartment and we hope to return soon.

The central location is a great starting point for exploring the island to the north or to the south. You can save a lot of money by booking a room that isn't oceanfront, but only a 150 foot walk to the beach. It is a short walk away where you will find two grocery stores, many restaurants, fine dining and nightly entertainment. The Kappa bike path is near by. You can bike, run or walk your way along the beautiful ocean view path.

The Wailua River and Fern Grotto are less than two miles from the complex where you can boat, hike, and kayak. You are also near by the Coconut Marketplace, which has many specialty shops and restaurants. Lydgate Park-beach offers a safe snorkeling and swimming beach for kids as well as a large playground area. Hiking the Sleeping Giant Trail is near by.
