This semi-detached barn conversion is between Wadebridge and Padstow, Cornwall, and can sleep four adults in two bedrooms.

Sundowner is set in a small cluster of stone built barns that surround a central courtyard. Mid distance between Padstow and Wadebridge but within walking distance to the local pub. There are two bedrooms both with en-suites, which sleep a maximum of four adults. The ground floor is open plan with a sitting area with wood burning stove and a well-equipped kitchen with dining area. There is also a utility room / cloakroom. The front of the property has a courtyard whilst the back is patio and lawn with garden furniture including a BBQ. Sundowner is a beautiful property which is comfortable and luxurious and in a lovely position to come back time and time again to explore different areas. Note: Max 4 adults

The pretty harbour is surrounded by popular restaurants and is one of Cornwall’s iconic foodie destinations. Excellent surfing beaches are on your doorstep as is the popular Camel Cycle Trail.
