located on Big St Germain Lake with amazing beach facing west for dazzling sunsets. This cabin was completely rebuilt in 2015/16. 1 large upstairs bedroom that sleeps 2 people. beach, docs, playground, fire pit. Plenty of parking. Boat rentals available. Located between Minocqua and Eagle River,
Wisconsin, St Germain offers tons of amenities for your vacation. Class A musky and walleye fishing on lake. Hundreds of area lakes nearby. golf courses, bike and ATV trails. Cottage does not sit right up on lake front, it is part of a small condo association (only10 units) it sits about 100yds from water (level grounds).

Old cottage

Air was 1 window air conditioner only on 2nd floor bedroom and heat was 1 small space heater in each area (living room-bedroom-bathroom) Furniture cushions worn out - No clothes pole to hang clothes. Leaking bathtub faucet. Grill not cleaned. Check in and out times were 1hr wrong. Paid 115.00 cleaning fee and we were told to remove all bedding and leave on bed and take all garbage out to on site dumpster? Many damaged items( we took pictures at check-in)

I did not recieve the entry information until I was literally right at the cabin. This was not right

As I said I did not receive the check-in info until I called the rental agency who gave me the access code. The agency was quite helpful during our stay. They helped with the outdated TV and home entertainment equipment. We expected the cabin to be small and it was but there was so much owner owned decorative items that it literally took away from the living space. The cabin is surround by pine trees that were dropping their needles and we tracked much into the house. When we tried to sweep it up there was no dust pan so we did the best we could. They whole visit could have been handled better. We thanks the ladies at anchor management which did their best to help us.

We would not have known which cabin was meant for us if not for the photos we viewed prior to our stay. It had not been cleaned. Luckily the grounds person and his partner was there and stepped up to do a quick cleaning and made up a bed for us. They deserve a bonus for helping you out.

We stayed in cabin#5. Very cute, small, but perfect for a couple of people. Very clean and had everything you needed. Lake is in walking distance where the views are beautiful. Couple things to bring that I did not think of Towels for bathing Charcoal for charcoal grill provided

A so-so stay

The cabin was clean and fine. Unfortunately, there were some critters living in the ceiling that made noise and kept us from being able to sleep. Wifi does not reach the cabin, so be aware of that if it's is important to you. Also, be sure to bring your own towels as it says in the description. We were also told to bring our own toilet paper and paper towel, but toilet paper was in place when we arrived.

Perfect little cabin for after a day of fishing

The cabin was as listed. There was actually more provided (hand towels, sponges, hand soap, toilet paper) than what we have found with other canins we have stayed at. The kitchen was nice as we cooked every meal during our stay. This time of year we can expect some issues with mice, but even with cleaning up constantly and keeping food put up we still had "evidence" in the kitchen of visitors from over night. Our daughter appreciated having the tv after long days on the boat. There were plenty of blankets and pillows to stay warm and comfortable at night. Plenty of space for parking our car with our boat trailer.

Nice Northwoods Stay

Our cabin was small, but well-kept, clean, and had everything that we needed. We had an issue with the television which the owner took care of quickly. With the COVID-19 virus this Summer, it felt good to get out of the house.

Nice little cabin

We enjoyed our stay at DeerRun Resort Cabin#5. Great views of Lake in a quiet, well-maintained community. The cabin was perfect for our needs & we plan to come back. Great location if you like to utilize the area bike trails. The owner was very easy to communicate with when we had questions.

Labor Day Get Away

We booked this cabin for an extended weekend getaway. We liked the look and description of the property and were not disappointed. Everything was as described on the site. We absolutely loved the full sized kitchen since we cooked all of our meals. Jim (the owner) was very responsive to all of our questions before the trip. While in St. Germain we had an opportunity to meet him and Natalie. Both were so very nice and welcoming. I would stay here again.

Big St Germaine cabin rental

Very good experience. Communication in renting went well. Cabin was clean and what we were looking for. Good access to bike trails, restaurants and town.

Great Kitchen

Rental was as listed although there was no fireplace as listed. Not a big deal. Kitchen was large and well stocked. This is not the norm for other places we’ve rented in northern WI. Great tv and satellite connection. This property is on the east side of the lake and this time of the year the west winds created some issues with docking my boat. All in all a good rental.

Charming Cottage

My husband and I enjoyed a week in this comfortable cottage. The full size kitchen and bathroom were a nice convenience in the woods! The owner, Jim, is very friendly and helpful. Located in the area are things to do for the whole family. One of our favorites was trying out each of the 5 miniature golf opportunities. We also saw two bears on our northwoods' drives along with a myriad of does and fawns! St. Germain is a quick drive away and has the conveniences needed to make any stay comfortable. One of our favorite activities was going to their flea market on Monday!

Great property

My husband and I had a great week in St. Germain. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. It was super cute inside. Nice size kitchen with everything we needed. Grounds were also nice. Jim was very helpful from beginning to end of our trip. Nice property.

Great girls weekend!

Thanks to you and your family for the great weekend getaway! The cabin was SO cute and very clean. The lake is beautiful and the beach area is very nice! Your hospitality was awesome-very welcoming and responsive. My sister and I had a great time and are already talking about rebooking for next year!

Hi this is Jimmy. Our family has been in the vacation rental business for some time now. From Wisconsin we always enjoyed our family vacations in Northwoods and decided to make it our career. We have several properties now on Big St Germain Lake and the Eagle River chain. It has been amazing meeting guests from all over the country who choose to travel to Vilas County Wisconsin.

Our favorite thing about the Northwoods is all that it has to offer. Boating, fishing, biking, hiking, golfing, ATV, snowmobiling, sunsets, water, water, water!!!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This is a really cute historic cabin that has been completely updated with modern amenities. It location can not be beat. you are on the east shore of one of the largest lakes in north woods for amazing sunsets. Cabin is minutes from St Germain and all it has to offer with restaurants, golf courses, trail systems, events and then..if that is not enough you are less than 15 minutes from Minocqua, Eagle River, Saynor, Boulder junction and on and on. St Germain is in the dead center of it all.
