Thank you for the feedback. We are a family style home. We are remotely located right on a quiet beach, and though we do have neighbors, you may not see anyone on the beach for days! I'm happy to hear you and your family enjoyed your stay. We hope you visit us again.

Hi Jessica, Thank you for your review. I am really sorry if you didn’t feel comfortable during your stay. We always work very hard to make sure all of our guests have a positive and relaxing stay at our vacation home. We wanted to make sure your stay was as comfortable as possible and went as far as purchasing a brand new portable crib for your infant. Unfortunately the rainy season in El Salvador starts in May and while it is normal during this time of year to be hot, the weather has been unusually hot this year. From what I know we have had record breaking temperatures. Again we apologize, as we have no control over the weather. While the main areas of the house don’t have AC units, there are plenty of fans and windows that have always been sufficient to keep the house cool. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan and an AC unit. We typically don’t run these prior to your arrival. If you request for us to do so in advance and we know your time of arrival we can definitely get them going for you, but again this has never been an issue. As far as getting to the property we have never had any issues with guests finding the address. We always suggest to you to use the WAZE or Google Maps apps. Again, we apologize if you had a hard time finding the address. The internet we provide is usually very reliable and fast but during the rainy season, depending on the amount of rain or wind, it can slow down. Also, we haven’t had any issues with the TV, I am not sure if you were trying to use cable TV (which we provide) or if you were trying to stream videos through Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, etc. then the internet might have been a factor. We are sorry you couldn’t enjoy the beach, during the dry season you can enjoy swimming in the shore for hours. Again, rainy season changes the tide behavior and if the coast guard advices against it, we do not recommend you swim in the ocean for your own safety. We hope you will come back during a cooler time of the year to enjoy your time. Rebecca.

I apologize about the Wifi, we recently upgraded our Wifi and unfortunately the company did not update the payment method as per our agreement. I called to settle it, however they were unable to process immediately, and therefore we ended up without Wifi. I am glad we were able to provide you with Wifi via a sim card in the end. Since your stay the company (Claro) has contacted me to asure me the payment method is all settled. I plan on checking with them so this does not happen again. We hope you are able to visit us again soon!
